  This is the fanciest Walmart you’re ever going to walk into – hands down! I think it’s a testing store of some kind. The make your own pizza area is impressive, large bakery and deli section and the checkout lines are very tech forward. Out in the parking lot is a drone takeoff station for aerial deliveries.

  The parking lot is an utter disaster. You cannot park anywhere close to the store. You never could, but it’s gotten far worse this past year. A very large number of spots are now reserved for pickup, and they’re the ones closest to the store. Several more are taken up by their drone delivery trial. In short, they only care about people who DON’T want to come inside to shop, to pick out undamaged produce, and meat and dairy products that expire later rather than sooner. This used to be a pretty nice place to shop – not any more.

  This Walmart is one of the best in the area. It’s usually not crowded at all, parking is easy and available, the inside is super clean and stocked, and the employees are nice.

  I also always enjoy pulling in to see the life outside has with its design compared to others which gives off giant warehouse vibes.

  I live very close to the Pleasant Grove location but going to start making the drive to this location instead. Worth it.

  I really appreciate the upgrades they are working towards, but the shopping experience itself has been bad for months.

  It’s nice that it’s open I suppose, but a lot of the time the item you need is in a section being worked on and is unavailable.

  There are associates everywhere working on all kinds of things in small spaces and blocking whole areas.

  I watched an old man in a mobility scooter lose his religion on an associate, cursing, red faced angry and just generally awful, calling her names because she was blocking the exit while they overhauled all the self checkouts during the holidays. Not a great experience. Guy even managed to hurt my feelings:(

  After unloading my groceries into my card I noticed two things that I purchased had already expired…4 months ago. I took the expired products back to the store to have them returned and exchange for unexpired product…only to see the manager RESTOCK the expired product. 0/10 would not recommend.

  Love this neighborhood market. I go in very early and get my shopping done. Its always clean and well stocked. I love that there is a large selection of vegan and vegetarian frozen options, more than I have seen anywhere else. And the employees are friendly and always speak and say hello.

  There were no cashiers yet again. Yet, there were 12-15 stockers putting things on the shelves.

  Edit: they’ve changed the store again. Now there’s even more self checkouts and still only 3 registers with cashiers. At 5 o’clock, which should be one of their busy times, there was only 1 cashier. They had about 6 or 7 people lined up to check out. If I could give Zero stars, I definitely would. Customer service is pretty much a joke. When you ask a question, they look up items on the app and tell you thats all they know.

  Nice store to grab a few things, and get in and out of quickly.

  I do have to say I didn’t buy milk there. The 1 gallon 2% great value is $3.10 VS Rogers Supercenter for $1.38.

  The help was way too busy and in your way in the aisles and would not move over so people can shop like me and others and it just was not a good situation they need to do those packing of their stuff for pickup after we’re out of the store

  Customer service is lacking, if you find an employee they usually don’t know anything or they are busy talking to other employees so you can’t even get help. Half the time things are stocked extremely poorly, either not priced, or in the wrong spot! They usually only have one checkout line that has an employee so you’ll probably end up doing self checkout.
  Poor selection of organic items, and the options they do have are way over priced. I prefer Kroger, unfortunately we don’t have one in the area because Walmart controls NWA.
