  The customer service is the absolute worst. None of the employees there can bring themselves to even dignifying me. When I went to refill my water bottles, there was a pallet blocking me. I had to move it myself to get my water refills. Honestly they should just fire everybody there anyway. I get better customer service from the machines there.

  I have walmart+ so I can have groceries delivered to my doorstep. But I love to actually go in the neighborhood Walmart. On my most recent visit I decided to get some food to eat and I seen to staff members put it in fresh food so I asked what is that she told me it was cheese bites( baby mozzarella sticks) she gave the one to try and it convinced me to buy! Love the customer service. This is our community and it our job to do better and lead by example. The better we are the better our community gets! Thanks for making our community better!

  I love this neighborhood Walmart store I always buy fresh fruits and vegetables here, and it’s cheaper than most places around that neighborhood plus it’s very close to Florida university..check them out for all your fresh green groceries etc.

  I forgot Wal-Mart has done away with human cashiers but went anyway. They had 2 open, one of which was checking out a couple with *4* full carts. I was there to get tp & paper towels & other cleaning supplies. They finally opened a 3rd human checkout after standing in line 15 mins. Wal-Mart doesn’t pay me to self-checkout & I have cut down on my Wal-Mart & WNM shopping since they converted. My bill was 42.33

  Cashier rude withe when I ask If was more bags left, she says No, and then I figure out I miss one , I have to go back and get it. Then today I got a hair spray and when I came home and open, guess what …it doesn’t have the tip for spray. No quality control?

  Update…by looking at my photos it appears Walmart doesn’t think customers shop on Sundays…could not go down aisle at all…this changes me review to 4 stars…This is only a review on their curb pickup service. Fantastic. I had ordered a glassware set for my wife online and the only option was ship to store. Reluctantly I installed the Wal-Mart app (easy since I already had a logon). I saw that it showed my order in process (good!). It said I would get a txt when order was ready to pick up (good!) When the order was ready I got txt telling me how to pick up (good!). Following instructions I used the app and on the order clicked “on my way”. The app said pick a designated pickup spot (conveniently located on side of building a way from rest of parking) and click “I’m here”. I arrived and got my spot, told app my spot and color of my vehicle(good) and clicked ” I’m here”. About 2 mins later the doors opened and here came my package. The lady asked my name and put my package in the truck. All told, 3 mins top. Compare that to Tractor Supply app, where it didn’t work at all, and I ended up loading a 45 lb bag of dog food with a torn knee injury (main reason for wanting them to load it). I highly recommend Wal-Mart app for curbside pickup!

  I don’t know why we bother reviewing, when Walmart could care less but curbside pickup for 1 item and they are once again backed up. I miss the big pick up kiosk that used to be inside because at least then you didn’t have to wait on the employees who clearly don’t care about their jobs. I would suggest no longer doing pickup at this store or Malabar because they are both awful and the managers also don’t care. Don’t offer a service that you can’t keep up on or manage.

  This is a typical Walmart but it’s set up a little differently than the ones I’m used to. It is always very crowded and sometimes a little difficult to get in and out of the parking lot on Palm Bay road. This definitely is not my favorite Walmart but except for the crowds and the parking situation it’s always clean and well stocked.

  The Employees are terrible!
  I went to buy a bicycle and I try riding on it to see if I can fit with the bicycle or not.
  There is one lady, A Big girl wearing Dark blue shirt and trousers. Yelling at me to get off the bike. I was not impressed at all and very disappointed and feel uncomfortable with her tone. I afterwards bring the bicycle to the cashier immediately and buy it. Because my intention is to buy bicycle.
  I already made a complaint about that Female employee. I hope whoever or supervisor that gets to read this should tell and teach her to how be nicer to customers than that! Otherwise she can do other jobs that doesn’t relevant to services! Thank you!!!!

  Terrible. Customer service is insulting. The woman ahead of me stormed out saying “I hate Wal-Mart”. I left saying Walmart sucks. Not picky reason to refuse a legitimate return. The selection is horrible. I guess they can’t afford to keep stocked. The vegetables are rotten in the middle, and don’t ask for help or you’ll get a dirty look. I’m not going back. It’s not worth it.
