- Reviews:Been going to this Tims regularly and always ordered from drive through, Lately we were having problems with the young employees taking orders from us saying that they are out of the food items we were asking. Then we had no choice but to wait in the drive through just to get out. The last two times One of our family member walked into the building while the other went to the drive through to order the food and was told that they were out of it. Then the other family member ordered the same food from inside and got the items except he had to wait a bit longer and he could see that employees were not too happy getting the stuff ready. And on regular road trips my road trip buddy, she wants a Tim Horton coffee and a donut. I decided to pass for the first time in a long time. However, I kept smelling her coffee and it smelled really good. She said it was better than usual. This today 30th of September 2022, we stopped at the Tim Hortons in Valleyfield Quebec. Coffee smells great to me and she said it tasted better than the usual Tim Horton coffee. I love the smell that was coming out of her cup. I don’t know why it was so much better but it was!. Absolutely the worst service I have ever gotten at a Tim Hortons.
Slow service, employees arguing, missing items, confusion over a box of six donuts.
Avoid this location like the plague.
I had the worst experience with this Tim Hortons. I & my friends ordered drive through but the staff members were unable to understand English language. However, it spent around 15 to 20 minutes to explain it. Although one of my friends is Tim Horton’s employee. Yet, they didn’t get it. The worst part came when we ordered veg sandwiches & we received non-veg sandwich. Then, we asked to return it but they refused & got angry on us. So, I’m very disappointed after this experience.
They’re always getting my order wrong! How can you mix chicken with eggs??!!! At least the ice Capp is good.
The lady for the drive through was very rude. I left without buying
