a week agoHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by Stephanie and Jacob the manager! Went through the drive thru and Stephanie act like she was on drugs have she was answering customers…Get to the window I asked if they accept Apple Pay and she said yes and just sat there and I’m waiting for her to to pull out the kiosk and she like “I have to take your card” rolling her neck…then she gives me my food and drink no receipt close tue window and walk off ( nasty attitude) I waited and said my receipt? “She said next time you need to ask for it” I asked for the mgr and he just condone her actions…I was told that Cesear store mgr would been there in the morning but no o e EVERY ANSWERS!!! We got family meal deal with 3 side dishes. Very delicious meal!!!4 months agoThey gave me the wrong order and the chicken was not done. The thigh was pink inside which is not what ordered anyway. I spent over 20 dollars for a drumstick, a small mac and cheese and two drinks. I am so disappoint and hungry… NEVER GOING BACK THAT LOCATION!!5 years agoHorrible. I stood in line for 10 minutes with my mom and still didn’t get any service. The staff were focused on the drive thru and left the customer in store standing and waiting. We were third in line when we left. I came back inside to take photos and the people that were in front of us were still waiting. They didn’t explain or acknowledge us even after an employee mentioned to the rest of the crew that there were customers. Unprofessional and shocking.

3 months agoChicken tasted like it was dipped into old fish oil, I asked for the original, it was dark, and crispy. It had a taste of chicken and fish combined into one . Mashed potatoes and gravy were the only good items that came out of this fast food place besides the Dr pepper. The manager tried to convince me that they had changed the oil the night before, but like it’s said the proof is in the pudding, but in this case, the dark batter spoke a million words . It was just old chicken. Those of us who have had fresh fried chicken can see and taste the difference. I’ll never go back here again for sure! Don’t recommend 👎🤢3 months agoI haven’t had KFC since 2015 and curious to try and it was my last time in my life. Service was ok seemed rude. Chicken tasted old and smelled oil. The worst.5 months agoThe time is now 11:13 p.m. I’m standing in line at Drive-Turu, but I had a 15-minute conversation with the person in front of me, so I rang the clock and ordered 4 pieces of fried chicken, so they said no. At the same time, I didn’t even go to work and left the sign open while it was open.3 months agoTypical KFC, but food was prepared very quickly. I had a classic 3 piece and a soda with fries. I’m a bigger dude so for the 13 dollars I spent I felt very full. Chicken with hot sauce was absolutely delicious and the fries had great seasoning. The biscuit was soft and warm but not the best. Highly recommend.3 months agoI come to this KFC quit often in my work uniform I see the same people most of time I come .I walk in waiting to order all the workers do is just look at you and don’t say I’ll be with you in a minute so I asked to use the restroom they say No you need to order first.
They treated me today as if I was a homeless person coming to take a bath in the restroom.

Got fast friendly service. $5 zinger box with wedges was delicious. Dining room on the 2nd floor is pretty spacious and well maintained.
This location’s Original Recipe chicken has on repeat visits been completely unseasoned. The first time it was takeout and I didn’t find out until I got home. I gave the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake. The second time I went right up to the cashier and explained that the chicken was completely unseasoned. The cashier said, “That is our Original Recipe.” I received a refund and will never return to this store.
I bought a meal on May 4th 2023.
It was my second time time in that place, same bad experience the first time, the chicken was so wet in oil, but I decided to ignore it. Second time as soon as finish eating I got stomach ache, headache and diarrhea for two days in row. I can see many reviews talking about the same problem with the way they serve chicken, they gotta do something if they want to avoid a bigger problem then just bad reviews.
PATHETIC SERVICE, PATHETIC FOOD, and worst of all DISGUSTING RESTAURANT!
Today our family decided to dine in at KFC, and I’m just DISGUSTED at how low quality this food is. The chicken is hella greasy and like if the cooks don’t know how to cook chicken which isn’t even hard. The Mac and Cheese tastes old, like from yesterday maybe even a month. The mash potatoes was bland. The service is below standards! The restaurant itself needs new people to get hired, cuz current staff are LAZY. I work in hospitality and I know how to serve costumers and the experience is below standards of what is acceptable in ANY restaurant. Honestly KFC management needs training and they need to take care of their house. No wonder KFC is going down. Sadly I won’t dine in ever again.

But the place was unclean, and there are homeless people sleeping upstairs. A little bit messy.
