3 weeks agoI love my monthly membership at Googoo, I really only go to the one on presidential, because although I never have tire shine on my tire when I leave the tunnel and half of the vacuums don’t work. Their staff customer service is excellent, they are always extremely pleasant, respectful, & helpful. They always make sure I’m satisfied before I leave the parking lot..2 months agoThis car wash is definitely not worth the money! I’ve gone several times (as well as my husband) for the membership washes and my car is never fully clean on the outside. No products are available for cleaning after the service (armor all for tires, window cleaner, etc…), and the floor mat cleaner half works.
My husband was also told that adding and additional car (mines) was free and he ended up being charged an additional $15 per month for my vehicle. You can’t cancel online so you have to take a chance and ride by one of the locations and hope it’s open. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON GOO-GOO!
3 months agoI love this car wash. They are so Professional and Friendly and best of all they are Perfectionists. They treat your car like it was their own. I highly recommend this Car Wash for your car/truck.2 weeks agoI really appreciate the wonderful customer service that the manager (Clint) and his employees provide to me at this location. They are always kind, professional and make me feel like I matter as a customer. This is the only location that gets my and my family’s business.4 months agoI usually go to the cherry blossom car wash but this one is closest to me and today I was in a hurry so decided to give it another try. It washed my car yes…..but the vacuum area was a mess. Went to one side and they weren’t working. Would have been nice to have them blocked off or something. So I move my car to another area. Get my things out and grab the vacuum. It had to suction pressure to where it wasn’t even picking up anything. So when a lady leaves I move over to that one which had awesome pressure…..but the hose was broke so it was so short it would only barely reach one side closest to it. So I ended up having to park parallel to it just to vacuum out my whole car!….I was just at that point so frustrated to have moved my car 4 times just to vacuum.

4 months agoWorse customer service ever! After have went through the machine I noticed that the car was still dirty so I asked to run through again and The So Called Manager, informed that the system was already shut it down for the day, so I asked I guess can I come back tomorrow? His answer was No, than after we argued back and forth ( which I’ve already have done 2 times in the past) I decided wasn’t worth and went to vacuum my car… for my surprise was off also, so I went to complain again and I said what did I paid for? He said I got what I paid for! What??!! So I asked the owner email so I could get in touch and he said No. So I decided to cancel the membership on my car, I’m sure I’m gonna get way better service somewhere else. Here are the pictures of my car, you can see the soap scums and how the hood was barely touched the pollen on it. Yes I did canceled my membership in the morning after my horrible dealing with the one that calls himself manager. Yes this picture was taken in the morning after because off course at night you wouldn’t be able to see it… but no worries there are so many car washers in macon that actually do a way better job than this one! I’ve been trying to wash my car for a while now. Called ahead to make sure they accepted cash. They were kind enough to tell me that they did . So I had some time before I had other things to do to go wash my car. Had maybe a 5-10 min drive over there and once I got there, they said they were closed. That’s it. No explanation. No “we will open back up soon” , just a “were closed”. How in the span of 5-10 min did they close?! I could’ve saved some time and not have made the drive over there considering my other errands are on the other side of town. I really wanted to try this car wash out while I was on this side of town. I really just tried to brush it off but this has been the 3rd car wash this week that has given me issues, I really thought this one was going to be the one and my car would finally be clean.a year agoJust moved to Macon about a month or so ago so we had to find a new car wash seeing as we usually go several times a week! Out of the list of “ car washes near my location” that google provided me with, Tommy’s Express was the closet and when I visited their website to get prices for the monthly membership I learnt that when u sign up on the app for a membership you get a month free, so of course this was our choice to start off with! The staff is very friendly , and it’s never been busy when we have gone but we have only been 3 times now, also they are open till 9!! Give them a try I don’t think you will be disappointed!????????????2 years agoI typically don’t use the drive-thru car wash, I normally frequent hand wash places. But my friend decided to get a quick wash before our date. He was extremely impressed with the way his rims turned out. They were extremely clean. The facility was very up-to-date, and we loved the unique design of the brushes. The vacuums were very powerful and efficient. The staff was courteous & answered all of our questions. They also offer a detail kit for a few bucks with additional cloths. Give’em a try!

These folks do the best job in town for inside detailing at a fast pace.
Just came back after the changeover to Big Peach from Fountain Car Wash. They have done a ton of work on the property and the flow seems much better.
They don’t do the inside cleaning at the beginning like they used to. The vehicle goes through the wash and around to the left to two huge new bays of covered parking spots with vacuums, and the techs work on the left ones (in the shade finally!) while Express folks go to the right. When the techs are done, they pull your vehicle around and present it to you.
Inside, they’ve added a drinks bar and tables in front of a big glass window to watch your vehicle go through. There’s even a kid’s “spray gun” that blasts the vehicle. I didn’t see it in action though. There’s also an inside sitting room near the back door. The bathroom was renovated as well.
They did a killer job on my Jeep and with it being a 2-door I know they did some crawling around to get it clean in the backseat.
The only drawback is, I couldn’t see how many people worked on it and only one person drove it, so I had to give him the whole tip, although I did ask how many people worked on it (3), and I hope he gave his coworkers their fair share ($5 bills x4) including himself, because he was the one that checked me in.
I will definitely be back! If for nothing else than to see the fountain actually working!
Amazing facility and amazing crew members! Everybody was so friendly and welcoming upon my first visit! I just recently moved to the area so their hospitality and friendliness was a much need breathe if fresh air!
Caleb was very helpful to me in deciding on what wash to get for my Mini Cooper. It was the first time my car had been through an automatic car wash, and he assured me that the wash was comparable to a hand wash. I also have a bike rack, and his guidance was helpful there as well. Thank you Caleb for excellent service!
Amazing car wash! Always smiling faces and great customer service. They always clean my car so good. It amazes me every time how they do it and how good it comes out. Definitely worth it!!!
It’s awesome to see what big peach has done at this location. I worked here 20 years ago and the environment and employees are awesome across the board. I’m glad to see they just didn’t tear it down and start all over. Also the water guns are a huge plus.
