3 weeks agoI Stopped going to KFC for a while because service was not good and the food was terrible the chicken was not hot not even warm and hard. I decided to give them another try and I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken tenders were hot and the batter seemed lighter and moist. Cold slaw was very good also. The service was excellent. The young man that took my order, sorry I don’t know his name, was pleasant, friendly and very willing to get my order just right. I have been back the last 3 weeks in a row. Keep up the good work and keep the good employees.6 months agoGot the 3 piece org meal. The bisket was bigger than the pieces of chicken. It was to Chrispy to be original, and coating tasted off. But it hasn’t been right at any of the stores in a long time. The workers do not know how to prepare the products, nor do they even act like they care. It’s a shame to run this product into the ground. I can not recommend any if the KFC ANYMORE.a year agoAfter seeing so many one stars reviews, I decided to give this place a chance. Now I see that one star is just too generous. I ordered a bucket of 12 piece, which came out to $28, which came out to being about $2/piece. As you can see from the pictures, the chicken was not only small and not worth it, but it was absolutely terrible. To add to the terrible taste, the service was horrendous as well. The staff was rude and lifeless. There are lots of better place to get fried chicken. Do not even bother with this place. Please learn from my mistake.in the last weekIt’s really gone downhill. I was there first thing and had to wait because “we got a late start”. I got the new nuggets with fries and a drink. They were out of Pepsi. Even though I waited 15 minutes for them to get going, my food was lukewarm! I don’t know how they stay in business, other than people tend to crave the KFC flavor. It’s a shame.11 months agoVery clean. Very pretty in here. It offers lots of different seating. The booths have plenty of room for a larger person. Restroom was clean and with a large child changing station which is good. I love how the coleslaw is cut small.. They worked a number 15 into my special requests. My chicken breast was fat!!!! Nice a warm in here , it’s so cold outside. The cash register lady was the sweetest.

a month agoI came through the drive thru and I ordered a bucket of chicken, Mac and cheese, and coleslaw and I paid for it and the shift manager Glenn told me to come to pull around to the front door and I did and Glenn came out and told me that they were out of Mac and cheese and came out with a cake and Glenn told me that he was making fresh gravy and fresh french fries to add to my order and Glenn was so nice and kind to do that and I told Glenn that he didn’t have too make the French fries and gravy Because they were closing. Glenn was so kind and nice he gave me a free chocolate chip cake for the replacement of my Mac and cheese and my gravy.2 months agoI visited here about 2 weeks ago. My experience was great. The service was wonderful. The workers were polite and helpful. The gentleman named Darrell I believe, that helped me made my experience great and I appreciate him. The other men were just as nice. Thank you. The food was excellent. I will be back.2 months agoThe black gentleman who was a manager was a very nice and very respectful, but there was another black lady there I think she was also a supervisor not quite sure but she was very rude she was screaming how she hates her job and how she’s about to go find another one she’s tired of this place Etc, I waited 45 minutes just to get my food! But the older black gentleman was very nice very respectful and made sure I got all my food. I hope that other lady found another job that meets her criteria but with that type of attitude she won’t be employed very long anywhere she goes.in the last weekRude employee seemed bothered I asked what kind of dipping sauce they have. I have never eaten at KFC so my question was valid but she still made faces and answered rudely. Do their momma’s not teach them manners!?4 months agoFinally, they got a Manager with out an attitude. This visit was nice. The previous manager made you feel like he was doing you a favor, yeah, right I guess he forgot if you spend money you need to be kind, and the ONLY reason I go because it’s something my husband enjoys occasionally.

Services quick and efficient and friendly. The gentleman that waited on me at the drive-thru was good. It came out quickly. When we got home seems a fair portions on mashed potatoes and coleslaw are reduced. The spices in the chicken did not seem quite enough. Overall experience was acceptable. As I said service was good.
I was pleasantly pleased with this visit. The first time, the food I ordered was not overcooked. Not just this location. I have quit going to KFC. Because multiple times and locations were very disappointing, I will visit this location again and keep my fingers ????!
My mother was in their yesterday and then today had a fraudulent charge on her card after only using it at this restaurant. Be careful if you use swipe or insert your cards and check your bank accounts! Be aware of this scam!
This place has such slow service. They hardly ever have what you want to order. You order online to pick up and it’s never ready. Always have to substitute. Just over this overrated place.
Manager is awful and very rude to customers. We tried ordering through the drive thru and the manager said that the drive thru is closed. We said we are going to look at the menu and come in and he said to get out of the drive thru. My mom tried going in and the manager locked all of the doors like a weirdo. Terrible and the manager is gross. Jay is his name. Very rude and gross.
