What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Beautiful and spacious accommodations. Wonderful location. Hosts were always very friendly. Gym is very well equipped!

Housekeeping department left much to be desired. For a six day stay, the room was not serviced at all. After requesting to schedule a service within a four hour window, the housekeeper came by two hours later, knocking on the door in spite of the DND sign – waking my napping children. ???? I ended up vacuuming our room myself.

Oh and the water was off from 10am-4pm for three days straight.

Our floor smelled like weed during several days of our stay.

Breakfast was also nearly bare within an hour of closing everyday.

For business travel, it’d be a fine experience if you’re a flexible traveler. But with a family, traveling for pleasure, I’d never chose to stay here again.

  2. I had a recent stay at the Hyatt House in Denver (Lakewood). Room was clean and well organized and I enjoyed a full work week there. Parking was a little confusing at first, but I asked at the front desk and was told they share the parking lot with Target and just not to park in the Target “Drive Up-Pick-Up” slots. Room was very comfortable and plenty of room. It was cold and snowy during my visit, but the hotel was warm and pleasant. Front desk staff was very helpful and the breakfast selection was typical for Hyatt, but impressive.

  3. I wasn’t going to leave a review because I will never be back. However, I feel others should be warned.

The lack of professionalism at this hotel is shocking. They treat you like a burden. I had an item that was accidentally taken from my room and had I not reached out to upper management, I don’t think I would’ve gotten it back.

In particular, I got very rude service from Sam. He blew me off, sat on his phone on the couch while I waited at the front desk, said he can’t help me out with quarters for laundry but then proceeded to actually have the quarters after I asked again. He was just a jerk.

As for cleanliness, that is a major problem. Lots of mold in showers, trash left from previous guests, handles clearly dirty. Hair in lots of towels.

    Good area, terrible hotel.

  4. Hotel:
Pros: Everyone, from the staff to the guests, were very friendly. The suites are very spacious with a nice set up for sleeping and entertainment. Very convenient kitchenette and very cold mini fridge. The bed was soft and comfy, furthermore, the bathrooms were spacious and clean.

Cons: I requested the room to be serviced every other day but no service for the whole stay. Lucky we reached to the maid cleaning next door for restock of toilet paper and she offered to clean after getting done with her list, but said no since our stay was ending. The carpets had few dirty spots that could use some deep cleaning and the elevators are kinda slow.

Location: it’s located in a posh and recent re-developed business district of Lakewood (west of Denver). It looks a bit rough outside the business district but we felt safe the entire time. It’s surrounded with shopping for all price ranges and a lot options for food. Some of the restaurants can be reached by foot or a very short ride.

They share their parking lot with Target and you can park in the lot even if it says reserved for target customers.

I found the location amazing since 60% of our attractions were located west of Denver and we didn’t had to deal with the Denver traffic during our stay. It’s is also located within few minutes driving from a park and ride light rail you can take to Union station in Denver. During our visit the parking and all public transport was free so we saved a ton of money and time by riding the light rail to downtown. We didn’t have to worry about parking and traffic.

  5. Very happy with our stay, our room was ready early and the staff were so kind and accommodating. (Spencer at the front desk was lovely).

Location of this place is perfect, close to the football stadium, lots of shopping and food near by. Rooms were clean and the breakfast each morning was really good! Overall we are very happy we chose this place and if we ever come back to denver we will most definitely be staying here again!!!

We had the pleasure of hosting my friends baby shower at the Cliff House Lodge. First I want to say Chelsey and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We came with a large group and even more requests and they just rolled with our vision, offering assistance in the set up process right down to grabbing us some batteries since we had forgotten ours. The space is quaint and rustic, perfectly placed in a great little town like Morrison. Highly recommend checking out this place for your event not to mention I’ve heard that their rooms are pretty good too! Thank you again to the staff for a wonderful day. With a group that size, I know it isn’t always fun or easy. We had an exceptional day we won’t soon forget.

Went and stayed when we visited the Red Rocks for a show. Beautiful grounds, amazingly staffed with the nicest folks I met during my few days in Colorado. If you have a chance to book here, please do! The bus ride up was $10/ 2 people and took us right to entrance 2. The upper lot area. That was great too. We opted to walk back after (bus does not come up after!) but staff at Red Rocks wouldn’t allow us to access the trail we were told via text from the Lodge, was open to use and walk down. We started following the actual road down per their orders and that was stetch as hell but thankfully some kind people let us jump in their truck and got us to the bottom safely! We were planned ahead and even had our flashlights- staff at RR didn’t care. So plan on getting down via cars folks.

One of the best treasures we have ever stayed at! everyone was beyond accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful and fresh. Hot tub was unreal. What a treat. They even had a shuttle to take us up to the concert at red rocks (a little yellow school bus of course. Lol)! We got hitched on the top of red rocks on the side of the road that day – so this was our honeymoon. ❤️ So sad to leave. We will return from BC Canada just to stay here again.

My boyfriend booked us a room for Valentine’s Day. Upon arrival we were told the hot tub at that unit wasn’t working and they wanted us to walk to another unit I order to use the hot tub. Never offered a discount or another room. Never notified us that the hot tub was broken until we arrived. The whole property is mud, as they are doing some construction, which we were unaware of as well. With the temps being so low at night during this time of the year, what would make them even think this was an option?! Walking in your cold wet bathing suit in the mud across the property back to your room!? This is not the first time we’ve had an unpleasant experience with this place. For the prices they charge you naturally expect more. Don’t waste your time with this place.

In regards to your response—-You should have informed us PRIOR to our arrival that the hot tub was broken and that the property was under construction! No excuses needed!

I am obsessed with this place. I came here a couple years ago with my girlfriend for her birthday & we ended up extending a few nights. It was way more expensive then though, so when the prices were in the high $100’s, we were pleasantly surprised! We stayed in the stone street cottage both times & both times had a blast. I want to personally recognize the breakfast chef, I think her name was Megan? She was so amazing! Super friendly, made & delivered our breakfast at like 10:30 after we’d missed our 8am time slot. Thank you cliff house, I will definitely be back for more/ continue raving about you guys to anyone that’ll listen 🙂

Not only is the a reputable property management company, they are so adept at their work that they are also educating people in the community about the rental market including trainings on the current state Short Term Rentals and Air BnB. The fact that Sabrina and company take their expertise to the next level and share with the community their knowledge to bring everybody up to speed is a big plus in my book. Highly recommended.

I found BNB to give very insightful and honest advice about the options available for our rental options. In a rapidly changing market it is very reassuring to have someone you trust giving you guidance. I would recommend Sabrina and the expertise she provides to anyone looking to rent their property.

This is by far the WORST property management company in Denver. Absolutely no consideration for tenants. House wasn’t walked through completely prior to move in. Hornets and wasps everywhere. The water heater exploded. Leaky showers. Dangerous unfinished brick in backyard. Paint scratched up and missing from previous tenants dog(s). Spiders everywhere. Every service request is a fight and things rarely get fixed the first time. SABRINA is a HORRIBLE property manager and has NO regard for tenants needs or requests. Has repeatedly ignored my requests, messages and emails. Has absolutely no empathy for others lives and is extremely rude. Within a month, with no indication or notice, they decided to sell the property. The showings have been a complete nightmare because our two dogs “must be removed” during showings. Also, the house has been on the market since September and are scheduled in the middle of me and my roommates work days. We wanted more than 24 hours notice because we work over 100 hours a week combined. This has not been fulfilled and we do not have the resources or the time to remove our dogs everyday right in the middle of our shifts. We have not been given any reasonable time and have been forced to succumb to these absurd conditions. Do not rent from this horribly unprofessional and rude property management company.
