3 months agoI really love this Costco. But I love all Costco stores. It’s laid out nicely and it’s very large. Great products that I can’t find at Sam’s Club or locally at Walmart. We live 90+ miles from any Costco so this is a treat for me! Check it out!3 months agoWholesale sales facility “…where buying in bulk is your God given right!”😁This location is always super crowded (like maneuvering through an ant hill) …versus the Sam’s on S. Memorial Parkway.
Learning the locations of your favorite goods is sometimes difficult and each wholesale place likes to put things in different locations in the store.
It’s typically difficult to locate an actual Costco employee to ask. You can find the free sampler food folks easy enough but they’re quick to tell you they aren’t a Costco employee and are not really familiar with the store layout.
Unlike Sam’s, the quick, self checkout does Not have scanner guns so everything must be taken out of the cart and placed on the scanned (weighted) table. However if you’re lucky, an associate will stop by and scan your heaviest item so you don’t have to lift it two more times while trying to scan a giant bag of charcoal or dog food (for example) across the tiny counter scanner. You can find some specialty items if you stay observant. Happy (Bulk) hunting.
4 weeks agoGood place to stock up on needed household products. I suggest before u shop to get a beef hot dog and soda. There was three of us today and bonus was all three of us had beef hot dog and soda for under 5 bucks. Store was really busy today, but we were able to get in and out in a very reasonable time. Employees were nice, store was clean. Self check out went fast and smooth. Parking lot was really busy, but above all my experience here was really good.5 months agoOur go too all the time for groceries. The best. Rolando and Cynthia did a great job.5 months agoThis place gives me so much joy! My kind of people here. Both employees and customers! I love coming here and getting the hotdog and drink combo for $1.50 it’s phenomenal! Reminds me of eating in the cafeteria in grade school! Obviously cheap prices here but most things are bulk and not great selection of things, for that just go to Walmart, Publix, Whole Foods etc. Cheapest gas prices anywhere around.

a week agoI go every Friday and love the experience every time. I’ve learned if you like something you might wanna grab a couple cause they might not have it next time. Beef department is top notch. I don’t know what it is but the milk from Costco taste better. Always shop there and can’t walk out under 100 bucks when I go but I never regret spending. Costco member from now on8 months agoI arrived at this location only a few minutes before closing but the customer service desk helped me renew my membership with a great attitude. I’m thankful to all the team members who make Costco a great experience in shopping. I didn’t get a chance to shop but I liked that the food court was indoors. All the locations in California have the food court outside.a month agoWent in to grab a quick pizza to go. Dude finished cooking mine, put it on the shelf and never bothered to call my number. People who ordered after me got theirs before I did…a week agoThe ice cream machine has been broken all summer long. Last time there were no straws. Tables always dirty. Used to buy fat free milk here but not anymore because it’s been rancid the last few times. Also some really rude employees here. Unfortunately this is the only Costco around. Wish corporate would take a look at this location. Needs work.3 months agoBattery went dead, and priced them from auto parts places. To my surprise it was only $120 after core return and taxes at Costco. Also includes 3 year warranty. (This purchase was a group 24F battery)At Autozone a group 24f battery was going to be $190 with core return, plus taxes. Also three year warranty.

This Costco sells liquor in a separate room, to the right of the entrance. It’s easy to find but there is only beer and wine in the main Costco, liquor and cigars are in this separate area which has it’s own/different store hours.
They regularly have excellent deals on fairly good cigars if you like them or are buying a gift ($30 for 10 sample pack I believe, $3 each instead of $6-8 for the same things individually at a cigar shop).
This location is so much LESS busy than the one in Huntsville. It’s nice to walk up and immediately check out instead of standing in lines each time. The parking lot is better too, less chaos.
Shopping experience was as expected from Costco. The check out experience is where it all went downhill. Went shopping with my adult daughter, who is on my membership. We were in the check out line, she wanted to grab a piece of pizza before they stopped serving food and she gave me her credit card. I unloaded her shopping cart, while she ate her food and handed the payment card to the cashier who promptly made a scene. She asked to speak to my daughter by first and last name, then made it clear that sharing her membership would not be tolerated. The cashier did not ask any questions but automatically assumed she was sharing her membership card. Costco needs to adjust the cashier procedures to seek to understand the situation before automatically member shaming. It was offensive and caught us both totally off guard. I would have gladly provided my Costco card or explained the items were my daughters, and I was being a helpful shopping parent. Let’s do better and treat customers fairly.
This team is doing a wonderful job. The store is clean, items are clearly marked, and the team members are always smiling and greeting you. I wish we had more than one location however, I feel like being treated well and provided quality products is worth the 11 mile drive I make each way. Thanks for being so great!
Always a great experience. Great prices and selections. Sometimes the lines are a bit long, but the employees work quickly to keep the lines moving.
