2 years agoThis floral department is small and has very few house plants compared to others in the area. I was disappointed on the lack of inventory in potted plants. The fresh cut flowers looked decent though. I would definitely go to a different Kroger for my floral needs though.a month agoI am so disgusted. I purchased a pop tart and I noticed the box was kind of light but didn’t think anything of it. When I opened the box it was stuffed with old bread and cardboard. I assume someone purchased the pop tart and resealed it, then returned it. I thought returned food couldn’t go back on the shelves. If I could remember everything I purchased, I would return it all because who know what I purchased that has been returned.a year agoMy first visit here, The store was clean well organized, stockers on deck in the dairy department and other isles. Let me start by saying this store has a variety of everything from organic, vegan, gluten free when it comes to the bread I was undecided whether I wanted 11 or multi-grain, honey wheat, butter flavored, brown bread rolled in oats or to shop by sale. Some products were pricey as it is many of the competitor’s, the items in my small cart total was 96.00. I also saw some good deals on a few items . I like the fact that odds and ends hang throughout the store down each isle. The flowers that were marked down in floral Dept. look to have no hope left. Other than that I will go back to this particular location.3 weeks agoIn a established covid era, this Kroger thinks it’s okay not to sanitize. The counter at customer service was covered on bacteria. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. Folks whlear your gloves and mask when shopping here. It might just save your life, as the young lady looked at me dumbfounded when I pointed it out. IT IS A GROCERY STORE PROVIDING NUTRITION, SANITIZE FOR THE COMMUNITY!a year agoThis store layout is a bit chaotic. Hard to find things. For some reason produce is segregated from the rest of the store and you have to come out of produce like it is a separate store. The front area by florist is hard to maneuver and very cluttered

Needs more workers to Open Checkout lanes.
Had to Use the New self checkout lanes and It Broke On Us Causing a massive delay Had to be checked out By a worker in the end.
Other than that its clean and Always stocked with freindly People
Talking to this store’s management about anything is absolutely pointless, especially when they struggle you off and keep moving. This store doesn’t keep up with their own policies and/or know they’re own policies.
One of the cashiers also just randomly yelled how “She was about to curse a white lady out” to the same manager- very disrespectful
This is a pretty good grocery store. It’s got most of what I need, but it is getting cluttered looking again and checkout is a pain… They usually only have 1 checkout that is staffed and you usually have to go to self checkout which is more trouble. They also need to better staff the service desk. It takes a long time waiting in line to get anything done there.
I have been waiting over 2 weeks for an overcharge by an untrained cashier. I keep getting lip service about how it takes X amount of business days. I’ve waited 10 business days and made 3 phone calls to the store. Honestly the fuel points were the only reason keeping me shopping here. I’ve repeatedly found expired meat and dairy items, incorrect pricing on shelves, fruit flies in the produce department, aisles blocked with too many displays and unopened boxes, never enough cashiers and if you want a cart, get it from the parking lot before you enter. The hollering front end supervisor adds to the charm. I’ll take my $500 a month spent here elsewhere. Not even worth the fuel points or hassling for my refund anymore.
There was a roach casually strolling down the baby food aisle. Two women at self checkout loading the machines with money told me I to go to customer (which is always vacant) to get change for a 20 and informed me you CANNOT get change from the register even if you are buying items which is a lie. I get change when I’m buying food all the time. I’m reporting them for sure. I am disabled and the way I was brushed off was low class and unprofessional.
