The vacuums have great suction and the wash itself has my car looking brand new. I would highly recommend getting your car washed here!9 months agoI went through the wash and when I came out I noticed a huge paint chip on the passenger side of my car. A paint chip all the way down to the bare metal. When I went inside to show an associate, the General Manager Glen, tried to tell me the chip was already there. (I have a photo of my car from the day before and there is no damage (1st photo)) I wanted to fill out an incident report and he kept telling me it wasn’t necessary. So I showed my boyfriend, who is an associate. My boyfriend went to talk about it to Glen and Glen argued with him and then fired him on the spot. I eventually was able to get an incident report from another associate. Once I go outside to get my VIN number, Glen comes out and keeps putting the blame on me. I was visibly upset, it was embarrassing, and I will never be going back.2 months agoMost likely the worst car wash I’ve ever been to, for $14. The car did not look any cleaner, the sides still had dust/dirt streaks everywhere, there were no rags to clean the interior of your car, the vacuums were barely even working the compressed air nozzles they had were blowing water out which got all over the inside of my car. Worst of all the spray bottles with what appears to be some sort of window cleaner or interior cleaner is purely just water with blue food coloring in it. I do not recommend this place. It is absolutely ridiculous that it cost $14. The owner was extremely rude, I will never go back to this business ever again.

The staff is always super friendly and I appreciate that there’s never a wait.in the last weekI come here all the time I couldn’t ask for better service. It’s always nice to know that the machines and everything are working here. There’s a lot of places were stuff is broken and nobody attend to it. This place is well-kept a blessing to have.

Long drive but they did a great job.a week agoThe absolute BEST car wash I’ve ever been to- the staff is great and work so hard!! Seriously, I have 3 kids and they absolutely trash my car like it’s their job. The employees at East Ridge Car Wash didn’t judge me for the 3 lbs of goldfish crushed into my leather seats, they just kindly and quickly made it look good as new. You are wasting your time and money by going anywhere else.3 months agoGreat place to get your vehicle washed up! They were super fast and friendly. And can’t beat the prices for what they do. A million times better than those plain old automatic washes. I’ll definitely be going back whenever my truck needs a good wash. Thanks!!!3 weeks agoVery friendly, fast, and hardworking staff. The whole process was streamlined and easy. They made my car shine spectacularly and the inside is spotless and smells amazing. The whole process took maybe 15 minutes? I at one point had 8 guys going to town on my car with rags and spray bottles in hand simultaneously and they again worked like well-oiled machines; they know what they’re doing. The price was very reasonable too – $24 for a full interior and exterior clean in rapid time. It’s a bit of a drive for me but well, well worth the trip; I cannot recommend them enough.2 months agoThey deserve NO stars. Can’t say everyone who works there is terrible but the people who worked there this afternoon and damaged the rim on my daughters car are terrible. She was too scared to say anything to them so she came and got me. After arriving back the guy didn’t even look at her rim before he stated they didn’t cause the damage. Didn’t care and completely dismissed us. I have several witnesses that can state the damage wasn’t there before she took her car there. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!Wow there are past reviews of this place scratching up your rims. I can tell you they did it today to my daughter. But we’re the liars apparently. Please don’t waste your money!!!!

I had an incident at their car wash in which their machine Did not retract properly admittedly by the manager… ripping my front bumper off my Honda Odyssey…. Jeff the manager there just brushes everything off on corporate to handle. I was told someone would contact me within 72 hours…. It’s been over a month and still no resolve. Not even a phone call. Don’t use their services they do not respect you or your property.
We use zips every time we need a vehicle washed or just a quick vacuum. Today we were at the right place at the right time. Check out these cool shades they were giving out at a ball game. Lucky for us they had an extra pair! We love ZIPS!

I love this car wash! Its convenient location, cheap pricing, & professionalism keeps me coming back. Jeff is my favorite! He had no issue with taking my antenna off of my jeep upon my request. His positive attitude & good vibes are the icing on the cake of my car wash experience.
What a perfect opportunity to take a moment to share how much Casper brightens my day every time I come through Zips Hwy 58. I’ve been coming here for years and while I’ve had offers to elsewhere – including the new Mods car wash on Hwy 58, Casper is the main, if not only, reason I stay loyal to this location. Always personable and cheerful, always greets you with a wave or hello and a smile, always willing to assist with any issue (rare but e.g. vacuum not working, etc) and always making sure everything is good! Even helped out when my battery unexpectedly died while at the carpet machine. That’s above and beyond service in my world! He is an incredible asset to your company and I hope this unsolicited feedback in some way, generates a thank you to him for all that he means to me and I’m sure, many of your/his customers here at Zips.
