a month agoYes, I did go on a road trip and my car did have a lot of bugs on it. Before I came to the wash I did spray my car with a bug cleaner. Most car washes will have a guy at the beginning with a brush to take care of this sort of thing, Speed clean did not. Paid $14 and my car is not clean. Will not be returning.a week agoAwful experience today. Got stuck in the tunnel between 2 cars. The cars were not even well washed. My car plate was damaged but the manager refused to give us his name nor offer even an apology blaming it on the customers.a month agoIf I could give zero stars I would … I paid for the gold wash, my car was not clean at all like all the bugs was in the of my car still. All the windows was dirty and the mirrors. When I went to speak to one of the red shirt workers. He walked away as a was talking to him and did not offer me no refund or nothing . He never came back.4 months agoI was at this location and left with damage to my vehicle I proceeded to report it to the “manager” on duty who advised me to come back the following day because he couldn’t help me. I then came back and spoke to another “manager” that was rude, unprofessional, and refused to give me his name. Gabriel is what i was told was his name left me talking by myself and walked away from me. That is unacceptable! He stated , other vehicles had to be damaged for this establishment to be held responsible to the dent on the side of my door, which I heard and saw when the blue drying tube dented my truck. I will proceed to let all my friends and family know the type of business this is and not to go here to avoid damaging their vehicles. I am greatly disappointed as I have come here for years but will no longer be doing business with you all.4 months agoThe last couple of visits I have noticed an unpleasant smell, like sewer water. When I was going through the tunnel I looked up at the cleaning fringe cloth that wipe the cars and they all had black mold. They are so dirty and unsanitary. I will not go back to this place. It is overpriced especially to be cleaning your car with moldy brushes and fringes. Stay away!

So disappointed in this drive thru wash. After getting caught in a few days of rain I went to this wash to get my vehicle clean. I noticed just going thru it just didnt feel like others I have been to. I felt like there wasn’t adequate brushes and washing items, not a good presoak chemical, even tho the entry personal sprayed something on the full back on my vehicle you can see in the images how once I went thru the tunnel it hardly even cleaned the back of my vehicle, even missing my rear window. I have been to several tunnel washes in Dallas and they actually walk 360 degrees around the vehicle and use a wash brush on the windshield, frontal areas of the vehicle and the rear window and rear areas of the vehicle, this wash did none of that. The blowers are not angled correctly and there is only two to clean the sides and one big one blowing straight down above the vehicle. For a drive thru tunnel wash system I expected much much better. The vehicle was not even dried when I drove off and you can see how great their wheel cleaner brushes did on my wheels, I even paid for the tire dressing option, and I felt the automated tire dressing roller system hit my tires but when I got home nothing, so assuming that is broken as well. Take 5 you need to upgrade your brushes and presoak system, get more dryers to properly dry a vehicle. I go to a quick tunnel setup so i don’t have to pull into the side area after going thru and rewipe my vehicle and try to get what I just paid for …a clean car. Also the vacuum area is hit or miss. I pulled into 2 bays that were hardly even sucking good. Took me three moves to find a good one, so be aware when you are wanting to use the vacuums you might have to drive around to find one. Staff was very friendly but the entire wash tunnel needs a go thru and upgraded with better soaps, spray nozzles, and adjustment for your wash mit style systems that wash the sides and esp the rear of the vehicle and for sure more drying blowers. I saw two emply poles that could be used to hang two to four more blowers that would for sure help dry the vehicles better. Unsure if your equipment was just malfunctioning this day or what but it was an absolute horrible experience. Just look at the photos of how my vehicle turned out after going thru once.
It was a top down kind of day, my car needed a wash and I was working near Take 5, so I decided to clean my car. This drive through experience was unlike any other. Something from the truck ahead of me was smeared across my windshield on the passenger side. The kind young man at the kiosk allowed me to drive through again. This time was worse than before. That’s when Edward offered assistance and displayed exceptional customer service. He took the initiative to remove whatever that dirt/grease-like residue was on my windshield, roof and the trunk of my car. Eduardo exceeded my expectations and had my car shining like new. The team working on 5/4/23 around 12:20pm were simply the best. They both displayed care for their customer and concern for the customer experience. Thank you very much!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I come to this car wash often. The guys are nice and helpful. I also love that I’ve never had to do a rewash due to spots that didn’t come off. They also provide towels and cleaner and their vacuums work really well which is a plus having a toddler!
Decent car wash but some of the houses are broke and when you’re passing through you can tell that the water’s all just shooting all over the place it’s not really controlled and spraying like it’s supposed to a lot of nozzles missing off the vacuum so you can’t access what you need when it’s full like today when we went. I had a membership here for about a year or so and discontinued it because problems with the car wash I was paying for the premium wash and would get the basic wash most of the times I would come through having to go in and complain and get another run through the car watch which wasted more of my time. When in today to just get a basic wash and vacuum and didn’t look like it was any better than it was before.
I’ve had a membership for a while now. I’m pretty satisfied with the wash but it all depends on how well the employee scrubs the back of the vehicle with the brush since the car wash doesn’t clean it well when you drive through it. Sometimes their vacuum hoses aren’t suctioning properly so I have to move to a different bay. I went there for a wash yesterday and they now have complimentary cleaning sprays and towels to clean the inside of your car. I thinks that’s great.
