a year agoI wanted to give a full 5 star rating but for $80 to do a half tail job…that’s a half rating! The wait was not long! The employees were nice and helping since it had been my first time! I was pleased with the results but a little annoyed with the inside, if they specialize In detailing then I was expecting my steering wheel, cup holder area and other compartments to be polished…especially for $80.6 months agoGood service but a little pricey. “Supreme wash” is 26 bucks and with a discount it’s 21 bucks. Tire coating and mat cleaning are extra add-ons. Lots of drinks and treats and gewgaws inside.4 years agoThis place should get zero star due to unprofessionalism. They did a horrible car wash on my car, I paid for shine and protect, along with seat cleaning inside. They manager told me. He cant help me clean the car any better because, its not like I paid for a detailed wash car, And if I paid more money they would clean the rims better for me. $5dolloars for each Rim.also he made a statement I was picking out on every little mistake.when I told him I paid money for all this, he said he cant help me anymore. WASTED MY $54.992 months agoDon’t waste you money on this place , I spent $85 to have my truck supposedly deep cleaned and promised it would be pristine , I had to show the management and the cleaner multiple spots that needed addressing prior to leaving . Overall still very unsatisfied even after showing them all the cleanliness issues . I’m not sure if the cheaper wash’s are better but don’t expect to get quality on the more expensive wash’s and conditioning .5 months agoI am a regular customer that typically gets a special hand wash due to my soft top car. Francisco – the supervisor denied me a hand wash. Francisco is very rude, unfriendly, and non customer oriented. I will never give them my business again. There’s a really great car wash in Concord that is very customer friendly and cost effective. I will be using them as my car wash provider moving forward.

a week agoA friend told me about this place. Not sure how much he paid for it, but 20 min was more than enough time to get a proper wash in. The vacuums were cheap and effective. The only downside is unless you do a proper drying, there will be hard water spots all over the windows.3 weeks agoFor some reason tons of glass in the bike lane from this car business. Sliced my tire in half in a bicycle tour ???? Would be nice if the business kept it clean maybe once annually so I wouldn’t have gotten stranded today ????2 months agoUsed to be the best self service in the east bay a few years ago. Since then, they’ve replaced the card machines which do not work now forcing you to buy tokens with cash while also increasing the price, the soap guns don’t work on at least two of the stations, and the water smells like sewage. On top of that, the increasingly long lines make going here mid-day almost impossible. If you can make the drive, go somewhere elsea month agoGreat place to wash your car. For $6 you get 20 min! Best self service car wash around.a year agoJust moved to concord from oregon and for the first carwash in california I gotta say it was the best one I’ve had in a while. Foamy soap and a soap gun. High pressure water. And all that for 20 min. FOR 6 BUCKS. Cheaper than any place I’ve gone in oregon. My new go to place and hopfully for the rest of you!!

Not a big fan of the fact the account is linked to a single plate rather than a customer account. But outside of that the carwash is solid. Spotless drying. Really thoroughly cleans the harder to get areas usually.
Vacuum works well and all the staff is very friendly.
Tara assisted me when I signed up and was a pleasure to interact with.

Quick quack is the best. Tara helped us out and made our experience wonderful. she went above and beyond helping us through all the pricing and specials and it seemed like she genuinely loves her job. I continually look forward to getting our car wash here. I love seeing the beautiful colors as I’m going through the car wash. Also I love the fact there is a cleaning station as well where you can wipe down and vacuum your car. Second time around we saw Tara and said hi again awesome service. Third time we had to come unfortunately because we got bugs on the car. Brendon helped us out and he was friendly as well.
Great wash and friendly staff. I’ve been to others so the comparisons are similar. I think other locations have it more effort into the “pre-wash” before entry, but it was still a very decent wash and I will be back. Vacuums are strong and premises is well kept and clean.
I would not recommend coming here based on my poor experience with customer service.
I signed up for a month of car washes and the associate assured me that I had sign up for a trial. However, a month later I was charged. I promptly emailed their customer support but their representative was rude and dismissive, repeatedly sending me the same message and not even acknowledging that their had been a mistake on their part. I would not ever give this company my business, since they’re horribly reluctant to put their customer first and acknowledge their was a mistake.
