Very courteous staff. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth did such a great and thorough job. Very pleased. Then the dentist was wonderful. Explained in detail what she was doing, what she was looking for, and gave me advice in what to do for my situation. The place is in the process of remodeling but you can’t beat the service. Very, very happy I went here.

The worst dentist I have ever visited. I chose him as my primary dentist. I had a dental emergency and he was booked (which is understandable). His secretary said she would contact me in the next few days to follow up and open a slot due to the severity of the situation. I was never contacted. I immediately discarded him as my primary dentist. Archaic methods and failure to care for his patients. Completely unreliable.

Since I was 20 years old, I have been visiting this dentist and it has always gone well. Today I am in for cleaning and I hope to follow a treatment to restore my teeth. Later there are more statements.

My kids had gone there twice…all good-the third appointment I received a reminder call 4pm the day before the appointment…the secretary mentioned my insurance did not pay the last visit which was three months prior …hmmm ok so I let her now I’ll figure that out – I went to my appointment the next morning in which I was told -INVOICES NEED TO BE MADE BEFORE NEXT VISIT… ok in the meantime in the office waiting for my appointment I called my insurance where they told me a claim was never filed for the prior appointment…ok we found that the secretary sent in that invoice INCORRECTLY which is why it wasn’t paid – STILL I TRIED TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAD HAPPENED SHE EVEN SPOKE WITH MY INSURANCE and found it was dentist office error- well my kids still needed to be seen they took the day off school to go to the appointment and still I was humiliated in front of other patients being told the invoice needs to be paid – I told her then send it in to insurance correctly and they would have no problem paying it- well NOPE the dentist secretary and Marian Blanco refused to listen and accept it was THEIR error why they hadn’t been paid – and well now I am in search for a dentist for my boys that knows how to file insurance claims correctly… I was told several times I WAS IN THE WRONG? Marian actually scolded me in front of other patients as I was trying to explain as she walked away…NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY – I walked out when Marian Blanco actually said “YOU PEOPLE NEED TO FIGURE OUT YOUR INSURANCE OR I WILL JUST REFUSE ALL SERVICES!” YOU PEOPLE… really …Disgusting Unprofessional & UNWILLING TO ACCEPT FAULT… In the end when the racist secretary sat their smug -knowing it was her fault rolled her eyes at me and says I am not welcome there any longer…she eventually filed the paperwork correctly and got paid… I accept any words you and your office staff have to any different than what I just wrote – these are the facts
