- Reviews:The Waterford is a great place for senior living at an affordable price. My Father has been there for a little over a month. As a frequent visitor (5 + days a week) I can personally attest to the friendliness of the entire staff. From the front desk to maintenance staff, everyone is friendly and helpful. Even the residents are helpful to explain the rules of the facility. A very special thanks to Cathy Porter for helping me get my Dad all settled in. The facilities are great with quite a bit for residents to do from movie night to trips to Red Lobster. They even bring in live entertainment on a regular basis. The food is good with multiple choices available for each meal. The staff can even bring meals to your room as they have room service for all meals as well. This was our first experience with such a facility. From the first visit when we were looking at many options, Waterford was a perfect fit. The feel is friendly, relaxed, and unpretentious. Things have changed over the years, different residents and staff, but the crrent staff cares and goes the extra mile. Food is above and beyond, thanks to Juan and Tamara, both long time employees. She knew her resident by name and was extremely helpful when we were leaving for the night. The apartments looked really good too. I feel safe, and enjoy living here and plan to live here the rest of my life. It is quiet, well maintained and everyone in the office is the best. Sheryl is always there to help when I need her. Maintenance is always done the same or the next day. Mike and John are great. I am completely blown away! Sedona Place is beyond what I expected. My mother in law moved in this week and I wish I could live here too. Everyone is so friendly and courteous and the activities are endless. The amazing women working at the front were so incredibly kind, helpful and informative. I am so excited for this new chapter in my MiL’s life living at Sedona Place. This is the best place I could have ever imagined for her.

My mom moved from a senior living home in Florida to Sedona Place, yesterday. The space is great and just the right fit for her. Everything within the apartment is accessible and it was spotless when we arrived for the big day. The building and amenities are incredible. All of the residents have been super friendly and many stopped by to welcome her as she moved in. The property is immaculate and has the feel of a very high end resort. BUT, the two BEST things…. first, the staff, have been AMAZING. From the initial phone calls, patience answering questions, to a thorough tour and tons of help when she moved in..I’m blown away. My mom is a fiery New Yorker and made the move to Texas to be close to my brother who lives nearby. This is a vulnerable time for my mom, and our family, as she lost her husband, my father, recently. I can’t think of a better way to kick off her time in Texas. I saved the best for last…. My favorite thing about Sedona Place.. seeing my mom smile again 🙂 Thank you Madison, Dawn, Starla, David, and Suzy! My mom is in good hands.
I am a manager at another property while under construction I had the joy of meeting Ms. Dawn the manager, talking with Madison and meeting Suzy as well. They have been the biggest breath of fresh air while learning a new market. Ladies thank you for being so helpful, thank you for your visit. These wonderful ladies will take great care of you! I love this place because it’s quite and gated. I love the residents they are friendly and welcoming. I have lived her since April 2014. David the maintenance guy fixes your work orders same day!
My Mother in law as been living here for close to 2 years. She loves this community. There is always something going on for the ones that lives there..Either on the property or out and about..Love that they also have a Salon so my Mother can get her hair done.The maintenance man is also on time getting problems fixed in yhe Apartments and in and around Community…The office staff is always willing to help everyone that may or may not lives there..We pay to have her apartment clean once a month and the lady that does it clean very well..We would be willing to tell who ever asked us this is a great place to live..
