a week agoYesterday I took my Honda Pilot to get a wash. After I went through the wash my driver side tail-light cover was off. I told the manager and he didn’t seem too concerned. He took my info and said someone would call back. No one did. I drove back today to try and resolve the problem. The manger today didn’t leave his post to talk with me. He said not covered. He did say they had video of car having tail-light on, and when it came out it was off. I just want my taillight cover back on. Sale #92698883931.2 months agoThey use rubber and fabric strips to clean the car. A piece of fabric got stuck in my car and the manager, Dillon gas lit me and said they only have rubber. I pointed out that there are cloth machines and it’s the same material stuck in my car. He said all Mercedes have material sticking out by the headlights. I beg to differ. He also refused to go look at before and after video of my car prior to the wash. Worst customer service ever and took zero responsibility!!! Don’t use this car wash.3 months agoAbsolutely love this car wash due to all the available services at a cheap price. Canceling the membership is a freaking nightmare!!! They put you in a never ending loop of reaching no one by phone! I have to call my back to stop the charges and even canceling on there site the cancel membership button magically did not work on ever computer I tried. So just be aware you will have hell getting out of a subscription. I am still working the process10 months agoThis is the best car wash in town! I’ve been using it for years….today I locked my keys in my car and Brian the manager helped me MacGyver them out of the Cab!!! Always a great experience here!!!

2 months agoBoss is awesome here does a great job on any car wash and all his workers work so hard through the week2 months agoWe have taken our car here many times but this time we had no scratches on our car and when we got our car back there were scratches on the side.a year agoI do not recommend this place at all. If you have a newer car, or care about your car actually being cleaned then I recommend to clean your car yourself, or goto soapy joes since you’re able to properly clean your car without any issues.
Before this place cleaned my car it did not have a scratch on the front right fender. Afterwards there was a clear coat scratch that manager argued wasn’t his car wash’s fault. He was extremely rude and pointed blame back onto me.
When I got home I checked everywhere else in more detail and noticed the hood is still dirty, the overall outside of the car is spotty (needs to be cleaned again), there was still hair and other dirt in the carpets so wasn’t vacuumed throughly (needs to be vacuumed again), side view mirrors still dirty, the rear bumper that is used to stand on is greased up and now slippery, and the entire inside plastic was dressed with something that made everything sticky. Seats were not cleaned at all either.
I paid $45 when I could have paid soapy joes $15 and cleaned my truck myself. Complete waste of money
9 months agoI’m actually really disappointed in this car wash. It is nauseating how much armorall they put on the steering wheel and the front of the car (hands slick) but the little carpet i have is disgusting as well as the mats! that was the biggest reason I came!!! They didn’t even bother to wipe down the sides- that was an extra charge. Even the windows are still wet with soap left on it. I would not go here!6 months agoVery nice job cleaning my BMW x5. I had snow, salt, dirt, and scum. They removed and hand wiped it all and did the interior too. Thank you.

This car wash is amazing! The customer service is top tier and the car wash is well worth the money. It conveniently opens at 8am and the monthly service rate is great! The free vacuum self-service at the end is a plus as well! ❤️????????
Busy location. Wash is pretty good unless you have lots of bugs on the front. Sometimes there’s no spot to dry off because the bays are full.
Always good stock of clean rags for drying.
I would like the vacuums to have a much better suction.
I stopped by Soapy Joe’s from out of town, and it was such a pleasant experience! The staff member David who assisted me made it an effortless process. Not being from the area, it was especially helpful to have him answer all my questions patiently, and exemplify friendly customer service. He definitely left a good impression, and will visit this car wash every time I’m in the area!
I’ve used this car wash a lot. It does the job but they haven’t improved it in years… for example, drying sucks. You still have to dry your car mostly in the back or else you’re car will look worse than before you brought it. Also, they keep on handing the car smell thingies… they smell so much you will ruin your natural car smell if you ever open one of these… they have refused to give something else instead of this car scented hanger. Please consider giving something else instead… how about car tissues or special cleaning cloth for the interior… just throwing some ideas.
Simply does not wash your car. The equivalent to a bad gas station car wash. Everyone spends a ton of time cleaning their cars with the provided towel because the actual car wash is so poor. You are better of going to a complete self clean car wash. It would be less time and effort. Pay attention to the towels. The ones in the “clean bin” had hard grass stickers in them.
