  Very convenient and not very crowded, very nice to just be able to pop in and grab a couple of things that I want. The pharmacy is also very reliable, I always get my prescriptions here and they are always very efficient and time-aware, unlike many other pharmacies. They have everything that you need for just recreational foods and items, but they don’t really sell big ticket items like Walmart Super-centers.

  Not that many people almost every time I shopped, also did have great selection in every department. Helpful staff. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.

  Great Walmart experience, low prices, friendly service, all in a convenient location. When I’m around the area, this is my go-to Walmart location. They’re even stocking more vegetarian items than your average Walmart, which makes this place a winner.

  Hands down, one of the best grocery stores in the area.

  The pharmacist was so helpful. They didn’t have the prescription i needed so he offered to call other pharmacies until he found it. Fortunately another local Walmart had the antibiotics i needed he sent my prescription to them and I was able to get what I needed quickly and with no stress. I appreciate really good customer service. I don’t find it very often but when I do I like to let them know how much it means.Way to go Walmart Neighborhood Market on Rogers. Your pharmacy staff was outstanding, they took what could have been a negative experience and saved the day. Thank you.

  Usually love going here because I’m in & out. Plus there’s usually not too many people there. I will not be going back & wouldn’t recommend going there if you would like to avoid being embarrassed & accused of stealing. Ive shopped here for years & never had a situation like this happen to me. The “manager” Summer watched me & my mother check out the whole time, still stopped us to check my receipt for 2 items I added on (wanted to make sure I had the money for it), said the items weren’t on the receipt (they were), & when I tried to show her where they were at the bottom she snatched it away & started calling someone over. This all happened in front of the store. When she finally took a minute I was able to show her that I had in fact scanned them. I then told her to give me my stuff & that she had embarrassed me. I headed for the door. My mom stopped to say something & as she was getting rude w/ my mother I asked my mom what her name was. The “manager” then yelled “Summer, it’s Summer” while poking her chest out to show her name tag, she then yelled “leave the store & don’t come back.” Didn’t realize I had done anything to warrant that. Me & my mother weren’t even the only customers to be upset by this. There was a woman that said she’d also be calling to complain (I have called) & there was a man that said he wouldn’t be back in. Which also goes to show not only how loud she was with this matter but also how unprofessional. Not surprised to see she’s had a complaint on here before.
  I hope whatever it is in her life, that has her so bitter, gets resolved. Couldn’t imagine living life like that.

  The only thing I don’t like about this location is that it it’s not a TRUE Neighborhood Market. The only way in and out is Rogers (by car). If it were a true NHMarket, they would have access via the street to the south and avoid the main road. Other than that, it’s just like every other one (except the color – 2022)

  Everything pretty much “Walmart Specs” Two things stand out that stand out. One is customer service cash dept.
  They know how to get it done for you. Awesome Dep.
  The second thing that stands out to me is their Electronics Dept. I don’t know where they hide….if it’s after 6 or 7 pm well good luck. Everything else is great. Clean restrooms too.

  I have my groceries delivered every month because I don’t have a vehicle anymore because it was stolen and I love this service!!!! When I get another vehicle I will still use this service because it saves time. Also my last visit to the store I was able to buy a book of postage stamps. I don’t know if people realize they can buy this item at the store but yes you can. Love me some Walmart!!!

  BAYLEE in bakery for the win!!! I was looking for some cupcakes for my daughter’s preschool class this evening and they were down to the 6 packs. Baylee happened to be standing there and overheard my disappointment and my daughter’s disappointment in what was left. She came to the rescue. She went back and made her a 24 pack of really cute cupcakes. She was a Rockstar. Thank you so much for your help.

  Some employees are nice and helpful, but the online shopping order employees are rude and will combat you for items. Stock on items can be sketchy. Items purchased only days before will be gone and no one can tell you if they are going to get any in on the next delivery.

  Produce is barely passable and same issues with never certain if it will be in stock.

  Ample parking but drivers are not cautious – so be careful out there.

  It had been a while since I have physically been in to shop at any Walmart. There were a lot of changes that had been made and many more going on however I will say the employees were all very friendly and helpful. I am not a fan of the lack of employees checking out customers mostly because I like the conversation and interaction. I will also say I am not a fan of the employees at checkout staring down those who are scanning items. If theft is that big of a concern then bring back the checkers. I had just got off work and had my own name tag on and whatnot and was mindful of that which is why I did not address the mean mugging and stare downs right away. I was repping my current job and did not wish to give a bad impression but being stared down and eyeballed the way I was certainly left a bad impression. It definitely makes me reconsider even going back to that store. Not sure if the checkout experience weighs heavier or not than the employees throughout the store who were simply amazing. It was a noticeable difference i must say.
