The staff were extremely pleasant and professional. The only negative was the wait before (drop off) and after the procedure (pick up). Even though we received a drop off time we waited outside in a line. This means if your pet does not do well around other pets I suggest you either wait until everyone one gets seen first or you have someone save your place in line. Same goes with pick up. I understand they are al lot of animals and again their services and their staff are outstanding. I guess I was expecting more of like an individual check in and pick up. My family loved , loved, loved! Couldn’t get my kids out of the room after they played already for an hour! Cats can be adopted right there in place! Stuff was very kind and nice! We are going to visit our new friends now more often!
best hour of my life! the woman helping us was so sweet, and we basically had the room to ourselves! it was nice and quiet and calm and the kitties enjoyed spending time on our laps! we left feeling relaxed i want to go back asap!
I paid a visit to Cat Therapy while in Santa Barbara and I’m so happy I did. It was cute, had a chill vibe, lots of cute kitties and plenty of toys to engage with the cats. I didn’t catch her name, but the girl running the front desk was very kind and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this to friends and I will be sure to visit if ever in the area again. Such a great idea and a great way to let people engage with cats that are thinking of adopting. Loved what you guys are doing! Thank you!
The most pleasurable experience. As a cat lover visiting from NY it was a MUST SEE. Super calming. Friendly worker. Super friendly cats. Most were napping but many were up & interactive. Not sure WHY anyone would give a poor rating. I paid for an hour & left before my time was up. Didn’t complain about the price. It was well worth it!
It’s wall-to-wall kitties at Cat Therapy. I loved every minute of my visit and my only problem is that it wasn’t long enough!
So many cats, young and old, all with different personalities. Some want to play, some just want to chill. Some want to climb on your shoulders.
Cat Therapy isn’t a cafe, it’s more just a meet-and-greet adoption agency and chill-with-a-cat zone. Having been to a number of cat cafes around the world, the thing that struck me the most was that Cat Therapy didn’t smell. So many cat cafes can smelly like cat pee or stuffy. The cats at Cat Therapy are clearly well looked after.
