She gives one coffee one steeped tea. I don’t realize til I get home so I turn back and tell them they accidentally gave me a steeped tea instead of a coffee they were extremely rude about it didn’t give me the oops make it right free coffee card. And still my coffee was wrong maybe old idk but it wasn’t what I asked for. But you have one job if you don’t like it go work somewhere else. Danny, I call on you, not your lawyer, to explain why these evictions are legal and moral. If you can’t give an explanation, then the public can solve the problem for you. Didn’t put lid on tea correctly, wrong items sent, a breakfast sandwich that looks like someone sat on it. Just overall not a great experience. Once the ladies who have been working there for forever left it went downhill quick. The big problem at this location is definitely consistency. The cashier needs to be more accurate with the amount of change given I try to make it easy with giving a dime or quarter over the amount owning just so I don’t get a mit full of change but they alway shorting me when change is given they need to slow down at the window and give correct change if I wanna give a tip I will …and again December 8 the change given was incorrect,..Jan 12 placed a order of $4.30 value and gave the lady $10.30 she proceeded to give me the wrong change twice and both were less than $6.00 need to be more accurate when dealing with change given

The coffee tastes super burnt and is really dark compared to what I normally get. Either calibration is off, they are changing the times to do less work so the coffee sits and burns or they didn’t remove the filter right after brewing so coffee just drips. (Used to work here) its not that hard to make a good coffee it’s really gone down hill the last year in a lot of the locations .
The people just don’t care.
The district manager on St. Peter’s who was on window took my payment before confirming my order as the person who was taking orders didn’t take my order ryt and told me to pull up to the window to clarify my order as I paid I reconfirmed my order saying I had just gotten 2 donuts not a soup the district manager then proceeded to deal with me with an attitude when I told him he got my order wrong. I had paid with my debit and in Tim’s policy refund should be given through the form it was paid in instead he gave me change with the wrong currency in it after calling he said u don’t know what my job is like and talked to me in a passive aggressive sarcastic manner, it was totally unprofessional and not what Tim’s should be doing I suggest he retake training and is informed promptly by head office.
The tables are never clean. The service is caterers to to the drive through than inside service. There is also more staff at the drive through. Service is very slow at the counter for customer service.
