2 months agoI love this place and it saves me from a ton of back pain. The dryer could be better and I just recommend bringing a few towels and your own shampoo. All in all I don’t end up with a ton of mess and I can wash all 4 dogs at once by linking their leashes through the one chain provided!5 months agoWent thru the automatic wash the first cycle of soap didn’t even spray then top it all off with it didn’t even clean the car very disappointed in the wash we got.5 months agoThis place was perfect for what we needed! My dogs hate baths & then place they we’re basically fine & chill. But 4 stars because the blow dryer barley lets out any air so we payed 8 dollars for it & couldn’t use it. & the water pressure is pretty slow so for my short haired dogs it was fine, but if you have a golden or anything longer it probably won’t work.8 months agoI normally don’t leave too many reviews. But this car wash has me really upset. I’ve been going here for years. It was the best car wash around.Don’t know why owners always gotta change something that isn’t broke. Charge more and shorten the wash. Unfortunately I will not be returning unless it goes back how it was a year ago. Your losing a great customer. I used to go about once a week. Not anymore. No more bragging about it being the best car wash anyway. Good things never last.3 months agoPet wash is a waste of money. 1st time I went the machine was out of shampoo so I had to wash my dog with conditioner. Next time I went to a different bay and it was out of conditioner and the blow dryer was broken.

3 weeks agoNice staff. Free car towel and air freshener. This car wash cleaned my car better than other places I’ve been to. A plus is your car gets air dried and dried by large towel type rollers which leaves little to no spots on my car. Consistently good service.2 months agoFor our first time coming here going through with the tsunami wash it was ok I felt that it could’ve been better I have a new car and wasn’t muddy or nothing crazy still was a little dirty coming out but had a good shine on most of the car I’ll try it again and see if it’s better next time. If it’s better next go around I’ll consider the membership. 5 stars on the staff though very helpful and answered all my questions and friendly.2 months agoIf I could give a 4.5 I would. Just wish accepted digital payment as others in the area. My scores will become more critical over time. More and more jobs and hustles are paying into digital banks because the bank gives kick back. You could as well for your team. Who doesn’t like free money.

Got the monthly membership and don’t think it’s worth the price in my opinion.5 months agoThis is one of the most horrible places we have been to for a car wash! First, when you are pulling up to pay for the wash, an employee walks up to assist, which I understand some people appreciate, but some do not when using a card to protect their pin #’s and picking their own wash preference. It’s super rude to invade someone’s space when trying to do a transaction. You wouldn’t do that to someone while they are at a store checking out or at an ATM. Yet, they still remain there pushing buttons and grabbing your receipt. It would be better, in my opinion, to ASK if you would like assistance before just jumping right in and assuming that everyone wants that.
Also, they pack you in so close, so when getting your wash, it’s off set or hasn’t had a chance to reset so you get the full wash. The last wash we went through, we didn’t get the prewash water, went straight for soap, and only got part of the vehicle dried. You pay for a service that leaves your car just as dirty as it was when you originally went in!! A waste of money for this service. If the employees would just take the time for each and every customer, I am sure it could be an amazing place to get your vehicle washed.

Super friendly, helpful staff, Free air freshener. I choose the $17 wash and cleans my car and tires well with minimal cloth wiping needed after. Warning ⚠️ this is a powerful wash and shifted part of top molding and rear view mirror. Easy to put back in place and not a concern for me but.. if you have loose parts etc. Use caution.
See James Richardson and fellow staff members every morning before work. Super friendly everyday from 8am to 9am. Need a bug prep station but other than that great service. Love the air line feature. Blow everything from the rear to the front and out the side doors and call it a day. So glad their right down the street.

I did the promotion where you buy a car wash and they give you a membership for a month. Used it, liked the place, but didn’t want to spend 41.99 a month and wanted to drop down to the lower tier. Didn’t even want to cancel completely. Just drop down to the lower bracket wash. Tried multiple times to do so and was told multiple times it was handled. Got out spoke with the manager the last time he shook my hand, looked me in the eye and told me it was handled after giving him my information. Just got charged AGAIN for the highest tier. Terrible business practice. Good luck getting ahold of corporate. If you want a car wash membership for life this is the one you want. Good luck changing or canceling. ????
