4 months agoOur stay at The Brexley was amazing. Every amenity was well thought out and didn’t even know we needed! Upon driving up to the location you are surprised it is tucked in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You are greeted by a beautiful large metal entry door and straight into a well designed beautiful interior. The whole place feels like you are somewhere else. I do love how the interior and exterior all flow together seamlessly. My favorite area was the backyard with the pool the whole area was well designed and made it seem like you were in your own private resort. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem in Scottsdale!a month agoHave been to a number of rental homes, and this is by FAR my favorite. It was stunning, private and incredibly well appointed. Everything you could possibly need for a holiday away. You could tell they’ve spent an enormous amount of time and care on their property and guest experience. I love the Four Seasons at Scottsdale, but this is my new favorite place to stay while visiting.3 months agoThis home is amazing. My wife loved the meticulously planned cabinetry with everything having its place and my daughter loved the backyard which is a private oasis in the middle of a neighborhood. High end finishes throughout.5 months agoThe Brexley exceeded my expectations for a luxurious stay in Scottsdale. This property has everything and more for a relaxing vacation. You will be swept away by the tranquil private atmosphere, patio and pool. The location is ideal for everything you want to do in Scottsdale. Cindy is truly the best host and will really go out of her way to make your stay magical. I was celebrating my 50th birthday with 9 of my closest friends and family and she even brought a cake for us to celebrate. Thank you Cindy. The landscaping, the interior, the custom robes, the signature scent when you walk in the door, the amenities, the heaven that is the backyard patio — it is no wonder it is called Scottsdale’s Secret Sanctuary. This is not an ordinary vacation rental — it is a total escape from the outside world. By far my favorite place to stay in Scottsdale. Thank you Cindy for a wonderful stay!

I just spent a weekend with my friends, as we do annually, in Scottsdale at one of your properties. I must say it was Fabulous. From the agents that met us at the house to walk us through and go over how everything worked, to increasing their cable subscription last minute so we could watch all the sports networks. Holiday Rentals is all about taking care of its customers. The grounds and home were spotless and very inviting. We won’t look anywhere else going forward. Holiday Rentals are what we will continue to use for our weekend getaways.

This is the second time I rented from Holiday Rental. My company has its annual retreat in the Scottsdale area. I advised the company 10 days before my scheduled arrival that I was unable to attend, because my mother was unexpectedly on her deathbed. I received a single reply from the company stating that they would relist the home I had rented. But, they never did so. I checked the website several times and the home I had rented showed as fully booked despite the fact they knew I would not be able to attend. I followed up numerous times and they never gave me the courtesy of a response. They were more than happy to hound me relentlessly by e-mail and by text while I was still in the process of deciding which home I wanted to rent. And they never missed reminding me about when payment was due, which I always timely paid. But, when it came to show some humanity for someone whose mother was dying, there were nowhere to be found. They could not have cared less. There were all too happy to profit off of my misfortune. It is shameful.
This is an amazing company that truly works hard to take care of employees, homeowners, and guests! Their homes in Scottsdale are incredible and their employees are extremely helpful. Going to give my continuous business to them!
This company is wonderful, they are very professional and attentive to the guests needs. I stayed in property for a week and the company stayed in contact with me throughout my entire stay to make sure it was excellent! Will continue to rent through Holiday Rental in the future, they are the best rental company in the Valley!
Took my son and friends for a chill weekend for my son’s 21st birthday and the house did not disappoint. The house was awesome and the views were amazing. We would definitely rent from them again. Jake was very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!
