in the last weekLight skin girl on bagging I she had on a orange vest hair down kinda thick y’all can roll the cameras back at 5pm-5:15 I aske her can she double bag my heavy bags she made a mean mug n started shoving bags out the way n bagging it with a attitude just because I ask can she double bag my stuff she just putting a whole lot of items in one bag to where it will bust if I carry it commonsenese then she gives me a look attitude n bags my stuff with a frown she needs to be written up I say she bad black long hair that was done she’s light skin I’ll say she’s between 16-21yrs old believe she had on a vest n she was a bagger I had on gray shorts n white shoes with twist heaven set guy believe this happened from 5pm- 5:15 time frames she needs a write up poor customer presentationin the last weekI was in check out line with a black gentleman he had on gray shorts & his hair had twist gentlemen asks young lady if she can double bag his items I witnesse her give him a evil look she throw bags to the side n she baged his item as if she was mad that he asked her o clearly say she over baged his stuff it could tear she was picking she needs to be written up I’m backing him up on this the time was I guess 5:07-5:17 time guess3 months agoBathroom is a wreck to the point the seat feels like it will fall off. staff don’t know where items are and just point vaguely in a direction. My friend bought everything through a self check out then when we left they stopped him and asked for a receipt for 20 bucks worth of goods. We were on camera buying it and had to wait for them to look us up before we could leave. Seemed way too excessive about being worried about stealing but not operating a clean store. Can’t recommend this place.a month agoThe absolute worst pharmacy I’ve tried to get meds from. Every single time it’s always something. They’ll text you something is ready when it’s not. It’ll take them over 24 hours to have a prescription ready for you. The people are rude. Just don’t go here. Save your time.5 months agoUnder stocked. Very often find items on the shelf past sell by dates. No hand carts, no small wheel carts. I finally gave up and go out of my way to other stores.

a month agoI don’t know if I just visit on special days, or it is a regular thing but it is apparently not a requirement that employees wear deodorant. That makes for a speedy shopping experience.5 months agoShout out to Kroger’s bakery department!I went to Kroger to buy a few things, and as I was passing by the bakery, this Italian Cream cake was eyeing me. Decided to not give this cake my time I continued walking ( I’m trying to watch my figure), but a force stronger than me and my sugar addiction made me walk back and see what this cake had to offer. 1 min. later I had this cake in my cart, was I making the right decision? I don’t know, but my stomach for sure knew. When I got home I decided to open the cake and try it, let me tell you…my pupils dilated, the hairs on my back stood up, and my eyes closed in pleasure. The moment this cake touched my palate I knew I was in trouble. Kroger bakery dept. you guys do an awesome job! And the hubby loved it as well. So to reiterate this, if you’re just trying to satisfy a craving or just need to buy a cake for someone, I would greatly recommend Kroger’s pastries and cakes.

Very accommodating for infants and toddlers kids too.5 months agoI don’t like to comment but today, 10/04/23, in this store I needed to pay for wic products for my 2-year-old baby, obviously no formula, it was at 8:26 minutes when I was going to pay the white boy at the cashier told me that he would no longer take care of me I explained to him what wic things for my baby and he told me I don’t have to go home anymore he told a black lady about 50 years old who was there the lady pretended that she did not understand me and told me Too rude that it wasn’t his problem and that he should pay at the checkout himself but the wic card doesn’t go through there and he turned his back on me I felt discriminated against I hope action is taken on this5 months agoWent to this Kroger instead of our normal Kroger and twice in less than a week There’s no one at the deli counter. There’s a sign saying they are on break which is effing ridiculous for a large grocery store not to have two people scheduled to work a deli counter especially on a weekend.

The best sushi in town ( grab and go) inside Kroger.
Kroger offers a diverse range of products, catering to various shopping needs. Their selection of goods is commendable, and they particularly excel in providing a wide array of choices in their cold case of beer. Whether you’re looking for popular brands or unique craft brews, Kroger has you covered. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
This is the best location for me since it’s like 6 minutes from my house, but I don’t always feel safe here. This isn’t exactly on Kroger, but Iv had some sketchy things happen here. Iv had some other issues with people here before. Iv been mildly harassed, but it’s just annoying. Today I was shopping and some guy approached us to give him cash for gas or something. If we didn’t have cash he wanted us to go to the self scan and get cash to give him. Then he was going to Venmo us through another account. He said his husband was doctor, he had a story. We didn’t fall for the scam but saw him all over the store asking for money. Then when we were checking out we saw him talking to the cashier. Not sure if he was asking for money or if he was friends with her. I mentioned it to the security guard, but I’m not sure anything happened from that. Very sketchy. I just want to shop and not deal with people stealing money from me in front of staff and security. I don’t feel safe at this store, will not be going back.
This Kroger seems to always have stocking issues. They are frequently completely out of many different items, bare spots on the shelves. They also don’t seem to have as good a selection of health and organic foods as the Kroger closer into town on Gallatin. Would like to see some improvement.
Ok, this store is out of control. The last three times in a row we have had mest expire way before the the date. Both chicken and beef. This problem keeps happening. We have so far had to throw out around $100 of meat. Also they have had potatoe salad that’s been expired for over two weeks on the shelf. Every time I go there it’s still there. What is going on!
