I love this Walmart! It’s always clean. The employees here to a very good job. Shopping carts are always available in the store( unless it’s holiday time) and shelves are stocked neatly. The door greeters are nice too! Oh and love the upgraded look

This is a pretty decent Walmart, great customer service not too crowded on a Friday evening.

The prices with clearance here are all messed up, I had gotten some shorts of the rack in the women’s section that a employee told me they were $3 but at the register they were 15.50🤨 Then I went to customer service and they first off were understaffed and secondly the manager in the clothing department didn’t want to drop the price to $3 even though it was their mistake. Even after I showed her the picture of where I found them, don’t come here everything is a mess and employees can’t answer basic questions.

How are you gonna have the easiest job of being a door greater and still manage to do your job wrong. Walked in the store with my sons diaper bag that I might add they don’t even sell, was in the store literally in and out and the door. Had nothing but small items literally 6 and the door greeter stops me, looks at my receipt and says the back pack isn’t on it as if I’m attempting to walk out without paying. Diaper bag is literally over 7 months used and she still wants to question me about it. Not once have any of the other employees stopped me when leaving for a diaper bag I walked in with.

We are probably going to stop shopping Walmart all together. Lately, they seem to be out of the most basic items. There’s constantly pallets of merchandise blocking the isles. A person has to take their cart aisles out of the way just to get to the aisle they need! We’ve seen items that we need securely wrapped on a pallet. Get a dirty look when we get said item. I guess if I have to check myself out, I have to stock the shelves too? Walmart, you can do better. Seriously. Staff is either ignoring customers or they don’t know where anything is. Seagoville deserves better.

I love Walmart. Especially their home delivery service. I’m working so the home grocery delivery service is vital to me. Everything that I order is always in stock if not Walmart always makes up for it with substitutes of equal price or greater value. Their prices beat their competitors. I save money every time I shop at Walmart. Not to mention they have everything I need from groceries, to clothing, to nail salon, to eye care, to restaurant subway, to hair salon, to car care. It’s a one-stop shopping experience and I love them because they have made my life a little easier! Thank you, Walmart!!

I don’t like that this isn’t a actual super Walmart. Meaning the clothing, shoes, hardware and auto department live little to be desired. The greeter didn’t say a word nor smile well he was still wearing a mask so I wouldn’t know if he smiled or frowned. Other then that the staff are nice and eager to please. I go to this particular location when I need to run in and run out for very few items.

They treated us like shoplifters the moment we stepped in the door, and idk what made them think that, we were 2 black females didn’t have any bags or anything. They followed us throughout the whole store while we shopped for our groceries for our house and then when we got to self checkout right when we had a couple items left to scan they made us switch to a different register because they said it stopped working and we could have just went to the one right next to it but they made us go to a person and when I kept asking whats going on, and why cant we just move to the next one then. they ignored me and was so rude. We ended up having to unbag everything we already scanned and start over and they were all standing around us. After we paid we didn’t get an apology or anything they just walked away, they couldn’t even check our Receipt because they knew we paid for everything. It was humiliating because everyone was looking at us like we did something wrong.

This Walmart has really gone downhill. Stock is often iffy, including on staples. Most employees are helpful and polite. Those who are not either don’t care or really need additional training. One employee told me, “Well, I don’t know what to tell you” after I asked for a price check on an item that had scanned a price different from the price posted in the produce section, and then proceeded to do nothing to check on the error.

Today was the last straw. Someone had set off the security alarm at the exit (probably just a tag that had been overlooked). Several employees approached to check through the items in the customers’ cart. The customers, the Walmart employees and the cart were blocking the exit making it impossible for other customers to leave without causing a collision.

I had just checked out and was behind these people. After maybe a minute or two, one of the Walmart employees checking the items in the cart, rudely and loudly told me to go past as if I was the problem.

Excuse me? You, the other customers and their cart are in front of me blocking the exit.

I realize Walmart is big enough not to care about these kinds of issues, but no employee has the right to yell at a customer who hasn’t done anything other than not cause a collision as she waits patiently for the exit to clear. But I guess that’s just the world in 2022 where manners are considered outdated and fuddy duddy. I can take my outdated, fuddy duddy self anywhere but Walmart.

The guy in the photo department is very rude. I asked did he have the key to unlock the televisions and the guy was rude as if I was bothering him. He acted like I was not suppose to purchase more than one then proceeded to just throw the tvs across the counter as if I did not just pay for them. Upper management need to retrain this worker

Hello, Please everyone how was your day? Great I do hope. Please protect yourselves from the Sun and especially the heat. Now back to business, Walmart that is located on Blossom Street was cool, I just wish that it would be a more friendly environment. We All need a Smiling face in our lives.

They priced mandarin 78 cents a bag so I decided to get 2 for my kids, and they wouldn’t honor their mistake on two bags. I asked the manager Alex, if he would honor the 2, they acted like I was a criminal for asking them to honor the price, the casher couldn’t figure out how to fix the price for the one, took for ever. I asked her to please the manager, and she told me no, she didn’t need a manager, my icream was melting and my back was in a lot of pain. She even asked me if I was paying with EBT food stamps. 😐 what difference did it make? Her and another cashier were laughing because I asked for that price. I felt humiliated. They said I could only have one.

So we all have something to do. We’re standing in line waiting on a service they provide. But I don’t understand why they all plod and shuffle along. Do they not realize by pushing out customers makes it easier on everyone themselves first? While making customers a priority they also need to move faster and that the pharmacists are letting it happen. Does no one work hard anymore? This is everywhere and in every environment.

This Walmart needs to get better front end team closing members. An associate (Blk Male, possibly in his 60’s) was being absolutely rude tonight, and his behavior was just unacceptable. He did not ask customers if they were doing cash or card, and one customer was doing cash, went to a card only machine, and his attitude towards her made my blood BOIL. Since I work for Walmart, I had to step up and help her with whatever she needed WHILE OFF THE CLOCK, NOT EVEN AT MY STORE. He gives us front end members a bad name and needs to have anger management classes. If he’s not careful, he could get himself or others hurt

Great store, usually have everything I need. Only one complaint, always out of the lower price black pepper and garlic. I don’t want to pay $4 and $5 for a small container of seasoning, some people are on a budget.
