2 months agoTerrible car wash place , some guy has to manually spray your car with water before putting it in the car wash drive thru ( 2 sec spray of water) which is nothing then car is still dirty at the end then you come to the vacuum part which doesn’t have a tent or overhang which is INSANE since it is Florida! Vacuums don’t work well either. Even for free wouldn’t come here again. There is way better express car washes out there. There is a membership if you want but I don’t wash my car enough that it makes sense. It is better prices than some of their competitors. The vacuums need some work as they don’t have as much suction as they used to. I’ve been going here for years and usually impressed. Also, they have a great mission to hire from the wonderful autistic population.a month agoThe wait time there is very lengthy and they did not do a good cleaning both of our cars. Definitely disappointed and will not go back again. Save yourself the expense and try another car wash. Also, their prices are much higher than other locations, so you would expect a better service and a better clean.

4 months agoCar Damaged | Horrible Customer ServiceI pulled into the first parking spot (with vacuums) on the righthand side of the lot. The car stop had a bolt sticking out of the top, and the parking spot also had a small pothole in front of the car stop. Because of that, the underside of my car got caught on the bolt, breaking my bumper and pulling off a part of my front side panel.
The response from the manager was pathetic – no apology, no offer for resolution, no commitment to fix the parking spot so it doesn’t happen again. The manager just stared blankly at me, said it was “driver error,” and that there was nothing he could do.
The owners should expect litigation if they’re not willing to pay for the repairs to my car and pay to fix the parking spot so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

For those who want to give that added buff and spray on their tire shine and any extra personal stuff they may have you just have to park and sparkle Away.

After going through the wash you can fine tune your car yourself with your products in one of the vacuuming areas where they have air, microfiber cloth and glass cleaner.
Rip off! Paid $17 for the same $10 wash. This is just a drive thru wash with no frills. Car is still dirty. Went mainly for vacuum. All vacuums either out of service or being used. Went to wait for an open vacuum but the vacuum attendant told me to leave. Don’t waste your time or money.
They have a good price for joining the club to keep your car looking good. They have a system that identifies your license plate immediately and the gate opens to allow you into the car wash. With the unlimited program, I am able to keep my car looking clean always. The free vacuum cleaner is a great bonus.
Machine gets my car very clean (which is not easily said for most machines). Microfiber towels are always well stocked at the vacuum parking spots. There’s always been enough vacuum spots whenever I’ve been there. The one time I’ve spoken to an employee, it’s been great service!
New management- The cost increased from $3 to $10 for a drive through the car wash. I understand there’s inflation but that was a 70% increase. They offer monthly plans that may be more feasible. But dang!
