a month agoNeeded a wash before heading out of town, was easy in/out. Even with the rain today, (5/7/23) car came out looking good. Only downside was 2 pieces of expensive trim were removed by the high pressure, and somehow a bad scratch appeared on driver’s side passenger door. Rain was too heavy for travel, so came home.
Didn’t notice missing trim nor scratch till Monday evening. Will be calling the manager to ask if the missing trim was found.
UPDATE: Called, no human contact, message said leave voicemail and number. So I did. No reply so far.
2 months agoWe used Express Wash. It was quick and that is the only compliment I have. The front of my Jeep didn’t even get wet let alone remove any dirt. Once we finished the wash we discovered there were no towels provided and the one vacuum that did work, seemed to have caught a severe case of asthma.2 months agoI paid for interior seats and carpet cleaning. I remember now why I stopped using this place. Very poor job. I’ll buy a carpet cleaner and do everything myself. Waste of money. I’ll never use this place again. For $115 dollars I expected a better job. I can’t even tell they did anything.4 months agoWent today to get the vehicle washed for the company I work for. Our company buys the book of cards that say each card is good for 1 full service car wash. The lady checking the cars in told me that I needed to wash the mud off before I can go through the car wash. Several of my coworkers have had issues with the employees here as well. They halfway vacuum and wipe down theinside. Since the full service wash was already purchased they should have a area where 1 of their employees could rince off the mud/dirt that they don’t want going into the wash bay. From this experience I will never even bring my own vehicle there again.4 months agoIn the past this company was Awesome ????. But these last two times I rather do it myself. Especially since my last detail. I asked for my carpet to be shampoo but whatever they used left a odor in my car. I literally have to get it detail again with another company. Hopefully they can get the smell out. Idk what happened but this service is horrible ????

3 months agoI visited BlueWave Express Car Wash at 3820 College St in Beaumont, Texas on 3/31/2023. The assisted manager walked around my vehicle and allowed me to proceed and then another employee guided me into the wash. While in the wash, my driver’s side mirror assembly was broken. I drove out and immediately motioned for the female employee that was near. She took pictures and gave me an incident report to fill out. The same assistant manager came over and looked at the damage and said wow. I was then told that someone would be getting in touch with me but they didn’t know when. I received a copy of the incident report and a card with an email address to the claims department. There was no telephone number on the card. I immediately called my husband so that he could handle it. He went by the location later that day and was told that he could call customer service on Monday. On Monday my husband called customer service and was told that they had no information on the incident but that it could take a week before someone would contact him. On 4/5/2023, my husband received a call from the customer service rep that only gave a first name and when asked…the rep REFUSED to give his last name. The telephone number was from out of state. The rep told my husband that upon viewing the video footage, that it was determined that the mirror was damaged before entering the wash. That was a LIE…. Remember when I said that the assistant manager walked around my vehicle and allowed me to proceed and then another employee guided me into the wash. Both employees saw my vehicle. My vehicle is in pristine condition. This company is a RIP OFF…PERIOD…Will also file a complaint with BBB. I went in for my normal Saturday car wash and left with a broken side mirror. They took absolutely no responsibility. Trying to “fix” it then and there with no professionalism. I expect it to be fixed the right way from the dealership with a full inspection on the lights and modules on the side mirror. This is a brand new 2023 BMW, I’m not about to have a kid working at a carwash try and fix my car. The assistant general manager, Ryan, started huffing and puffing rolling his eyes when I spoke to him about my concern. This is something I worked very hard for, I’m not about to just try and put it back together and drive off and have the turning lights shut off on me out of nowhere because of water getting into all the wires. Absolutely ridiculous. Never using this place again. No sense of accountability or professionalism. If you use this business or thinking about getting a membership, I suggest going somewhere else.
This location is the most convenient option in Beaumont. It’s not perfect but I see improvements being made. The biggest one being that there is a separate line for members which makes this a lot faster.
I’ve had issues here and there since they opened but hopefully they are done switching owners/companies.
The vacuums are super duper strong, don’t get anything near it that you don’t want sucked up.
The towels are nice just make sure you pick a super clean one. Guessing some have black from rims being cleaned.
Our car was damaged at Take 5 Car Wash in Bridge City Texas and they have done nothing about it. I will never use this business again and will surely let everyone know!

The staff are super friendly and helpful. They also offer everything you need to get your car clean inside. I didn’t catch his name but the guy right inside the wash got all the bugs off before sending my car thru. I will say that ever since take 5 bought out blue crew the quality has decreased while the prices have increased. I don’t see why the cheapest option is $10, and it won’t even get every spot on my car.
A very clean place always have everything you need to clean your vehicle. Very nice people that work there. They would take the time out to help you in and anything is never loud music no drugs use you feel safe coming there I just love it that me being a 60 years old I feel very safe coming there.
