- Reviews:Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. Many of the old staff members that were so pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and just good people are now gone. It’s still some pleasant staff members left but the bad out weighs the good at this location. I was treated horribly with no apology or remorse. I even overheard the dental hygienist Sandra say “These People”. I wonder ???? who are “These People she is speaking of? Please you work to hard for your money go somewhere you will be treated like you matter as a person. You and your family deserve better. Dr. Glowski is still great. Sandra is hurting your business. Every single person there was pleasant and nice to deal with, including the dentist, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. What a difference from the previous dentist (a big chain) I went to only once as I found the atmosphere cold and unwelcoming. At Hudec, I got my Xrays and cleaning in one shot which was most appreciated, and I was also in an actual room, not a cubicle like at the other place with no privacy. I called to make an appointment for a checkup and cleaning. Was told 2 weeks ago to call back in a week the Doctor is booked up, since it has been 2 years. Ok, I call today and was told since I have not been there in 2 years and I’m on Medicaid that they have to treat me as a NEW PATIENT!! I’m not new. And, the doctor is booked up again. They want me to call weekly to book an appointment. They can’t even make one for me. I’m so mad about this discrimination because I’m on Medicaid. Very unprofessional. First class customer service and the dentist was not only competent and knowledgeable she also had a great personality. Sue Hylan made an exception to get me in right away because I was having some discomfort and you can always tell how great a company is by how the employees act and from the receptionist to the owner they all love their job and it shows through the care I received. Trust me , even if this office is a long drive , gas up the car and take the ride. Happy Holidays !!
I have nothing but good to say about this place. First off the office is so clean and updated. Very high end! The staff were all so pleasant and professional! It’s an understatement to say that they all genuinely care about their patients!
I found Hylan Dental after I had a bad experience with another dentist office that left me with a bad infection that could have cost me my life. As soon as I walked in they immediately took care of me. After they saw me, took X-rays and discussed treatment options, Susan Hylan personally pulled me in to her office to chat with her. She saw the condition I was in, my face swollen twice its size. She wanted to know exactly what happened. In the end she prescribed me better antibiotics than the emergency room had given me, and scheduled me an appointment for that week to allow the infection to clear some. In other words had I not walked in to this office, I would not be here writing this. Thank you guys so much!
Everyone is amazing here. The staff is incredible. They cater to nerves, and they’ve been a part of my life for the past 8 years or so. There’s one down the street from us but I always come here because I’m comfortable. They take great care of my husband and I couldn’t imagine going elsewhere!

I have had a great experience here! I hadn’t had a cleaning for a couple of years and had visited another dental place in Cleveland that quoted a very high price of all the work that would need to be done. I came to Hylan for another quote for a second opinion since I didn’t have dental insurance and found that they were a lot more transparent and accommodating with providing the services they felt I actually needed. Since then, I have noticed a large improvement in my oral health. In the past, cleaning appointments would take a long time due to the poor state my teeth and gums. Now the appointments are so much faster, which goes to show how much my oral health has improved in just the last 2 years I have been with Hylan! Highly recommend!
I have tried this dentist for my family for the past few years at first it seemed great then my youngest daughter started to always be skipped every appointment to the point it became an issue and now they literally reschedule every appointment my daughters have. They are super rude for people who give care and I always leave angry over the treatment of my daughters no worries though I am moving my family to aspen dental they are amazing. I have never been treated so horrible at any other kind of medical facility. They need a reality check in people care and class on making all their patients comfortable.
