Only possible improvement would be in-room coffee.a month agoIf you want a restful stay don’t stay here. Woke up at 3:30 AM to people screaming and doors banging. Sounded like the guy was hitting the lady. Now I’m wide awake and can’t sleep. I called the front desk but no one ever answered. This is my second stay at this hotel. The paper thin walls seems to be a constant complaint. Will look for more restful accomodations next time. It’s a real shame because the room is very clean and bed is comfortable.4 months agoDO NOT STAY HERE.One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The hotel looks nice and modern. However, I think the walls are only made of wallpaper.. You can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next door and above. Conversations, snoring, drawers opening and closing, showers, toilets. It is insane.
On top of the incredibly cheap construction. The staff wasn’t great. One lady in particular was incredibly rude every encounter I had with her. I seemed like a nuisance every time I came to the front desk and she had to look up from her phone. I had a phone conversation after I left the hotel as well. The staff is NOT willing to work with guests in any way shape or form, especially after your stay is up. Horrific customer service. I can not stress it enough.. do not give this hotel your money, they don’t deserve it.
3 months agoDO NOT STAY HERE Most horrible hotel stay I have ever had. Arrived 4/21 looking to get some rest. This hotel does have “Quiet Hours” starting at 10pm is what the sign by the elevator said but that’s very untrue as I arrived to my room all I could hear is loud music and loud talking and yelling as I looked out my room window I noticed a Patio with A large group of ppl turned the patio into a bar. Mind you this is 11:30pm I shower and cut the light to sleep with no avail I call the front desk around 12:30 and talked to Alan with no help. My complaint was the noise and why aren’t the “quiet hours” observed? He replied with “ well I can’t tell them to go to sleep”. Very unprofessional. I did ask for a manager which was unavailable. I Called again at 2am and spoke with Alan again because the group was still outside and again no help. Next morning I call to speak with a manager gave my number to the front desk and to this day 4/24 no call from management I did have a 3 day stay and Saturday 4/22 was the same story same group of ppl out on the patio making noise past 1Am… Very unprofessional staff , WON’T EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL.6 months agoI stay here five times. Rooms are clean and breakfast is ok. Hotel staff are great! They have a pool table that allows playing until 10 pm. Really good for value. Wish they will have laundry for the people who travel weeks and months in one trip.

a month agoTerrible hotel! If you like to sleep in a moldy room this is the place to stay. There was mold on the curtains. Had to sleep with no covers and use a shirt as a pillow. The sheets were dirty! The shower was cheap as well as the soap given. Stains everywhere. Doors are thin. Walls are thin. Anyone can easily break in if they wanted to.5 months agoI’ve been staying here for a few weeks while working in the area. Big comfy bed. Great TV. I play alot of video games while working on the road and they have the best TVs than other hotels in the price range. Price is great too.a month agoVery clean, quite, great price! The manager was very helpful and nice.3 months agoOnly had decaf coffee Hair in the bathroom The floor was so sticky and wet I had to wear shoes Not enough towels Good price and safer than motel 6 People smoking weed right outside my door and being loud .a year agoStaff was friendly, room was clean, everything in room was in good condition.Air conditioner worked great, would freeze you out if you wanted it too. Bathroom was clean, beds were soft with multiple layers of sheets and blankets.
Fridge and Microwave in room were a nice plus.. Property was at an intersection, but was still pretty quiet. Wasnt walking distance to any where to eat, or shop. Had to drive 2 blocks to grab stuff from a gas station.
Outside of property was pretty clean, overall a decent hotel. Would consider staying here again. The price was right.

Where do i start? We checked in and discovered they threw us to the Main Suites to stay. Then barely sat our leftovers down and got roaches in the bag. Toilet paper was almost out and didn’t leave enough towels.
They never brought up anything,we eventually got it ourselves.Breakfast sounded good, but not. Watered down beans,and water downed orange juice. Love love the city,the people are nice and polite but i wouldn’t stay here again.
Choose this hotel, I promise you it’s the right one! I know its a hard decision going through reviews to find the right place. That’s what I did, so I was nervous that it wasn’t going to be as nice as it appeared online. But it IS!! This place is great! The girl at the front desk is so sweet and helpful. From the time I called and booked the room last week to check in today. She remembered me when I got here and I thought that was so nice. The room we are in is big and spacious. There is a tv, mini fridge, and microwave. We are right next to the pool and gym. Beautiful pool and very nice small gym facility. AC cools the room great. We are very comfortable. The beds and pillows are comfy. Breakfast here is awesom. Eggs. Sausage, bacon, yougurt, fruits, juices, coffee, cereal, 2 kinds of ice cold milk and TEXAS SHAPED WAFFLES!! Thank you Comfort Suites for making our long 16 hour drive to Southern Texas worthwhile. We got here about an hour and 15 minutes before check in time and we were able to have our room early and get some much needed sleep. That was so very appreciated. We will be back every year, this is our go to spot!
The room was great the breakfast was great the staff was good ask for the manager/she was very rude and m mean and we will never stay there again I stayed there the first week of March
Stayed here a few times and enjoyed my stay. Very simple, clean, and affordable. Only con is somewhat of a lingering cigarette smell sometimes and occasionally a rowdy neighbor.
This is THE place to stay in Edinburg when on a tight budget. I cannot thank the staff enough for their care, concern, and assistance – especially the wonderful young man who works nightshift. He was so very compassionate and professional with my and my faux pas. After driving nearly 15 hours to arrive, the room, shower, and bed were very welcome indeed.
