2 weeks agoAbsolutely miserable and bitter employees make this store an unpleasant experience. If you must go then do yourself the favor of using the self-checkout and don’t buy any item that requires an ID check. There are a handful of friendly, helpful employees but as a rule they seem hate their jobs, their lives, and everyone who doesn’t share their misery.
in the last weekSeveral checkout clerks work above and below their duties. Efficient, pleasant, HELPFUL, and fast; these guys should make Kroger proud. One of the men is tall and young, always smiling. The other packer, is an Older guy, equally efficient. They both have escorted me to my car to empty my cart into my car. I will look at their name tags numbers to make sure they get credit. Stevee Cleland, an older, handicapped customer.3 weeks agoNOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY — multiple attempts to have someone help check out. Front line and management have told me on different occasions to shop earlier in the day if I want help or if I want a full service line open. They also lock the doors where the carts are after a certain hour but don’t supply any at the entrance they keep open. Fuel center hours vary and most of the time don’t have lights on while the pumps are open. The claim is they lock the south doors for safety yet have you pump gas without lights or staff.a year agoI’m reviewing Kroger and how accessible it is for those with disabilities. This Kroger is very accessible, it is a one level building and there are no curbs when entering the building. The doorway is very wide with automatic doors. Kroger has automatic carts that people can use. These carts contain a basket on them, so people are able to hold all of their groceries. The aisles tend to have a lot of space for mobility, some have side shelves that stick out or poles, these could be barriers when moving through the aisle. Above each aisle is a board that states what is in each aisle for directions. Some items are higher up on the shelves which are not as accessible as those lower on the shelves. When checking out the space tends to be smaller and the aisles are more narrow. Self check out has even less space and would be hard to maneuver in an automatic cart. Overall this space is pretty accessible.2 months agoUnpleasant customer experience 7/1- Tammi (front manager) was very rude when I tried to use a coupon as she stated they can’t scan from phone (nor punch in). Didn’t even try to accommodate. I had specialized baby formula OTC reward for Kroger. I then asked to speak to another manager and he advised they dont take the OTC as they get nothing for it…I let the manufacturer know this but regardless store obviously does not care for customers and I will be happy to take business elsewhere. Also to note price was more here anyways so worked out for the best.

5 months ago2 stars because this one actually had everything I wanted. But it’s pulled down by the fact that this Kroger, like many others, have gone to self checkout ONLY. The general public is not trained for this. Not only is it frustrating as hell, it’s a slow, painful process when you get behind someone who has no clue what to do. If you have anything that needs assistance from the “attendant”, hopefully they’re not deeply involved in gossip time. Thanks Kroger for making quick trips to the grocery store a thing of the past!2 years agoAwesome place to go for grocery shopping. Really friendly staff and great and fresh products. Not a too large store so can find anything you want in a very short time. Really happy to have this store in the neighborhood. All of the staff from the fresh meat section to the checkout are super friendly and you feel so go to shop therexa month ago**APPRECIATION POST*** Lanai and Jim are two awesome human beings. Very friendly and we’re a pleasure to work with in assisting me today. Thank you both2 months agoThe change to self-service checkout has been awesome. It has added more lanes for checkout rather than the 2 cashiers they used to have. I am in and out of the store in half the time that it used to take me. Ignore the Karens and Kens who demand to be waited on hand and foot because they’re too simple-minded and lazy to use the checkout machines efficiently. They’re probably crying about having to pump their own gas and having to use an ATM machine too. Sorry, Karen, no manager to cry to in this Kroger!Even better is the food-stamp crowd don’t shop here because, again, too lazy and dumb to work the machines. No Karens and welfare folks here!
The location isn’t the greatest. The parking lot is jam-packed because they built too many stores in a small area. The idiot Dublin drivers don’t bother looking so you’re always in danger of getting smashed into.
2 months agoThe worst experience ever! I shopped for over 400. Worth of food and if the self checkout wasn’t stressful enough… An older woman (e mploye ) confronted me about my service dog and threatened me of

I wanted to purchase two teal patio chairs from the Kroger on Sawmill Rd but having recently had an abdominal hysterectomy I’m unable to lift anything. I went to the Customer Service Desk and spoke with Store Manager Peder. He not only rang up my purchase for me but said to just pull my car up by the chairs and he would load them for me himself! I did just that and he even shook out the rain from the chairs before loading them for me. I am utterly impressed by Manager Peder for his stellar customer service!!
Shame on you Kroger! I have a 9 month old and even at the height of the shortage, this quality, alternative brand was not this expensive. Now they have it in stock and it’s $50?! I’m submitting a complaint with the AG’s office. This is price gouging.
Usually 1 lane open. Employees not always in the best of moods, hard to find one smiling. They made it to 4 stars because of a manager’s above and beyond. My father, a disabled vet went in to by a charging cord for his phone and a manager saw his vet decorated buggy and gave him the cord for free and thanked him for his service. That was awesome and made my dads day. If they could get their employees to happy to be there and friendly with guests, it would be a five star.
Kroger is now massively overpriced (like several stores), rarely has stocked produce, and when they do its not fresh, less lanes open, slow computers and the worst part is a heavy cardboard display fell on my son because the cardboard couldn’t hold the display items. Now he has a nice size bruise. I will not be going back.
The store is organized but they never have enough cash registers open. Also they always have same employee helping with bagging at multiple registers. The cashiers act angry at customers for not helping bag groceries. I feel bad for the cashiers but I never bag my groceries to make a point that its not my job and they should get mad at their managers for not scheduling enough baggers. The management needs to schedule more people at registers and for bagging.
