2 months agoAmazing place to stay. Outdoor lounge decks made my stay perfect. The day I returned home, I booked another vacation for this unit. Simply beautiful, it is.a month agoWe all loved staying here. It was very clean, modern and well stocked with everything you would need. They even had shampoo and conditioner in the showers along with body wash, that was a pleasant surprise. The only thing we would have liked would have been to stay longer. We even ordered food delivery from the restaurant at the clubhouse and they delivered it right to our condo. We will be back and will definitely plan on staying longer!!!2 months agoThe place was nice. It had plenty of decent kitchen equipment. The beds were comfortable. The master bathroom does not have a door but there is a door to the toilet. There are three bathrooms upstairs but only one is en suite. The garage is small and we just parked our bicycles and golf clubs in there. The pool was nice but always had a lot of children in it. You can hear highway noise while sitting out back but it didn’t bother us.4 months agoThe house was very nice with plenty of room & beds for our extended family at my sons wedding. It was clean & very well stocked. The kids had a great time at the pool & hot tub, it was so convenient being right across the street! I would definitely recommend staying at the Ledges!3 months agoWe had the best time here. The house was BEAUTIFUL and perfectly furnished. The layout of the house is perfect for multiple families. The rooms are spacious and each have their own beautiful bathroom. The mattresses were SO comfy. It also felt so clean. Our favorite part had to be the backyard. It was heaven. We played pickleball, while kids swam and played basketball. The pool was perfect for kids of all ages with the jumping rock and then ledge that wrapped along the side of the pool. We were able to connect our phones to the ourdoor speakers which was AWESOME. The fire pit was easy to use and a great size for 8 adults to comfortably sit around. It was warm and super clean in the pool. We can’t wait to go back!

4 months agoWe stayed at the Vue in St. George. It was a great experience. The house was great, the kids loved the pool. Management was courteous and extremely helpful. I recommend you use this company for your vacation rentals.3 years agoOur family really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Village. The community is really nice with incredible pools. The house was super high end and nicely decorated. It was truly designed to for a vacation rental with 4 full baths and 2 half baths. There is a family room on each level so there is plenty of space to gather. The house is nicely stocked with dishes and utensils. We truly felt like we were at home!4 years agoThis was an amazing condo. We have 7 children and it was perfect for us. We had so much space. It was so clean and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds and deck. The view was amazing and it was quiet. We loved the pool and hot tub, although it was really hot. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.4 years agoWe had an absolutely fabulous family get together for our 50th Anniversary! There were 16 of us (9 adults & 7 children) & this home had no problem accommodating all of us comfortably with a bath for each bedroom so no one had to wait in line to take a shower. It was also great to be able to all sit together at the giant kitchen table for meals. The children had a fun time playing the provided games in between all our activities & it was wonderful to be able to relax & cool down in the private pool & spa after our long hot days of hiking the many nearby canyons!
4 years agoWe stayed in home #87. It was beautiful! Extremely clean, beautifully decorated and provided so much for entertainment. This was a fun family getaway! We had a fun day pool hopping. My 4 year old loved the kiddie cove area, with the lazy river, fun slides and tipping water buckets. My older kids – 10 and 12 had a blast at the bigger pools with the water falls. The home had gorgeous views! We had the best evening swims in the backyard pool and hot tub and so much fun roasting marshmallows and starbursts on the upstairs and downstairs balconies. The older kids spent hours playing the arcades, pool table and hanging out in the theater room. The kitchen amenities were amazing, and allowed us to go grocery shopping and feel like we were coming home, with everything we needed. UBVR really thought of everything. We had an absolute blast, and can’t wait for our next visit!

Great little resort! There are 2 small pools w/ hot tubs with their own gates that require the little black circle scanner to get in. As well as a small exercise room and some vending machines. Those areas are open 10am-10pm daily. Then the larger resort area by ‘The Hub’ where you have to scan the card and check in with an employee to gain access: open 9am-9pm Monday-Saturday and 9am-6pm on Sunday. This area has most of the amenities (1 indoor pool + 2 indoor hot tubs, outdoor deep pool with 2 water slides, large 6’ deep outdoor pool, ping pong, splash pad, picnic tables, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, and inside The Hub there are a few game tables, large weight/ exercise room, and snacks and drinks available for purchase) They’re strict about only allowing the designated amount of people in through The Hub with your pass, but you can pay $5 per person if you have more people than that. We came at the end of May and rented an Airbnb (“Las Palmas Resort in St. George-Amazing Pools!” Hosted by Camilla) and while the room itself was pretty basic, having access to the resort was well worth it. We had the amenities all to ourselves much of the time! Very quiet during this time of year!
Loved the elevators outside the condos. Very helpful with lots of luggage. The indoor swimming pool in the main family pool area was pretty dirty. Partial dead bugs floating around. Loved the kiddie pool! Perfect for toddlers! The condos are so cute and clean!
What a wonderful place to stay. The condos are really nice. There is like 5 different pools to swim in. It’s so fun. The clubhouse has fun drinks and snacks. The pools are a great temperature and are different sizes, including 2 slides! Take the fam to this place!
Great time at this resort. It’s great for families and for couples too. They have a lot of pools and Jacuzzis and activities for all ages. I really loved the Jacuzzi but the only downside was the hours that the pools/jacuzzis open, wish there was more time to spend there. Overall, it was quiet and calm. Every day we drove to Zion about 2 hours round trip which was a little tedious but for four adults, it wasn’t bad.
We stayed in a brilliant Airbnb in the Las Palmas resort. The pools were nice, although one of them was too dirty to use by 3PM on our first day.
Construction or heavy maintaince on site was quite noisy and had torn up a lot of the grass, but otherwise a great resort.
