The guy using grey uniform im not sure is it manager or staff very arrogant and not friendly. 1/10 ps/: i will not comeback here again to buy my coffee. Better go to other branch like starbuck aeon mall and the spring! They give a 10 star service to their customer. And promote menu available and any seasonial promotion to customer, This type of service should be emulated by this branch. People come here to work on laptops. Haven’t checked if this place has a WIFi. Also, this place is quiet empty. Extra 2.9RM to swap dairy with dairy alternatives. They have pretty fast service in preparing our orders. However, the cashier can be more focus on the instructions. She has done a good job, but would be lovely if she was focused. Even though i am not visit regularly and sometimes once or twice a month, and then i will have my favorite drink of ice latte and a slice of cheese cake or blueberry. I am satisfied with the staff because they will asking whether you want the syrup or not, talk clearly and being organized by the way. I am so comfortable with the environment,spacious,so that’s why i prefer to dine in the aircond and the music sounds good and not so loud.
Cashier service is excellent.Very lovely people.Nice environment but i hope in future they will made that area way more bigger
Actually i always buy my favorite a signature drink
Cuz it is the only Starbucks in this area but the Baristas here are rude, seemed like they don’t wanna work here, less passionate in connecting with guests and really lazy in making and tidying drinks. Usually, I would love to stay and hangout the but vibe and energy of the place is foreboding so I just order my drink and stay away. I’d rather get a 3 in 1 than get treated as a distraction.
Walked in Starbucks with no customer.. noticed a staff busy at counter, so I stood in front of her and waited for her to take my order.. after abt a minute or 2.. she looked up with an unsatisfied face and without saying a word expecting me to know that she’s ready to take my order.. and after giving my order and she walked away.. and also thanks for the drinks without a straw.. Throughout the whole process, no words were exchanged except for me giving her my name. thanks Nurul natasya for your amazingly unpleasant attitude.
