  It’s always great! Thanks. Train the employees to share their names so we can praise their friendliness or helpfulness. Something like “Hello, my name is Carol.” Then, they can ask the other questions like who the order is for, where to place items or if I want eggs up front. Always helpful, but they are working and I can’t read their badge names.

  Nice store but incredibly unorganized. Wanted to get some tortillas, I had to go all over the store because they weren’t in one place! That wasn’t the only thing, but spending 20 minutes looking is ridiculous.

  Today was the first time my baby formula had to be carried to the register for me. The Walmart associate told me this was store policy, but it’s the first time I’ve experienced this since the birth of my son nearly a year ago. If it’s policy to escort the baby formula to the register, then so be it. It should happen every time without question, and it shouldn’t be something brand new to the customer who has been shopping for formula at the same Walmart for a year. In addition, put up a sign that reads the baby formula must be escorted, so I don’t have to question an associate on what’s happening.

  This Review is directed at Jesse the so called “pharmacist” and only at Jesse. I don’t know if this guy is high all the time or just so lazy he simply doesn’t care about doing his job or losing it? This is NOT the 1st issue I have had because of his lack of doing what he says he will. He is always in a rush to get you off the phone which is beyond RUDE, then to not do the job he says is unacceptable. He is a terrible pharmacist and really needs to find a new profession asap, please! I’m sure your co-workers feel the same way.

  I know most people do not like Walmart but they have items I can’t find anywhere else. The prices are reasonable. It just depends on what you’re looking for. They do need to have more cashier’s open. That is the biggest complaint I hear about.

  Purchased the last TV on the shelf that I was interested in. As I was paying I noticed box had a dent and I asked the cashier if there were more of the same TV in the back and he voiced that’s all they had (on the shelf) and didn’t bother checking if there were more TVs in the back. So I purchased the TV since he said the small dent wasn’t concerning that if the box were to have a hole that’s when I should be worried that is was ok. So I get home and open the TV and sure enough tv screen is shattered. So I drive back to Walmart and was refunded my money and I ask for the second time if there happens to be more of the same TV of the same kind. Since I didn’t want to make more Walmart trips elsewhere. What are the odds that in less than an hour they have the same tv in the back. I made a double trip just because Jason was doing the bear minimum on checking if there were more TVs.

  Wow….what a Terrible experience tonight at Walmart South 104th okc. I had over $400 in my basket that was checked out and the lazy checker and manager cost the store a sale. I bought a paint roller brush set and 1 extra roller they all but accused me of opening a package and taking the roller out all because they were to lazy to walk back and do a price check.
