Not sure where to park and who to see about getting my car washed. The gentleman came up to my car and helped me out. Told me leave my car where its sitting at and they will take care of it from here. The service was fast and the employees were friendly and helpful. My car was done in no time and they did a really good job . I was quite pleased overall and plan to be a regular there. Awww waz5 months agoAlways happy with there work! a week agoPaid to have my oldsmobile washed/waxed/vacuumed etc. The car was pretty clean to begin with but they couldn’t even vacuum the little bit of debri that there was. There wasn’t any dog hair at all when I brought it in but somehow when I left there was dog hair on the passenger seat. Multiple spots on the outside that come off but they just left. Don’t waste your money here5 months agoThey do a great job. Only thing is, I own a couple of V-8’s and when they bring them out of the wash to dry them the guys driving them out like to rev the engines. In this day and age gas ain’t cheap!
Other than that they do well.a year agoI hadn’t came here in years and I finally went today and the person who “detailed” my car from the inside and outside was either blind or didn’t feel like being at work today because the inside of my vehicle still had coffee spills, still left my trash in the car, still sticky on some parts of my screen and my seat still had stains that could have been removed. I paid 45 for my service and I even tipped him, which now I wish I hadn’t. Do better ! I11 months agoOutstanding job and great customer Service. I have always take my car. The BEST QQ yet in the Valley! The vacuums are so strong they will suck the paint right off your car. The car wash did not break down 3 times while I was in it like the newest one in Palm Springs. The Tire Shine actually worked. The place was clean. I didn’t notice any missing hoses.
everything about this place is awesome. vacuum is the best here compared to all of the other quick quacks in the area. plus they have the little blower thingy that most do not.

My experiences at the Indio Quick Quack are just wonderful. One of the staff members that stands out is “Audry”. She greets you with a warm and kind voice. She goes above and beyond to ensure that your visit is a pleasant one. She’s helpful, courteous and just a nice person. I give her 5 stars for being an excellent and knowledgeable employee…
Don’t know if anyone else has experienced this but I’ve had this happen after every wash. I use “Ceramic Duck” wash option that includes the tire dressing and undercarriage wash. After driving my vehicle I get black splatter on the front doors and rear quarter panels. It seems to be coming from the tires. I’m assuming it’s excess tire dressing that gets flung up onto the body of the vehicle upon driving or residue from the undercarriage wash. I’m going to downgrade to the basic wash that does not include tire dressing or undercarriage wash to test my theory. Fingers crossed.
