a week agoCame in from out of town. Met a cashier by the name of Nathan. He was nice, welcoming and just a cool dude. I hope you guys see this and let him know this review is about him6 months agoSuper upset over this situation. I would of rather them say they can’t make it. To pay $50 for this is disappointing. I’m not upset with the man who rushed to do it because it wasn’t ready on time but he stated their cake decorator was out. The staff here was amazing. I showed up late to pick up my quick list, 15 minutes before close, the staff didn’t act annoyed at all. Simply asked my name for my order, got me what I needed and told me to have a great day. Amazing customer service, 10/10 would recommend them again. De‘Metrius was amazing and beyond kind. Kroger needs to recognize this staff for their EXCELLENT customer service.
The deli is always slow, but today at 10am we were told by the two gentleman that were working that department informed us they could not wait on us until the chicken was done and something else. Couldn’t even give us a wait time. Sorry, but that is ridiculous. So off to meijer we went. Doing more meijer than Kroger these days.
since when does the deli close 2 hours before the store? I’ve had other problems at this Kroger before like items missing from the shelves, prices hikes, poor quality of produce like 3 pineapples to choose from and no green bananas so this is the last straw I’ll be going to a different store from now on.
Pharmacy takes a lunch break daily. Service has always been friendly & convenient with picking up groceries and pharmacy.
No employees ever ask us if we need help. And the cashier Damien I think is more concerned about skating his mini skateboard then ringing out customers. And Julie has a disrespectful mouth on her. Refusing to help us bag and ran her mouth at us as we were leaving the store. Will probably look for another grocery store to go. And we do spend almost 400 dollars every visit.
