Recently I’ve got my “premium” keratin treatment from here and she cut my hair into an A line bob but the unevenness made me sad as we all know how important our hair is to us, even then she charged me too much and the keratin didn’t even stay on my hair for a week or two. When I’d first visited the salon, i got my keratin and smoothening done there and she said how my hair is damaged and stuffs, okay, going on, she then took my number and sent me fake bills that she issued on my name of about 80k and asked me to lie to the head office and say that i took these services from that place, to which i refused. I’m totally dissatisfied with their services. I’ve done smoothening from here, after 4 days my hair looks like previously as it was. Then again they did the smoothening process on my hair. I don’t know how much it harms my hair. This is the 2nd review of this salon. On 26th September I went there again for hair cut. This time it’s the worst experience. The person who did the cut completely ruined my hair. It was so bad this time . Now I realised there is no standard of this type of salon. If you are lucky,then you get a good stylist. The salon is very clean and hygienic and the salon ppl are so well trained and experienced. The girls are very soft spoken and provided me lots of tips and ways to maintain skin health. They cleared so many of my queries with patience. My waxing and facial was done by this cute and soft spoken girl SHARON who did excellent massage and waxing. Her behaviour and service has made me extremely satisfied. Everyone in the parlour had excellent behaviour. This salon can easily beat big brands and the charges also are not too high. This is an unisex parlour. And, I just loved their service.
Usually when I ask any haircutter to keep the length long for any hair style, they always used to dissappoint me by making it short. However, here I had a completely different experience. The hairstylist was swift and efficient. He cut my hair in few minutes. And I was surprised to see he had actually kept the length which I wanted. And my hair looked amazing.
