- Reviews:Staff are nice but other than that, this Tim Hortons is famously bad within local culture. It’s always out of baked goods, their frozen beverage machine is often down and their espresso machine is often down too! Plus, the regular patrons here can be on the sketchy side to say the least.By Meaghan MacKenzie (2 weeks ago)Ordered a loaded bowl through drive thru. They let me pay and then told me that they had to wait for rice so the told me I needed to go park and go inside to wait. Not once did they mention that they were out. I’ve now been waiting inside for over 10 minutes because they took my money BEFORE telling me that I had to wait. Theyre also out of most things. No iced Capps, no sandwiches with any meat other than turkey or ham, no chicken other than slow roasted, no buns, it’s absolutely ridiculous.By Nataliee Vachonn (2 weeks ago)We did drive-thru. Very frustrating to have a significant wait for food but could clearly see the cook socializing with other staff. Drive-thru attendant was very apologetic but cook was in no hurry.By Ryan McGowan (2 months ago)“drive thru only” is beyond stupid. If I have money, and theres people working: SERVE ME. Company is a joke nowadaysBy RidePuppets4Justice (2 months ago)Best staff in all the timmys in the northbay area. So friendly and patient..TEAM TIM HORTONS..By kellylynn makinen (3 weeks ago)

- Reviews:I’m 50/50 with this location. They get my orders wrong often or not made the best. A lot of the times lids are too loose which isn’t good when in the car. They mess up my ice Capps and bagels a decent amount of the time. Like I said 50/50 because some days they are awesome and others they aren’t. I only go here because it’s convenient being close to my work.By Jamie Messenger (8 months ago)I am in LOVE with the service of the staff here and their mobile app service. I am a regular at this location, typically if I am driving I will go through the drive through or in store and when I am taking the bus I will mobile order. Doesn’t matter how I enter the store I am always treated extremely well and if I do mobile they always hand me my drink as soon as I walk in. Today I was a bit early from my estimated arrival time, I walk in and continue to read my book while I give them time, then (the manager) a very nice man called to me because he recognized me. Just wonderful service.By Rebecca Rainey (4 months ago)I’m pretty disappointed with my experience here today. The food was fine – bagel was barely warm, and the wait was long, but that’s pretty much expected. What I was really disappointed by was this: I just got a Tim’s reward card, and I was excited to use it to start getting points and also do the Roll Up the Rim. The person at the drive through didn’t ask for it, I paid, mentioned the rewards, and I was told it was too late – no attempt to fix it. I know it’s a silly complaint, but honestly if this occurs with any frequency I’ll just get my coffee and bagels at the McDonald’s 40 meters away. Also I wasn’t given a receipt so I couldn’t fill out the survey on the app, which was my initial intention. I’m disappointed.By John Perroux (2 months ago)Visited NBay in August for a two week course before moving here Sept1. Spent a lot of time doing schoolwork at this location, and staff are lovely both in storefront and drive thru. Mobile pickup orders are always done quickly, though drive-thru can sometimes take awhile because of the number of vehicles but if episodic&chronic pain makes it hard to get in & out of your car… then it’s worth it for the reduced pain level that day 🥲 There’s definitely more selection in the baked goods than at the two Tim’s I worked at down south so that’s cool! Parking lot can be kinda wild because of the no frills etc but just gotta be patient and aware of other folks movin around. This TH was a nice welcome to North Bay and conveniently/dangerously located between home and school lol. See you tomorrow and the next day and the next dayBy Bri Vermeer (8 months ago)We stopped to use the washroom and get a quick bite to eat. We decided to try the rice bowl and rice wraps, they were so good. It took a while to get our food so we took a selfie with the nice decorations. Thank you.By Cass PaBu (5 months ago)

They never get it right. I didn’t ask for a smashed up Blueberry in my everything bagle with PLAIN cream cheese. Use a clean knife guys and gals it’s not that hard.
I find it amazing that donut shops don’t actually carry donuts. Planning… Neat concept.
80% of the time the coffee is what it’s suppose to be, perfect, the other 20% it’s not stirred or there’s no sugar at all (dispenser may be out, but it’s often enough that they should check it more) the bagels are a bit rushed through the toaster (bad design, so not employees fault) and are JUST toasted on the top, if double toasted they get burnt. Other then that great everyday food and service!
All the staff are nice here except the guy with the beard has to be in his 30’s gives attitude all the time when he’s on drive through. Management should be talking to him as I’m sure I’m not the only one who thinks this. He’s always too busy hitting on the 16 year old girls at work
This is the dirtiest Tim Horton’s location that I’ve EVER been in! My husband and I went in for a quick sandwich meal and latte, and it was not good. I paid for whip cream on my latte, and it was missing…when I asked for it, the young woman behind the counter was absolutely snippy. The roast beef sandwich with wedge potatoes was just as bad. The potatoes were limp and cold, and the sandwich looked like it was slapped together by a child (it was so messy). The table was dirty, and the window sill beside our booth had trash and crumbs covering it. The washrooms had toilet paper all over the floor (actually stuck to my boots!). Would NOT recommend this location!
