2 months agoWENT TO KROGER TODAY AND WENT TO SELF SCAN. THERE WAS A YOUNG MAN BY THE NAME ADONIS THAT HELPED ME WITH MY CHECK OUT HE HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY WELL MANNERED HE EVEN HELPED ME BAG MY GROCERIES…. THANK YOU AGAIN ADONIS YOUR SRE SETTING GREAT EXAMPLES FOR YOUR PEERS KEEP UP THE OUTSTANDING WORK!!2 months agoThis place is horrible. Don’t go here. You might get mugged inside. You might get slapped in line. The machines never work is long self checkout lines. I wouldn’t go here. It’s more security in the store then customers. It’s a waste of time. I wouldn’t let my dog eat off the sidewalk there and I don’t even have a doga month agoI had some trouble in the self-checkout and Marlene was a geeeeem! She was super helpful and nice ???????? she totally deserves a raise ❤️❤️❤️ I love the freshness of their fruits and veggies and the variety and quality of the products you can find ✨ they also have great deals with the card and coupons you can get on their app!!!5 months agoGenerally the stock is good. However the checkout situation is deplorable. They got rid of the cashiers for self checkouts, and yes, that would be faster if they actually opened the self checkouts. I am in a line wrapped around the store because 8 of 24 registers are open. A line should not get this backed up for more registers to be opened.3 weeks agoI would not recommend getting a job here only because they don’t like to answer their phones. The Hiring manager will proceed to say hello. Hello, and then hang up. Considering the fact that their phone does not work.

2 months agoAfter being a loyal customer to this Kroger for 4 years, today I am officially done. The store never has items you’re looking for, the produce is never fresh, and god forbid you buy too many items in your trip, you’ll wait 10 minutes for an associate to come override the self checkout for you. I attempted to get a pickup order today because I’m sick and don’t want to get anyone else around me sick. I showed up at my designated time between 3-4 PM, was told 10 minutes after arriving my order wasn’t ready after all and it would be 10-15 more minutes. Gentleman came out again after 15 minutes, said someone “didn’t do my order and we’re trying to figure out what happened” and it would be another long wait. 25 minutes later, I finally get an order placed in my car for me. When I got home, I discovered it wasn’t even my order and I was sent home with someone else’s rotten produce, baby supplies, and other things I do not ever use. So sorry to the parent who probably didn’t get their much needed baby supplies this evening. I waited almost an entire hour for an order that wasn’t even mine. I called the store, told the voice system I wanted to speak to a manager. I waited on hold for several minutes until the call disconnected me. I called customer service, who transferred me to the pickup department, where I again waited on hold for several minutes until it disconnected me. So I called back a third time and demanded a manager be put on the phone instantly and my order completely refunded. He could tell instantly I was given the wrong order because their system said I hadn’t even arrived to pick mine up. Avoid this Kroger entirely – it has significantly gone downhill in the last several years.a month agoGo to Starbucks here everyday. The crew there is always friendly and makes my morning better before the work day ahead! Shout out Kay and Brigid, thank you for the little things you do! They go a long way3 months agoLove this Kroger on Sycamore! Never too busy. Its not so big that it’s overwhelming. It’s perfect size, perfect location, and has everything I could want to fulfill my shopping needs. Definitely recommend. Also recommend using the app, your Kroger card, clipping coupons, and cashing in on fuel perks. My time invested in these things overall is minimal, it’s super easy, and the savings are worth it!a month agoI have never seen a more disgusting health risk as the bathroom at this location. When I went in there was mud all over the floor, blood and urine all over the toilet and floor, things on the wall only a forensic scientist could identify and the toilet dispensers are all broken so the toilet paper is just out there for you to catch something terrible if they even have toilet paper cause the second stall did not. This place is a health risk and after telling Diamond the store manager of the disgusting state it was in she just smiled and said thank you and 20 minutes later it was still in this state. I should call the health department on your store this is an outrage. If I could give you guys negative stars I would. And all the while there was a young worker just standing there on her phone. Kroger, is this what your brand represents?a week agoThis used to be the nicest Kroger in town I don’t know what’s happened if it’s different management I’m not sure but I spent 200 and some dollars didn’t get very much food for that we all know how far that goes still with my hard earned working money I come outside there’s so much trash that’s blowing all over me on my car stepping on food and smashed into the ground being approached by homeless people begging for money they walk right up to your car looking in your car that’s ridiculous I’ll never go back I’ll find me a Kroger if I have to drive an hour away but that’s insane it’s trashy the floors are dirty on the inside it’s stinks it’s used to be so beautiful and so nice but it’s as trashy as the Parsons Kroger now what a shame

How to Shop Smart at Kroger Columbus OH: A Quick Tutorial
Shopping at Kroger is a convenient and enjoyable experience. Follow these guidelines to make the most out of your shopping trip:
- Create a shopping list: Before heading to Kroger, jot down the items you need to buy. Organize your list by categories like produce, dairy, pantry, and frozen foods to make your shopping experience more efficient.
- Check for discounts: Kroger offers various discounts and promotions. Visit their website or download their mobile app to check for weekly specials, digital coupons, and personalized offers. This will help you save money on your grocery bill.
- Choose the right time: Kroger tends to be busiest during weekends and evenings. If possible, try shopping during weekdays or early in the morning to avoid crowds and long checkout lines.
- Bring reusable bags: Kroger encourages customers to bring their own reusable bags. This helps reduce plastic waste and is better for the environment. Plus, Kroger offers fuel points for each reusable bag used, which can be redeemed for discounts on fuel.
- Explore store layout: Familiarize yourself with the layout of your local Kroger store. This will help you navigate aisles more easily and find the items on your shopping list quicker. Most Kroger stores have a similar layout, with fresh produce usually located near the entrance.
- Compare prices and brands: Kroger offers a wide variety of brands and products. Take some time to compare prices and read labels to find the best value for your money. Kroger’s own brand products, such as “Kroger Brand” or “Simple Truth,” often offer great quality at lower prices.
- Utilize self-checkout and scan-as-you-shop options: If you prefer a quicker checkout experience, consider using the self-checkout or scan-as-you-shop options. These allow you to scan and bag items as you shop and pay right away, saving time during checkout.
- Take advantage of Kroger Plus Card: Sign up for a Kroger Plus Card to receive additional discounts, special offers, and earn fuel points. Simply present your card or enter your phone number at checkout to receive these benefits.
- Pay attention to expiration dates: When shopping for perishable items, check the expiration dates to ensure freshness. Kroger has a strict policy of removing expired products from their shelves, but it’s always good to double-check.
By following these guidelines, your shopping trip at Kroger will be efficient, cost-effective, and enjoyable. Happy shopping!

Just another Kroger. The neighbourhood looks a bit shady, and the store is also not the best one. I have always been a big fan of Kroger grocery for its affordability and standard. Kroger always maintains a certain standard to their food product, however, you don’t have to sell your whole pay check to buy that, lol. This Kroger was a bit underwhelming, with a lot of empty racks in the fresh produce.
If you live in the area it’s convenient because there’s nothing else really close. The prices aren’t the greatest. The worst part about this Kroger’s they never have enough check outlines open and you will be in here all day waiting to get out. If you do want to use the self checkout it’s takes a little bit as well. But for me I’m tired of using self-checkouts because they don’t give me a 1099 form for my services. With that said, be prepared to wait long lines when you come to this Kroger’s
Its 6:19pm as I’m writing this review. The Money Center doesn’t close until 7pm… The Overweight manager (Red Vest) came and closed the line, did NOT offer any assistance with the long line of customers and put other in a bad position because it says “Money Center Closes at 7pm” but he roped it off at 6:19pm. Why have set times for PAYING CUSTOMERS if your going to deny them the opportunity to use the service before the cut off time? So many customers walked away because he close the money center early… Its honestly rude and disrespectful…
Terrible. Line’s Are Ridiculously Long Not Enough Cashier’s.
Handicapped Electric Scooter’s Are Never Charged.
Uscan Line’s Not Open.
They never cease to amaze how insanely terrible this store is. Check your produce, because it’ll be rotten before you even leave the store. They have aisles and aisles of food that nobody ever buys, yet are constantly out of stuff people are clearly buying. Why not just stock your shelves with stuff people are buying? They sectioned off the shampoo and tooth paste to prevent theft, but still require everyone to self checkout. If you got real people, you’d have less left since an actual human would be checking items. It’s really not a hard concept. The absolute worst part though, is they allow spectrum to hassle customers as they enter. Who comes to Kroger, a grocery store, to buy their Internet? Like, how predatory do you need to be? Avoid if at all possible, it’s literally more terrible every day you go in.
