a month agoPaid for the upgrade to clean inside of the car too. Horrible job it’s like they just swiped and pretended to clean but as you can see in the pictures, they left my car dirty and pretty much the same condition I brought it in. This is the second time they skimp out on the job.a week agoAfter having an issue with the service I was provided with, I spoke with Managment and they had me bring the vehicle back in and they did amazing job. I really appreciate that the management team was very responsive to correct the quality of service I first received and have gone above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied.
looking forward to bringing my other vehicles to them for detailing service.
5 months agoThe staff is very polite. The place is very clean. I love the cleaning bay where I get to do a detailed cleaning of my car free of charge and even shampoo my car mats express. It is very very convenient.a month agoI use to love this place. Now if you don’t tip 20$ and they see you they barely clean your car after you pay 30$ for a wash. Barely vacuumed and light wipe down. The only thing good is the automatic wash. The rest is horrible service. Seems like the job now is do as less as possible and get you out as fast as possible, but they expect high tip just for the service you already paid for. I tip for a good job and speed is always a plus if done well. It’s just beggars now 🙁10 months agoI paid for premium and the cashier at the front was rude but I didn’t care much. The car wash was okay but my main problem is how they left the inside of my car and my rims. They did a half job everywhere to the point I went else where to buy leather and interior cleaners and fresheners to make my car actually feel clean. I even had to vacuum the interior again. I would not recommend this spot to anyone and definitely tell you to clean the car yourself it’ll probably be cleaner that way.

I was paying for two different cars and a few months ago I wanted to cancel the Toyota Camry but the Jeep accidentally got canceled. By working with the cashier Daniel my problems got solved because he immediately called his amazing, compassionate, diligent, and sweet manager Christina who fixed my problem right away!! You’re amazing!!!2 months agoI went there to vacuum my car and clean my rubber mats, I had no clue on how to use the machine. The manager Megan was just so amazing she can and did the whole process for me. That is the definition of great customer service. I will sign up for my monthly membership. Even the cashiers are so great.3 weeks agoI have a premium membership here at the auto spa. Every time my car needs washing or for any other reason, I can drive in an automatic car washing in neutral gear. In just a few minutes my car looks clean, sharp, and shiny. ✨️2 years agoVery fast service! Getting a monthly membership is a good deal if you wash your cash twice a month.

My first time through was slightly awkward. The turn directly before and after entering the car wash room are noticeably sharp, but now I know as so do I.

Great wash, free use of the vacuums, mat cleaner, and towels! I typically go to the one on Monocacy, but stopped at this one today and was just as pleased. For $10 my car is clean inside and out. It is very busy on a Saturday afternoon, but I only waited about 7 minutes in the line to get through. The staff was very friendly. Definitely will go to this one again or the one on Monocacy. I really should just get a membership.
Best carwash I’ve ever been to in my life. Coolest staff of any place I’ve ever met.
The manager here is awesome and staff is great. I come everyday , literally. One day the machine pulled over my wiper blade.
Herb replaced both my wiper blades on the spot and I was good as new in 5 minutes.
Clearly a staff that values they’re customers.
I can’t say enough about how positive they’re attitude is here. I’kk def be a loyal lifetime customer!
Their customer service is AMAZING! We had a small issue going through an Auto Spa at a different location.
We reached out online for help, and the manager at this location jumped in and helped very quickly.

Great automatic car wash. I use their monthly subscription for one of my cars and it always comes out clean and smelling nice. Timings are convenient and the free vacuums are handy.
