Today I saw acorn squash, big sign above it $1.18 ea
When I put it through the scanner it charged me by the lb and came to $2.70. Rather than hold up the line behind me, I just took it to service desk (with photo of squash & sign) stood in line and the guy gave me the $2.70 back but said I would have to go through checkout again and ask clerk to correct the price.
Annoying, but stood in checkout line again to have the clerk tell me the sign was wrong. I went to manager and was told the sign was wrong and I would have to pay what the checkout computer said.
Isn’t this illegal? Meanwhile the sign still has the wrong price and who can trust any of the signs?

I don’t mind going to this location but sometimes I like calling ahead to see if they have an item available before I make the trip. The problem is i can never get anyone on the phone. I did an experiment and called 15 times throughout the day just to see if anyone would answer and I got nothing. Pharmacy was not included in this experiment because they’re the only department that will answer the phone line. Not surprised! So now I guess I will have to drive down there to see if they have something I need but if they don’t it will be a waste time and gas money when I should have been able to just call and get a hold of someone, anyone for information…

Ive never seen anything like this. There was a group of at least 30 tweakers n drunks outside in front of the store. It was like a party for junkies. Inside the store was even worse absolutely everything is behind bullet proof glass. We couldn’t even buy white tee shirts or socks without calling a employee with keys. The shelves that weren’t behind glass were empty. I guess what isn’t locked up is usually stolen immediately. This store wont be open for much longer in these conditions. Portland really is in crisis.

There way too many homeless hanging inside the store and outside the parking lot. Doesn’t feel safe to shop in this location after sunset. Often time I don’t find carts to shop. Barely find helps from the staff. They are always shorting staff maybe because the sale associates and securities are too busy to handle shoplifting.

Be prepared to be accused of stealing if you are browsing the makeup aisle. Apparently the manager was “watching me steal” on the security cameras, and the employee monitoring the area made me open my purse. Once I let her see that I hadn’t picked anything up, she came back, and would not leave me alone while I was browsing. Mind you, I hadn’t even touched anything. I get that they are trying to be vigilant and prevent shoplifting, but they obviously weren’t watching as closely as they claimed. Felt very uncomfortable

Great selection, great prices, and great value! But they don’t put nearly as many people on the registers as they could, they take a while to restock things, and the employees don’t enforce the mask policy at all. I watch them keep their head down as they pass by someone not wearing a mask, and it’s getting irritating. I’m sick of public safety being blatantly ingored, as if the people who shop here aren’t nasty enough. I overhead another customer telling her 5yo daughter to “pull her dress down and stop licking everything” yesterday. I never see any workers saying anything about the kids who just sit there and scream either. Is there even a manager? Does anyone pay attention to these things? The place is just kind of a mess in that regard. But I still have no issue shopping here primarily, it’s not THAT bad yet.

While it’s no secret my feelings for and towards this particular chain, I’ve shopped there when necessary but have noticed the prices skyrocket well beyond what other retailers have implemented. So well once the cost savings may have made it seem to be worth it their prices have gone up so much and they’re repeated issues with poor quality with their produce and in their meat department It’s just not somewhere I will be shopping again. Just an FYI Walmart a suggestion, just because you can doesn’t mean you should! Seriously you really need to do better.

Would be nice if they opened more registers and less self check out. It’s getting ridiculous. You want me to scan, bag, pay but then ya want to check my recipet to make sure I have done your job!

This has got to be the most unprofessional walmart location I’ve ever been to. Every employee doesn’t seem to know what’s going on or how anything works in the store they work in??? Waited over an hour for someone to get a TV from the back of the store. I hope this place is hit by a few meteorites soon. Good riddance

I have been shopping at Walmart for the past 18 years. They pretty much have what I need. I do most of my grocery shopping there but they also have a number of different departments. From clothing to automotive. And I find the the employees very amicable and friendly. The only issue I have is in the handicap parking. Last week I went there and there was no handicap parking available and every car that was in handicap parking did not have a placard or license plate authorizing them to park there. When I went in it complained to the customer service they informed me there was nothing they could do. I think it’s imperative that steps be taken to correct this situation. People like me who not only have mobility issues but also breathing issues. I have one lung and use oxygen. So rather than peel me off the floor it would be nice if they took care of this issue. If I’m having this issue I’m sure others are. Whatever it is they need to do whether it’s to have a security guard authorized to take it or call the police department and have these vehicles towed. I do believe that the store themselves can have those vehicles towed. I generally shop very early in the morning between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. just so that I can get a handicap parking spot as well as an electric shopping cart. If either of those things are not available I cannot shop there. This may seem minor too many people but to people like myself who have these issues, or similar issues it affects the quality life as well as our ability to shop to obtain the items we need

This Walmart is especially quick as far as waiting in line. I had no problems and checking out was a breeze. They seemed to have relaxed lately after a bad employee got removed. Thank goodness. The rest of the employees there are great.

Great place to find most of what I need. I love DIYs and I love to decorate so I came here to get most of my Halloween party decorations that my sister and I had for the kiddos. I love Walmart. Plus they got awesome workers and customers service.

I was here for an oil change, granted it was a weekend and they were busy, but they were upfront about the two hour wait, and I want in a rush so I was fine with that. Once they got my vehicle in the bay it was very quick and the person I felt with Kyle was very friendly and even let me know about some issues that I hadn’t even come in for. Yeah it was a bit of a wait, but good service and a good price.

Prices are good on most items, but there were quite a lot of empty shelves in the grocery department, and many of the items on my list were out of stock or unavailable,

Employees did seem to be more friendly and helpful than most I have dealt with in my home state.

The reason for my four-star rating was for the pharrmacy; the tech really had to jump though some hoops to get my medication transferred between states so that I didn’t run out, and she did it effectively and with a smile. Kudos to the pharmacy technician and the pharmacist!

I’ve been a loyal customer to this walmart, particularly for their grocery pickup. As I suffer from a chronic illness that affects my ability to stand up, this is the easiest way for me to get my groceries without a medical scare. However, the last 2 times I have tried to pick up my groceries I have had to wait over 25 minutes and had to wait even for a parking spot. Today i waited 30 minutes, just for a sweet lady to come out and tell me my order was canceled. This service is intended to be convenient to most, however it is a major necessity for me. Not being able to have this service available to me is upsetting. I dont know if they are short staffed or if they overbook their time slots. I now will switch stores and pharmacies as they don’t do pharmacy pick up anymore either. What a bummer.

I found what I came for (LED C7, candelabra, small based night light bulbs). However, it wasn’t what I wanted/needed after all (bases were too big.) I couldn’t see on the top shelf, it looked like empty boxes. I used my phone and took photos. Some items were there but pushed back. I selected a night light that I didn’t need because it had the bulb I did need. I paid less than what I thought I would when I came in to the store so I left happy.
After purchasing, I was told they couldn’t allow me to use an outlet to test the bulb in the cord I brought. I went to the optical shop and the woman allowed me to use an outlet there. (I hope I’m not getting this very nice lady in trouble. I appreciated her very much!)

Would of made it a 5 star but their frozen food section and meats department is never stocked not saying it’s their fault. But our main reason for shopping there is the food prices customer service is always on point. And every employee that I have encountered has been super helpful and enjoyable to enteract with.

Usually the greeters or security are cool about checking your receipt when you leave the store. But this particular employee couldn’t wait to come up to me to check mine when I wasn’t even headed toward the door. I still needed to purchase some money orders. I had $4000 in my purse. I had no need to steal anything from Wally World. Especially the moving boxes I had purchased. It was embarassing. The cashier behind customer service was very nice and accommodating, though

It was surprisingly quiet inside. But I did go early on a Sunday. Always great deals. I do stay away from the produce it doesn’t seem to be rip or last more than a day or two.

Came here to buy my daughter new shoes and they had these here ! These are so cute. I love how wallmart has been bringing the oldschool stuff back like bluesclues and pokemon. My daughter can use these as her pokemon go shoes. 🙂

This store is complete chaos. There are multiple carts sitting throughout the store that are overfilling with random items. Done of these carts have clothes and food items. There are overloaded pallets with boxes that are leaning that looked extremely unsafe to leave sitting unattended. I never saw an employee until I checked out of the store…. Which is when I discovered that they don’t provide the option to check out your goods. You are responsible for checking all of your own items. Unless I absolutely need something at Walmart that I can’t find somewhere else, I will avoid this store like the plague. Just an overall awful experience. Two stars because I needed some pants and I was able to walk out of the store with pants. I did have to dig through piles of unfolded pants that were strewn about with various brands to find them though.

This walmart is gross. No cart wipes, no antibacterial machines work at self check out. And they have Lego’s under lock and key. Gross.

I have called FIVE times to speak with a manager/supervisor. Because I want to commend one of their employees (the David that was in 11/20 around 6:30-7pm). And no one answer the phone. Or they do and put you on hold. Or transfer you to the automotive department. Or they just pick up and hang up. What a joke. Seriously, David is the only good thing about this place. Anyway, David, thank you for finding molasses for me. And then hunting me down when you found it. Super appreciative.

Edit. I finally got through to a manager. But good lord, it was a challenge.
