Over the last few months approximately 4 out of 5 orders are incorrect. Staff do not fix mistakes when asked. Took the items back and the manager explained gently to the sandwich maker what needed to be fixed. He then remade the sandwiches and gave them to me. I asked the manager her opinion about a drink and said she had not tried that specific one but another flavour of that kind. If she had not treated her worker with respect I wouldn’t have bothered. Have seen many times 4 or 5 staff standing around in the evening doing nothing when the restaurant is dirty. Go clean the tables already!! - Reviews:Kids always get bagels and cream cheese. When you’re charging $1 for cream cheese, make sure you put a decent amount on it. Like a 1/4″ thick. These had next to nothing. The person at the window was an older lady and she came to me three times to ask about what drink I wanted. I watched her make it wrong those three times (with steaming milk to put in an iced drink) and when she came to me again for the third time, she told me that they do not have cold brew. I clarified again that I just needed an Iced latte with oatmilk so I do not need cold brew. She the proceeded to call her co-worker saying that she needs help and that “she does not know what language” I am speaking. I have received medium coffees as I ordered large one, they didnt put the ingredients i asked for. It was just black coffee with ice. Was told through the speaker that sleeves are discontinued, so I asked for double cups. When I got to the window, my drinks were in a tray, which I specifically said no tray. Cups had no sleeves or double cups, so I asked for double cups. The employee serving me turned to her coworker and they gave me a look and started laughing. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers, not to mention laughing in my face. I am utterly disappointed in the service I received today. I would love to see the employees of this location take sensitivity training, as folks may ask for sleeves or double cups due to disabilities or due to issues relating to holding beverages that are a bit too warm. Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee and donuts were on par with every other Tims franchise. The grilled cheese was good – the missing bite in the picture was my fault. Bathroom was fine but not exactly awesome.
Owner supports the convoy and uses her business front to push her misguided politics which Tim’s should be worried about – enough people have complained. Allows friends to camp out front all day, every day with their spray painted car and harass paying customers, including kids while trying to recruit people off the highway. Plenty of better places in the city.
the employee had a hard time getting change. then proceeded to roll her eyes when I asked her for my order that included a blue berry muffin. due to the fact she was busy wandering around talking to the other ppl and washing her hands,for the 3rd time .
If you’re going west stop at this one! The virden one is terrible as far as the service of “lisa” goes. She’s apparently a manager and completely rude to customers. The Brandon Tim’s is much better!
With an updated decor and seating this is a relaxing place to enjoy food and drink anytime. Consistent with what I expect from a Tim Horton’s.
