5 months agoI shopped on 21/05/23. I saw the laundry liquid on sale which is 1/2 price, so I purchased one, after paying for that, I checked the receipt shows I paid for original price.Then I checked the shelf again, ane found that only the liquid with softener is on sale, others are not, but all the liquid is on the same shelf which says half price. So I tried to find a staff to ask for refund, the lady told me I can only do exchange, cannot do refund, so even I replace to the discount one, I still need to purchase something to cover the rest of money. I told her it’s because some workers put the item on wrong shelf with wrong price tag, then she blame on me it’s all my fault because I didn’t check the price tag and gave me attitude. I felt like it’s kind of cheating on customer, and there’s no way that I cannot do the refund for this.
in the last weekIt’s a good Woolies with lots of fresh produce and a decent range, deserves the 5th star because it is a slightly smaller store than one of your larger stores so makes it hard to stock all the items that we get used to seeing on the shelves but by saying that, a full stars for doing a pretty good job with what they’ve got. It’s never too busy or packed and kinda has a real local feel about it..a month agoTimings say 7am and quarter past 7 not yet open and no out seen to check out around..a year agoSo this Woolworths is slightly different from most, it’s elevated on one side that you can access through a lift and stairs whilst on the other it’s connected to a small food court on ground level. It’s fairly similar to your standard Woolworths in terms or what they stock. It doesn’t have that many check outs by staff any more, it’s just all self check outs now.a month agoThe deli choice of food has basically gone! Plus they have reduced the hours as well! Staff are rude and they reply back to your email

Come show your support for Indigenous businesses.4 months agoGreat location as it’s very near my house. The customer service has increased a lot, especially in Deli. They always seem friendly and approachable. However, I noticed there are several things that could be improved. • Long wait, either in checkout or deli, due to limited staff I believe • Cages blocking pathway, and being left unattended • Presentation in deli, such as dry meat, marina mix looks unattractive (other Woolworths have salmon pieces in it), and often empty stocks3 months agoNot one of their better stores. Not a single trolley available yet again. One guy alone to serve the whole of the deli and seafood counter. It’s faster and easier to walk across the road and shop at ALDI.

Located in a very central location, this supermarket has a lot to offer. There are many self-checkout counters here. I enjoyed the ambience and the service I received.
Don’t bother shopping here late in the day. Many of the shelves are bare. A lot of basics simply sold out.
My go-to place for groceries and household items. I find almost everything there, so no complaints mostly. With inflation causing a spike in prices, common items do feel expensive at times, bit they try to manage the prices I guess. Compared to Coles and Aldi, the quality of products is better, in my experience. The whole store is very spacious, so it never feels crammed irrespective of the number of people inside. Good job!

For anything and everything under the sun (of grocery ????). It’s collection and aisle arrangement is really cool. Easy to find out what you need. Also just opposite to BigW, so if you combine both the stores, it’s literally anything and everything. Staffs are also nice. Most importantly, you’ll find a lot of Special deals, Low price deals and Half price deals throughout the year. Opening hours is till 11pm, so even whenever you feel something to grab for your tummy just walk through the glass doors.
