2 months agoThe staff is amazing and super helpful. The towels in the self service cleaning area are refilled often and high quality. I’m so glad I decided to get the membership so I can keep my car looking spiffy for a reasonable price.
These guys rock????2 months agoI used to have a monthly membership from this place, but I had to cancel it because I live too far from this part of town. Today I was not too far from here and I remembered that this place was one of my favorites because of their services offered, plus you get free vacuum and free towels to dry your car right after the wash. Now, what I didn’t like this time is that when you pay, they make it a bit confusing, and they try to get you to sign up to their monthly car wash membership options first. You really have to pay attention to the options, or you may end up with a membership without realizing it. They need to really fix this issue.2 weeks agoThey cancelled my membership because they couldn’t see my membership sticker cause I have tint on the top portion of my windshield. I have previously showed the car wash attendants my sticker and where it is on my windshield and for the same attendant to cancel my membership just shows ignorance and spite.Employees and manager all need more training in handling customers. They are quick to argue with you and offer no real solutions. Once I was made aware my membership was cancelled I tried to get my money back since they had just charged me and they refused. Manager in a grey shirt even argued with me that with a chargeback I wasn’t going to be receiving my money back. I ended up having to cancel my card and issue a chargeback.
There is no number on the rinse and ride website to contact anyone just a form that I filled out and have yet to be contacted. More digging into rinse and ride in an effort to find a number shows that they are owned by and out of state company called Ultraclean. Overall very dissatisfied with the managers and employees as well as the website If you value your hard earned cash go somewhere else.

Unprofessional.2 months agoReally nice car wash. Some of the vacuums weren’t the same pressure, so I had to grab a different one. Overall it was well kept with plenty of towels to use.

I had a lot of bugs ???? on the front of my car that were baked on from my long trip from Michigan to Arizona! All the bugs didn’t come off, so I ???? called them back a couple hours later and Jeff told me to bring it back by 8:00 pm and they would take care of my car! No worries about anything, Jeff was Very Pleasant and took care of my car! No Bugs ???? and what a Pleasant Experience! Nice Job Jeff and Wash Werks Express! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!9 months agoQuick. Easy. Efficient. If you need a wash, this place is a GOTO! Free vacuums and a variety of options from a simple rinse down to a full blown once-over. Super user friendly and fairly good staff members. Come get a wash. Odds are it won’t rain in Arizona on any given day…unless you wash your car?! Lol2 weeks agoIt really does an impressive job, but $3 to clean and shine up your tires are a bit much. After all, they are part of the car. Otherwise easy 4 star minimum4 months agoI enjoyed my first month for twelve dollars but I don’t really think that it’s worth twenty seven dollars a month after that I left a place that was fifteen. I wish they had cheaper options to just roll through the car wash without all the Bells of whistles. It’s entirely too much to get an individual wash in my opinion. But i’m still going to give it five stars. And they never have towels clean stocked and waiting that’s another thing I didn’t like.3 months agoWhenever I hit one of the local dogs with my car, my first stop is always Wash Werks. The team there has always been able to get fluffy’s mangled body cleaned and leave my car looking new. Highly recommend their business as it’s fast, professional and discrete

It was fast, I’ll give them that for sure! The sides of my car are beautiful, but the front and back didn’t get very clean. The car wasn’t particularly dirty to begin with, but I’ve been wiping dried wales of dust off of it ever since the “wash”.
They really push their memberships, but I live clear across town and there’s a car wash in my neighborhood, so I didn’t sign up for that. I’m glad now, but it wasn’t a bad job for drive thru wash–just not as good as what I’m used to. So three stars seems about right.
•Hey, immediate update!• They responded the same day, offering a re-do. That’s so nice! Like I said, though, I live clear across town, so I probably won’t take them up on it, but I am very impressed with that kind of effort to provide good service!
Love this location and the team is always so nice and friendly. I always feel good pulling up to get my car washed here. The manager is also very nice. Highly recommend this location for all your car wash needs. I appreciate the towels to wipe down the car after the drive through wash. My only recommendation is that the vacuums work when you pull up to a lane. Or at least put some type of sign or cone letting us know that the vacuum is not working properly at the time. This would save me having to move into another lane hoping that vacuum works in that lane.
All in all, still 5 stars. I wish they had a location in Las Vegas, cause that’s where I really live 🙂 Thanks Quick Quack Team, you guys are the best!!!
I have been going to this car wash for years and I love this place because they make it so easy and fun to clean my vehicles. Their vacuums and towels are conveniently located right there in the parking spaces. The employees are always friendly and have great attitude. The assistant manager Zack always makes us feel welcome when we come in. I will continue to be a customer at this location because the people there are great.
Quick quack car washes are mostly great. This specific one is the one by my new house and I’m looking for a new carwash now. This one specifically constantly puts me into a lower price wash than I paid for and even when it does give me the right wash, it’s just not near as clean as it gets from the others. I usually have to go through a second time, the attendant tells me that yes I am signed up for the lucky duck but 90% of the time it queues me for the cheaper wash. It’s been a year of that so that’s enough for me.
This car wash offers amazing deals four people on a budget that need to get their vehicle washed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This car wash has a amazing way of getting you in and out of the car wash quickly so a lot of time is lost waiting in line to get through.
