4 years agoStore person, Debbie was great! Friendly and helpful. A Front Service Team Member not so friendly. A large variety of fresh foods and household items. Store was well presented and quite busy. The produce area was clean and well maintained. There is also a BWS Liquor Store which also has an entrance to the supermarket. Wheelchair ♿ access and parking is available.a month agoWoman on the service desk this morning was absolutely horrible. She shot me such a vile look that I had to pull her up for it??? I went there to get a refund because the silver beet I’d bought the day before was infested with bugs??? I know this is no one’s fault and I wasn’t there to blame anyone BUT the woman at the service desk acted like SHE personally had to refund me??? Not today Satan ????2 months agoOne of the staff are really rude in the counter where is selling cigarette, the last counter is a man. Around 9.50pm.He ask how many items we have, we say we don’t know and we also don’t know how to scan by ourselves. He was racist as he says people from your community knows everything and pretend like they don’t know anything. We don’t know why it needs to come our culture and appearance. In several products, when in some products no price tag at all. Poor selection of products and low stock in essential items like eggs.

Good luck!!!!!3 months agoIt was fine tonight when we visited, restocking shelves tonight4 months agoWonderful place and everything stock which is needed by us. It is hard to get some things but have seen the staff filling up self to accommodate the demand. You can approach any staff and they will help you out. I have a problem I am short so have to get a tall person and they have it. The best thing is they employ the teenagers and I appreciate this as it is something for them to do and plus learn at early age that to earn money you need to work. I am so happy that they have woolies here. Stock are fresh even the produce3 months agoVery well stocked, clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Big supermarket with a lot of variety of food even for me that I am vegan. Even though, prices are higher than in London (I thought that London was one of the most expensive city in the world… Lol)
The isles are really long and quite skinny, makes it harder to get by when there are multiple customers in the same isle.
A rest seat, for the elderly at the checkout is a great idea (something the other stores might like too take note of), I personally love it.
So ill start with the bad point – drunk, unruly people always out front causing chaos – however that isn’t woolies fault.
BUT, the staff here are absolutely wonderful. The older lady who works in the cigarette/self serve counter is a legend. My husband and i love seeing her, she’s awesome. The young girl with short hair working the self serve checkouts is also a legend. So friendly and happy, and nice to be around. Again, love seeing her each week.
For all of woolies own shortfalls, their staff at this store is top notch ????

Good variety for Darwin too!!!
They never hire enough staff, so there is massive queue all the time. Better to go to Coles.
