Reliable for having things in-stock. Came for pens and XL sized flash cards, was easy to find. Had plenty to choose from. Also needed some E6000 glue which was located in the craft section. The stationary section has a small variety of gel pens, pencils, and notebooks which altogether the selection is modest. There were some open packs of gel pens throughout the aisle which I assume other customers had opened to try-before-you-buy. Shame they could have just purchased and returned if they didn’t like them. I purchased a pack of the BIC Gel-ocity pens and have to say I really like the way they write so far! See attached photo.
A month ago I bought this item and was charged $6.28 at the register. Today I went and picked up another one and the price is still indicating $5.88 on the shelf, but this item has not been $5.88 for some time now. The same issue exists for other items throughout the store, which sometimes I have to leave at the register when they ring up higher.
Also, the people attending the registers won’t honor the price displayed just what comes up in their system.

There is stuff scattered everywhere.By Stephen Hellinger (3 months ago)I don’t typically go into the store, I primarily have done pick up orders but they are always fast, the online ordering is convenient and the staff that loads have always been friendly. The prices also seem to be a lot better than a lot of other places so I feel like I have been able to save money.I don’t know if it’s because of the holidays, I’m assuming so., But it has been harder to find pick up times. Typically I can do online pick up and have it available the next day, even the same sometimes but lately it’s been 2-3 days later sometimes even 3-4. I’m hoping when the holidays are over it will get better again. It reminds me of when COVID first hit and everyone was doing pick-up for groceries so it was hard to find a spot for pick up.

Extremely disappointed with their curbside service. They’re the worst u will ever deal with. The manager or lead coach Kristie is horrible. They say until 10pm staff leave an hour before their shift and will not notify you about anything. Instead if u don’t ask around u will be park at your spot checked in waiting for them to bring u an order which they tell u they coming out soon on the app yet everyone in that department leaves early and the management team does not care. Back in 2017 this was a great Walmart, the isles were extremely organized and well maintained for clearance. This store looks like a hurricane ran through the isles. There were a lot of crowded isles with boxes sitting out that were clearly for stocking but we’re just left out as if “the customers will just take it out of the box so why shelve it” mindset was used. I wish I could’ve found an associate but getting any help in jewelry wouldn’t be expected. A lot of just standing around and “I don’t knows” everything was honestly a mess and dirty. Clearly stolen items just thrown around in isles and baked goods were just open and had bites in them! Be wary of the items you get from here. This place has gone severely downhill.By It Sees Us (2 months ago)I saw a story about the ceo saying they may have to shut stores down due to loss.. personally I’m not sure if that’s a bad thing.. gates at the entrance so you can’t go back out. Treated like a child when you need a simple charging cable for your phone. Don’t get me started on self check outs… maybe hire more and pay better.. stop acting like you hate your customers. This Walmart is absolutely one of the cleanest formal service in the front room of the bathroom. The staff is nice. Management is doing their job wonderfully and easy to find things. Update…this grill is the best! Hamburgers and steaks sear and cook fast–moist and taste great, so you won’t be disappointed! I love it!

Dickson city Walmart is a nice store for regular shopping activities. Recently they have renovated the store and the new look is absolutely gorgeous. I get all the items what I usually need here. The quality of the goods are not always same but I think that is true for any Walmart items. Customer service, pharmacy and the vision section are good. They have introduced more self checkout counters and I like it as it saves time. The garden section has nice collection of indoor and outdoor plants. Also hard to make WIC purchases. There could be lines opened if employees got off their phones and stopped socializing about which other workers they’ve slept with. It’s also unnecessary to have workers check your receipts when leaving. Making a whole other line just to exit the store. I waited 40 minutes to pick up an order and ended up leaving without it. Other drivers were out of their vehicles walking around. One man set up a lawn chair. Employees run and hide because you want to ask them something. Electronics employees were awesome. Helpful in what ever I needed!! The store is finally organized. As of 8/15/22. Everything looked fully stocked. They always have fresh flowers at a good price. Despite pushing the help button 7 times, even going to Customer Service to get assistance, no one came over. I waited for 40 minutes. ???? To me, it is ridiculous that a 3 dollar product has to be locked up. Needless to say, I will not be shopping here again. It is a shame because I did like this one more than the one I normally go to in NJ.By Monica F Brown (4 months ago)I order online and do curbside pickup every time to avoid the long lines and it is easier than searching in the store for what you want. I always get notifications when my order is ready ( usually before the time I have selected ). I am notified of substitutions and if I approve or deny them. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my orders ( even when all the parking spaces were full, I somehow was in and out in five minutes. ) The boys that work the curbside pickup are amazing, always friendly, very fast, ask me about the substitutions. There are a few that go above and beyond what I would expect ( if one of their buddies has a large order and they are finished helping me, they will walk over and help them. Others will walk up to cars and ask their name to make sure everyone is checked in . I have always had a positive experience with the curb side crew.nI think they all deserve raises!!By NellieJRK (3 months ago)I had to use the restroom to change my clothes due to an accidental spill i had in my car. I first had to purchase new pants to change into. As I was in the restroom disrobing, i imagine i was taking longer than unusual ( I am a disabled veteran and i use a cane to get around), the police were called. After i had finished getting changed and was at the sink, the local police came in asking me how I was doing and what was going on. I explained the situation and showed them the receipts for the items I had just purchased. They were very understanding and apologized for the inconvenience and the misunderstanding and wished me happy holidays and we both went our separate ways. The most pleasant encounter with the law I’ve had in a long time. Thank you, Walmart, for being so observant and looking out for unusual circumstances….better to be safe than sorry!!
