4 months agoThought what a great day to BBQ!! Went to Kroger to get some meat and there was a sign at the meat counter saying be back in 20 minutes. No problem, I waited but when he returned he was ticked off about something. Asked for a couple cuts of meat and he tells me very sharply he can’t cut meat and there is nobody there to do it then goes back to work.Come on Kroger, teach this young man how to better interact with customers, or at least get someone that can cut meat….
a month agoRecently placed a Pick-Up order at this Kroger and was disappointed. I had multiple missing items that I was charged for. I called the store for help with this issue and whoever I spoke to was very rude. The best part is that the Pick-Up Manager was who brought my order out to me! Would not recommend their Pick-Up services.4 months agoThis is an old cramped Kroger. Customer service is unacceptable. While I was shopping, someone stuck a cupcake in my car’s door handle! So security is also an issue.5 months agoConsistenly horrible experience with click list groceries. This time expensive meat out of date, rotten produce, website link doesn’t work and many more unavailable items. Never ready on time. I switched to other stores in the area and thought I would try one more time. Again, horrible!2 years agoThis Kroger is DISGUSTING!! See the meat should be pink but look at the nasty brown one they have ready to make you I’ll? Now look at this grapefruit. Yuk!!! Do not shop here unless absolutely necessary. We had to come here real quick for orange juice and seen these. Ew!

Workers always seem to have attitudes, can’t get anyone to answer the phone for any services. Shelves are poorly stocked. the security is judgemental, and quick to judge. The only positive interaction I’ve had is the employees who work in the liquor store, are always friendly and kind. The workers who run the pharmacy are rude, ignorant and quick to being judgmental.
We just got charged $185 on a $29 order placed for delivery on the app. Why would the app even let the shopper go that much over? We won’t be using it again. I would recommend not using the delivery portion until they can cap how much a shopper can steal.
Update: after speaking to Kroger, we will have to wait 7-10 days for the “standard refund time” and would not transfer us to anyone else, insisting this is the best they can do. It appears this happens often enough that they have standard operating procedures for it and refuse to help. They then ended the call after we asked again to speak to someone else. We will be doing all our shopping at Giant Eagle going forward
If I could give this place a negative vote I would! It’s dirty for 1. One register open at anytime! They won’t open anymore! Parking lots is always trashy!
This location went down fast! Hey Kroger CEO, how about you pay a little more on the wages and actually get some workers in this location!
Definitely won’t be back to this location! I will drive 5 to 10 miles to find a better one HOPEFULLY! SMFH!
Whyyyyyyyyyy is the security guard stopping ppl from coming in at 9:45?! Yelling from the door “closed”? If the store closes at 10?? I’m glad my son was able to get in before that. Ridiculous.
If I could give this store -5 stars I would. Seriously!!! Saturday afternoon and only 3 self check outs open and 1 register. The other side only had a few self check out open as well. These lines are ridiculous! I’d rather drive the extra 2 miles into Pickerington than deal with this store ever again! Kroger.., how many other people are willing to do the same! Your sales have gotta be dramatically declining. I saw so many carts abandoned. What a shame!
