3 weeks agoThe staff on duty while I was here we’re above and beyond helpful not only to me but all of the other customers I saw them interact with. The chicken was great and reminded me of how KFC was when I was a kid. I will DEFINITELY be returning!a month agoI don’t usually do bad reviews but this had to be one of the worst meals I’ve had in a whole. The serve behind the counter kept trying to guess what I wanted and was very pushy. I ended up getting a chicken sandwich meal and the sandwich had so much mayo on it I had to scrape it off the sides, squeeze the sandwich and scrape again. The fries were cold, and tasted like onions so I’d guess the oil is old from onion ring use. And the soda was so flat it was like trying to drink thick sugar water. Save your money and go to the taco bell next door.a month agoI don’t really write reviews however I really hope some reads this. I never eat KFC because it’s never really caught my interest but my family does so they sent me to buy some food. Stupidly I didn’t ask for a receipt and didn’t even look at the prices because I knew what I had to order the total came out to about $64. Although I thought it was a bit much I didn’t think much about it so I just paid it (Cash). About a week later my family wanted KFC again so I came back and ordered the exact same thing but it came out to about $34. Meaning that the employee that attended me had stole the difference note that I also repeated the order at the window and he confirmed. I didn’t get the employees name but In the small talk he mentioned he drives a Cadillac if it’s the one parked right next to the KFC it’s a brown DTS. Hopefully a manager sees this and disciplines his employee ether way it’s not right and I will contact corporate so this won’t happen again!2 months agoSo where to begin. Decided to go through the drive thru. Explained to the person on the speaker that My child only will eat the burger if its plain with only pickles. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD. The burger someone had put ketchup on. So I went in and asked for one without the ketchup that someone smeared off the bun. The rude kitchen person obviously needs to learn some MANNERS. They yelled from the kitchen that they gave me a hamburger with only pickles. I then showed the burger to the employee in front of me. They also agreed that it had ketchup on it. I live close by and definitely won’t be back. When I got home the pot pie my husband got had a huge bone in it😔. Poor service save your money there are plenty of other restaurants around that care more.2 months agoNo Pepsi and chicken tenders when I took my online order I went back for the Pepsi they gave it to me but for the chicken tenders!!! They said you took it out and you come back saying it wasn’t in the bag!! “Check your online order in the restaurant in front of them before you leave NO matter how they gonna stare at you” cuz what happened with me the employee lies on my face about the chicken tenders when he said he put it in the bag.

a month agoThe food is average, service is fantastic, the building is a little bit dirty, partly due to the fact that it’s on Colorado boulevard. Did you seem to be working on cleaning the floor whenever I come over, but the table and benches are a bit grimy. Overall good experience thougha month agoMy experiance at this KFC was clean, fast, and friendly. Tez(s) was very sweet and helpful with our order in answering all of our questions. There’s no doubt in my mind we’ve gotten the best quality and service!2 months agoHonestly I don’t know how this place is still open. I feel like I just paid them to throw out their trash. It’s a shame that people have to pay money for these employees to be lazy and rude. Most likely won’t be returning to this location but I hope others look at the reviews before wasting money on inedible food. If I were to be this unprofessional at my work I’d be fired and I would completely understand cause it’s unacceptable.2 weeks agoChicken was either very old or over cooked. Mexican pizza was soggy, the absolute worst I’ve ever had… A waste of $20,!4 months agoRude staff with a serious attitude problem that will constantly take ur order wrong or not give u the right food when u leave. Multiple times had orders made incorrectly and food items/combos completely incorrect with 0 effort. Place sucks, don’t give them anymore business and let them die out please

Where to begin… I order drive thru, they ask me to pull into a spot so they can make the chicken tenders. 30 minutes pass with NOTHING, at this point 5 people who came after me have got their orders. I go inside and after telling them they start making my order right in front of me. Completely forgot my order. Oh and by the way they ALWAYS take long making orders.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AT THIS LOCATION!!!! I have ordered twice from this location. Both times were a 8 piece chicken strips with 4 dipping sauces selected. Both times I received 0 sauces whatsoever! Are you serious?? That’s actually should be considered theft as it’s part of what I paid for and did not again… not to mention how truly bad they tasted both times being chewy as if they just sit under a heat lamp for hours, especially even worse with zero dipping sauces. I will not waste my time or money at this location again.. The orders simply read “”8 piece tenders then list the 4 sauces”” and you allow this to happen the 2 times I trusted to spend my money at your restaurant! Unacceptable and disturbing!
Woof what a mismanaged establishment. I witnessed myself and one other car go through the drive through and wait in our assigned spots to receive food for a good 20 minutes. I got pretty upset and went inside and was gonna ask for a refund because it was getting ridiculous but I was told I need to dispute that on my own with my bank, they couldn’t do anything. They were not slammed whatsoever… Buyer beware here. Better off going to Freddy’s across the street. Won’t be back.
Had a mobile order. Went in at 745pm on October 1st. Picked up 10 pieces of chicken really quick (which is the first time ever) but I get home and instead of extra crispy we got regular chicken. The guy working tonight needs to find a new job.
The absolute worst service iv ever seen, it takes 20 mins to place an order and 20 mins to receive the wrong order, and when I try to get the kid to correct it, he just walks off then when I try to eat it its really dry and old and i cant even eat three bites. Never spend your money here.
