What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Brand new Kroger, clean and I enjoyed the how easily the new shopping cart rolled while shopping. I enjoy this brand, they add a lot of value.

  2. I was shopping for items and couldn’t find chili seasoning. Aisle 10 for those looking. Found a nice worker named Unique and his co worker Princess and they assisted me to finish my task. So grateful for their assistance and kindness. Give them 10 stars and a pay raise!

  3. So happy to have this new addition to our area. This Kroger is beautiful and love having the gas. Still getting use to where things are but it has a nice layout, nothing is too hard to find. Getting the Kroger App helps a bunch too, first time using it but enjoyed its help finding a few items.

  4. Super clean and updated store! Brand new with a Starbucks located inside. Lots of options and very wide aisles. Shopping is truly a pleasure here – Watch out Publix!

  5. Finally, the bigger better Kroger has arrived at the corner of Terrell Mill and Power Ferry. Huge store layout comes complete with a Starbucks and large inventory to choose from.

This location is pricer than its predecessor, so that is an issue to note.

It took me about 10 minutes to check out after I reached the register. I only had three items. The system to use coupons that were digitally clipped off the shelves wasn’t working right. The attendant told me I would have to delete and reinstall the Kroger app. If I wanted to deal with tech-support problems, I would’ve stayed at work. I do not go grocery shopping to have to deal with tech issues. I did not get my discount, and I left all the merchandise that would have used digital coupons sitting at the register with the attendant. I will not be back.

I know it might not be the best place to work for, but Virgil in the produce department deserves recognition alone. I witness this man get yelled at and not once did he lash back, he waited for the customer to finish venting before he just straight up fixed whatever problem she was having with her cucumbers. Just a level headed guy that continued to help other people after.

I hate Kroger! The employees are rude. They won’t clean up spills which is a big slipping hazard. Their produce is the complete opposite of fresher than fresh. it’s uglier than ugly. Please stay away from this place and go to Publix down the road.

I’ve used this Kroger for 11 years. I’ve never had a problem and some of the complaints here foreign to me. Do they need more employees? Sure, them and everybody else. The fruit could be better but I go to Publix and pay high prices for fruit. And I see a lack of cashiers…

We have been shopping at this same Kroger for two years now because we live just down the street. Unfortunately it’s like pulling teeth to get anyone to help with bag our groceries. Today the bagger left immediately when she saw our cart as we approached check out.

This Kroger is always hit or miss. Their Curbside pickup is completely awful. I have never successfully executed curbside pick up from them. I never get the text it is ready. It has not been ready and don’t you dare even think of trying to get something Frozen. This is a good Kroger if you just want to use the self-check out and get a few items in and out. Other than that, I would drive the few miles down the road to the Kroger on Whitlock (or the one further down on New Macland).

I’ve been a faithful Kroger customer, but literally every time I go to this location, they’re out of multiple things that I need. It’s so frustrating to pack my kids in the car for a shopping trip and then realize I have to go to another store and do it again, especially when I’m running late. I avoid Publix because the prices are higher there, but I’m going to start going there first because I’m genuinely fed up with how many times this has happened.

This is strictly a review on this store’s pickup. You pick an hour time slot to come and pickup your groceries. I clicked on my way when I was 20 mins from the store. I got to the store a few mins after the start of my time slot and said I’m here. Fifteen minutes later a worker comes out and tells me it will be another 45 mins to an hour until my order is ready. I’m frustrated but I say ok and go run an errand and come back 45 mins later. I am now not able to check in online so I call the store to speak to someone in pickup, which takes about 5-10 mins with me being placed on hold. The pickup department answers and say that they need to go back to some room and they’ll be out shortly. I finally received my order 35 minutes later.
