  A super center with well stocked. Little bit crowded during covid times. Well maintained and well stocked with ample car parking space. Easily accessible from interstate and main state roads. Tax free makes this store a crowd puller too.

  Walmart is walmart… No customer service friendly people… Everyone is busy stocking.. or you cant find anyone on the sales floor..no lines open.. just 2…. And everyone has huge carts full…. Self checkout is fine…. Thats what most stores are doing now….but I would recommend this location its Walmart cant expect too much

  Walmart has everything you need in stock and that also goes for the customers. It’s advised to be prepared for a fistfight anytime you take a trip to Walmart, but it’s worth it. The store is clean and the people who work there are always willing to chat for 10 to even up to 20 minutes! This is the only Walmart near me but I can’t wait to visit more.

  This location is the best Walmart so far: 1) clean store, 2) the cleanest baskets as you see on my photo,, 3) well organized, 4) kind staff except a cashier who helped me.

  I came here for a badminton set. Online said it was in stock and it was not. Then we find a great deal for a volleyball and badminton set for $19 I had a gut feeling it was too good to be true but it was a stocker who put it there not me. They should have honored that $19 for me but instead offered me 10% off $35 that is measley pennies. A store employee put them all in the wrong spot not me it should have been honored. I even took pictures. Will not be going back.

  Walked in Happy, Left feeling not wanted. Got my Tires delivered here on Walmart+ App. The tire company ‘Priority Tire’ delivered the tires three days early. I did not know this would be a problem. But they ended up telling me on my first time to the store to pick them up that the item could not be “binned” or scanned into the walmart system. comes back next day and they still could not give me my tires. I had to go from person to person that worked there to finally get someone that could explain to me why I can’t have something I had already paid for on the walmart app. I had at least 4 employees yelling at me like it was a personal attack on them that I was doing. I was just asking this question ..”am I the first person to get tires delivered to walmart early and is that stopping Me from getting my tires right now?”. YES.

  TL;DR, customer service here is bad. Have a lot of patience and time to waste ready if you’re shopping here.

  Shopped here a few days back as I found a good deal for a product I wanted. However, the transaction was flagged as fraud. Still, I got the issue settled with the bank after some calls and made my purchase.

  The problem here is that the staff was so unaccommodating to the point that they wouldn’t even look me in the eye nor explain what was going on. I had to try the transaction multiple times. They kept putting the products I was buying away without any explanation, passing me around to another staff member, and calling for the next customer while I was still at the cashier. I don’t expect them to go above and beyond. I just wish they’d talk to me and explain the situation so I know what I needed to do. I wasn’t taking up a lot of their time nor did I give them any attitude the whole time which made things worse..

  Anyway.. I hope the other customers have a better experience than what I had. Will definitely be thinking twice before shopping here again 🙏

  I wish I can give them zero stars. I got here 755am. No one greeted me at the door. I see that service area wasn’t open. I went to a manager and asked; what time was it going to be open? they told me 8am, Great! I waited 15 minutes at 8:10am, I went to the same manager who then said they won’t be open until 11am. 🙄 like what? You had me standing there as if I’m going to be served. Customer service is bad. I would’ve cussed her out but I wasn’t going to waste my time. What do you expect when you go to this place? I try to not go to this location at all cost due to the poor customer service, low inventory and the shenanigans that you see at this place.

  Many shops in and around the area. Restrooms available right off the boardwalk. Food for every taste. Beautiful and clean beach. Lifeguards in the summer months. Activities throughout the year but not all shops stay open. Of course there’s plenty of shopping at the nearby outlets and best of all, it’s tax free.

  Love this store! They have everything you need from food to nuts and back. It’s an easy store to get to in Elkton, MD. It has a huge parking lot so it handles the amount of shoppers that go there. The pricing is competitive. To check out they did not have enough workers. I asked a store member about another register to maybe open. and the woman found someone and a register was opened. Nice shopping trip!!

  Due to weather conditions today the entrance to your location had became wet and slippery. My Mother fell as she came into the store, as quick and responsive as the representatives were to make sure she was ok, it shouldn’t have happened. No wet floor warnings were out nor did it seem like anyone was going to make sure it was dry. Due to sheer embarrassment it went unreported. Please do better and make sure policies are followed since we are going into the winter weather season. It is your responsibility to make sure the customers are safe and today, that didn’t happen.

  This is the cheapest place to get groceries in the area for me. That’s the only reason I tolerate going here.

  There’s never enough check out lanes open. I’m not using a self checker for $200 in groceries.

  To be fair, the employees are doing their best and most are friendly, but the management is awful to make them work like this.

  Always great to buy a gingerbread house and your kid opens it up and pieces are iced together and broken. The disappointment on my kids face and the furious feeling I have for my sons hurt little feelings and the incompetence of this store to 1 take back a gingerbread house and 2 not even check it before looking in the box…. Such a shame… I remember when this store was better than the ones by me and worth paying the tax. Won’t be going here anymore

  I honestly can’t stand this Walmart location. I only go because it is convenient to my home but every time I do, I am yet again disappointed. They never have every item I go in for. Ever. The shelves are bare. There are sections in the frozen food department that I could literally lie on. They just now have the front of the store full for fall and Halloween. Competing stores around have had it in stock for over a month. The woman you have standing by pharmacy entrance checking receipts it extremely rude and disrespectful. She never greets anyone walking in like they do on the grocery side. She will stop you walking out the door with one gallon of milk. She makes me feel like a thief every time I leave the store. It has actually gotten to the point that I will walk to the grocery entrance to exit instead. I can’t be the only one shopping here that feels this way. This store has been broken for a while now. The north east location is much better imo. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

  Another splendid job by Koons Lexus. I really appreciate the coupon for the oil change, it saved me about $40.00. Was only there for about ninety minutes. Thank you…. Oh, please put some snacks on the counter for the waiting customer.

  No one on the floors to help. Finally find product on top shelf, struggle to get it down, looks like price is $10 at cash register it’s $17 plus. Finally find someone to help, very nice, says that’s not the price. After somewhat of an explanation I request manager. She was an MOD first had no clue what the hell an mod is. She was rude, basically told me, the customer, I was wrong. Shouldn’t even gotten that off the top shelf (like the customer should jnow) it’s not for sale at the moment. Explained something to the effect that it was moved up there till determined when and what price it will go on sale. How in heavens name should a customer know Walmart has these types of procedures and we need to keep our hand off these items!!!! MOD very arrogant and rude. “Dealt” with me as if I was at fault.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unacceptable behavior, unacceptable customer service if you want to call it that. She shouldn’t be MOD of a trash run. I dont recommend this store, no assistance, products where they shouldn’t be, no help and superior attitude toward a customer by an MOD. For those of you that don’t have Esp, MOD stands for “manager on duty” and with no managerial training.

  The store is pretty well stocked although they’re usually out of a couple of items I usually buy. The store is kept neat and clean. Keep an eye on the register to see what the products ring up at, I’ve had numerous items ring up much higher than what the price on the shelf displayed.

  This is your basic Walmart Supercenter with a traditional Walmart store AND a grocery store. It’s a busy store so they restock continuously instead of only on certain nights. It’s a good selection with some inventory tailored to the local beach resort area and tourists in general. Employees have been polite and helpful. There are two entrances, but sometimes they close the pharmacy area entrance in the later evening, so make sure not to park and come in that entrance after 9 or 10pm, otherwise you will have a long walk.

  One of the better Walmarts in the country! Friendly and helpful staff, everything is where it should be, and the shelves are always full! Lots of registers and cashier’s not to mention a lot of self checkouts available. You won’t have to spend all day there just to get what you need!

  Alba is so sweet and very friendly. Chris is also a genuinely kind and helpful employee. However, there have been multiple times when I have been run into by your cart people that shop for individuals that do pickup. It’s unbelievable the rudeness I have encounters with several of them
