a month agoWent in today to just exchange a bag of chicken bought earlier because it had a mold like salmonella look as you can see in the picture which I took at the actual store. manager Fred went on to say since my Aunt didn’t keep her receipt she’s stuck with it cause Kroger policy does not allow exchanges without a receipt “which apparently was a lie cause I watched them do it earlier while waiting for lottery” i will post video on my YouTube & TikTok pages of complete encounter, it will probably infuriate most!a month agoIf you like to bag your on groceries, this is the place to go. We need to bag our own groceries 90% of the time when we shop here. While we are heading to the checkout on 2 different occasions I had seen employees looking at their cell phones. Unless Kroger has their daily, minute by minute job duties on the employees phones, they shouldn’t be walking around the store with in in their faces.3 months agoThey rearrange things a lot, so it hard to find. But all the employees are super nice lately. Especially Shay, who does pick up orders. She is so personable and always has a great attitude! I appreciate her a lot!a month agoI grew up with this Kroger location – it’s older, yes. However I’ve found it better for shopping due to depressed foot traffic; the Pharmacy staff are very helpful & kind. This location often has medications that I am unable to find at other pharmacies; again due to the lighter foot traffic. It’s charming in a sense too…you can see what Kroger used to be compared to what it’s become. Please be kind to the associates; Kroger offers them very little, it’s just how it is unfortunately. (former employee btw, so I know.) Ok Folks: be kind & stay safe. ✌️3 months agoI have been coming to this location since they have opened, so a majority of my life(40 years) Lately, the customer has to bag their own groceries. Today there was only one regular lane open and the self check out lanes. The self checkout was so backed up it caused a traffic jam. The lady at the regular register called for assistance and no one came. I bagged my groceries again! I am getting to the point I may as well shop at Aldis. Publix would even be better at this point. They need to give an extra discount anytime the customer has to bag their own groceries unless they choose self check out. I do use self checkout when I don’t have a whole cart full of groceries. This is the most convenient location to me and if this was a rare occurrence I wouldn’t mind but this is becoming the norm.

5 months agoThis location was a bit hard to find things. It was laid out similarly to most, but the pharmacy was smaller and therefore I had to go to the aisles to find the items I needed.10 months agoI had a wonderful shopping experience at this Kroger Supermarket. The Kroger corporate should not choose her to be a manager no manners people work here. They prob their Un Educated. Need more training to a cashier and be a Manager. So Rude. If have zero star here. I will put zero. Needs attention from Kroger Corporate. If they do not want to serve a customers then. Not supposed to there. Kroger Bad Attitudes Employees Donna and said Manager black woman! I hate to shopping here. This kind of Employees attitudes. Too Sorry people!5 months agoNoticeable change in cleanliness and organization, the Kroger 4 miles down the road is aweful! This store is much better than shop in, produce I good. The only thing, you need a cheese shop. Bakeries in Kroger are noted for being subpar, but quite a few have great cheese shops. Would love to see this addition!3 months agoExcellent customer service from Assistant Manager in the Meat Department. Gio was very helpful. I could not find an advertised meat that was shown in the Kroger weekly paper. Gio apologized for not having the Spiral Ham. He said that he would made it work for me. I left as a very Happy customer! Thanks, Gio!

well -1 star to this store, honestly Im not fan specifically in this one cuz mostly they out of many items always, but to go for a quickly and specifics stuff its ok.
The reason of my review is because tonight 03/04 my father a 65 years old men, was victim of xenophobic from a couple of employes. He tried purse a pack of beer and when he show his passport (wherever the cause cuz is a legal ID) they resist to sell. Was near to 8pm so the 10pm restriction don’t was the problem, They say to him: Need show a American ID yes o yes, never happen before to him, anyone that I know or myself in the past. So is a law, they should have a sign where specifies it.
I don’t know but to me that was rude and xenophobic (the way they treat him don’t was the best eather).
Wow. 2023 and no tap to pay function on any register. Had to just leave my cart after a 30 minute stroll. This is why you guys are a dying brand.
Everytime I get produce from here, it goes bad so quickly or if it’s a bag of produce like grapes or potatos, the ones at the bottom are already bad. I’ve not had this issue with other grocery stores that I regularly buy from. I’d rather the shelves look empty than be full of rotting produce
this store has creeps working there and they don’t care. if you shop here at night don’t bring your daughters cuz this man who works overnight is a weirdo and is being weird w my younger sister who is 17. Management said they’d do something abt it, nothing changed. He been a weirdo . When i worked there and i was 17 AS WELL he was creepy w me, i reported him for KISSING MY HAND and making inappropriate remarks towards me and nothing changed. do better kroger you’re better than this.
The Kroger I walked to growing up around Herrington woods. Of course a lot has changed. The bank of America is no longer there. Other than employees, nothing much has changed. Kroger brands are always affordable. Kroger plus cards can still be used towards discounts and gas points.
