  This Walmart always look like a warehouse, not a store.
  They always have pallets outside, people moving things, some hallways are closed by pallets.

  Quick pharmacy visit is always pleasant. I picked up meds and a few odds and ends using self check out and was out the door in 20 minutes. This store is always clean, well stocked, and the employees professional. I’m also glad to see the new electronics repair shop. Super convenient!

  Today I did a Walmart Pick Up! The associate was friendly and very helpful. My ONLY ISSUE IS: The condition that the foods are in when they’re picked off the shelf. I ordered a box of Velveeta Cheese and it appears as if the box has been thrown, tossed, and socked up!
  Condition of products are VERY IMPORTANT to me. It shows the person who Picked the items actually care, unfortunately this isn’t my first time complaining about the condition of the groceries.. Choose what you’d choose when shopping for customers.. These boxes being torn is a fkn headache for me!

  Was told at the entrance I could go in with my dog and when I was half way through my shopping, someone told me i couln’t be there with my dog. Had to leave everything and get out. If you have rules, make sure all your staff knows what they are, and not have some employees tell customers something and then someone else tell you the opposite. Will be switching to Target from now on since they allow cuatomers to go in with their dogs.

  Odd observation but the Burbank Walmart has the highest ceiling I’ve seen in one of their stores. They are well stocked with most everything, but I gave it 4 out of 5 because their LA sports team apparel selection was pretty poor. I had to walk over to Target to get exactly the Dodgers shirt I was looking for. Otherwise, the store is really good.

  A lot of selections without needing to buy in bulk and the price is competitive.

  Large area and clean. Parking is ok, people leave frequently.

  I was looking for yoghurt starter and still could not find it here. But I found the last shoe glue. I don’t know why only one left.

  Quite a few items are not restocked and it seems like it has been days instead of today. They range from green onions and some veggies, shoe and metal glues, curry mix and others.

  Cashiers are open only 3. And I got the best one from Armania.

  I like Wal Mart. But it is too far from Santa Monica. I wish they open one here soon.

  Young employees are really nice and helping me find what I need with their gadget. That is something new for me.

  The super center in within a big mall area that’s got everything in it. Will visit next time.

  Wal Mart is close at 11pm, which is also a plus.

  ✅ I’ll make this quick and simple as we all have to move on with our lives.

  ✅ I’ve been here a few times and finding a parking has not been much of a problem.

  ✅ The parking lot may look so packed, but you’ll definitely find one in a minute or two.

  ✅ Well-organized.

  ✅ Self-checkouts are available.

  Lines can be long. I’d say 5-10 minute way on a busy day.

  Store is well-stocked and well-organized even during busy holiday seasons. The produce is generally high quality and they stock things you can’t always find at other smaller supermarkets. The store itself is clean and very easy to navigate. The staff are always extremely friendly. My only complaint is that there are almost always high school students out front trying to get customers to donate to one program or another, and they are often times quite pushy not wanting to accept “no” for an answer.

  Definitely like this one at the Palmer from Walmart from 01 very nice Walmart the only problem they have is you can’t find the damn bathrooms but it has real people that do at working on the cash registers and they barely had an insured machine but they have all the same stuff at all the other Walmarts have

  Los of employees just walking around if you all for help they just point to a long line waiting to pay , so you just have to wait in line to get to the cashier to ask a question or get assistance for an item making everybody (customers) ware time, the employee they get pay by the hour so they don’t care how long it takes

  Well stocked but not easy to find what you are looking for. Hard to locate clerks. Not very friendly. The singage is terrible. The aisles are very narrow and hard to manage in a wheelchair or electric cart much less if there are 2 shopping carts and especially if it is busy. The check out clerk was very helpful.

  Excellent store and good customer service They have all of the departments (electronics, home, food, wine, automotive, sports and goods, clothes for men, women, children, and many more) they always have specials on everything. They also have a McDonald’s inside of the store. I always find everything that I’m looking for.

  Great prices. Parking access its easy there is plenty of parking. The staff is super friendly and ready to help. You can find anything from grocerys to garden equipment. They have good quality clothing with great prices. The also have medical scrubs at great prices and styles. Not too crowded and easy access. There is a plaza with in Walmart.

  Customer service is very poor and I say this as a personal customer service specialist! There are NO signs in this establishment stating or informing customers that they should send money as the name appears on the recipients ID! And when trying to express that to the manager, her response was there are too many rules to post that! Wow!

  Don’t do pickup. Order items for online pickup. Arrived, no parking spots available, tried calling the pickup number. Went straight to voicemail every time. After waiting for 30 minutes I canceled the order and walked inside to pick them up myself. Once I got home I got charged for the canceled order, which according to the app was picked up by somebody. I now have to dispute it, which is too inconvenient for a process that’s supposed to be more convenient.

  I must say this Walmart does not only have poor customer service, it also at times becomes pretty annoying to shop at. I visited this Walmart few weeks ago and asked the salesperson at the crafts department a question,which she gave me no response and few minutes later a security guard approached me and started staring at me, the cashier was not very freindly. They have a lot of room for improvement.

  The workers sometimes they act like if they are doing you a favor or like if you own them something
  And also there is a lot of open packages like toys, Pokémon cards , and even tool packs

  There is a lady on the exit doors that is always rude and harrases me and my family accusing us of steeling and wanting to cheek our recipe and touch all the items we purchase. It should be enough that we show that we have a receipt she don’t need to touch our stuff or hold up the exit hostage.Her name is Amelia or Maria and she was working today in the exit where the deli is at around 9 or 10 a.m in the Calexico location, and in all honesty we don’t pay membership to wall mart for her to grab our receipt and check every item especially if we are not taking anything electric. And if we payed with a live cashier … I tried calling the store but the lady that answers was no help ether and could not transfer me to a supervisor or manger… why even answer the phone if she can’t help. Very unprofessional and rude. Super disappointed in there customer service.

  Customer service here is subpar…. Many items won’t scan… The employees know and would rather have the customer not purchase the item then remove it off the shelf…. They have 30 cashier but keep them closed and insist on you scanning your own items… During a routine shopping I will have to have a sale associate over ride 3 or 4 items … How is this saving time and or money? The staff is often rude… Saying to download the scanner …. Often you scan an item and it will read out of stock… Which makes no sense… If the item is on the shelf how can it be out of stock?…. In San Diego the Walmart there was sued for the same reason….

  The item on the shelf is one price and at the register it is marked higher….

  DO NOT SHOP the Walmart in Calexico…. The majority of staff is rude and management is well aware and prefer them stocking shelves then helping the customers… If Walmart is saving a ton of money by not hiring cashier’s the savings are not be passed onto the customer…. You are better off shopping else or just buying off Amazon

  There is always an exception to the rule…. But if you shop Walmart buy in El Centro or Brawley… Or buy online

  Clean neat and organized. Staff is helpful if you can find one that speaks English. When asking a non English speaker they typically say they don’t speak English and ignore you. I have only found a handful that will ask another associate for assistance. If you speak English I have found it most effective if you use Google translate. It gets the point across just enough for them to not continue to ignore you and actually help. Be cautious when you are rung up by an associate they have a tendency to scan items twice so if your total seems like a lot check before you leave. I have had an associate overcharge me on numerous occasions. It is not just one associate it is multiple associates that do this so be careful!!!
