Alana, Ella, JJ, Payton, Sabrina, Bailey, Sophia, CJ, & Andrew have all grown into exsquisent, enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated entrepreneurs/successors. Below I have posted my beauty, pride, and joy in which they have taken nothing but delicate care of over this past year in life and I entrust them with not only my vehicles but the vehicles with those that encircle there lives around me. Payton and Golden were very professional checking me in and explaining the memberships. Payton did the quick rinse prior to the wash and had a great smile the whole time. Another teammate even helped me wipe down my car after the wash. Love Quick Quack because I can fit my oversized van in the wash and it gets almost everything. Veteran appreciation runs high here!a month agoFirst time using quick quack car wash, and it was a great experience, most quick washes have workers that don’t seem like they want to be there, but here Alana was super helpful, updating my account for me so it would be easier to check in, and checked up on me after the wash to make sure it was okay and even offered to help dry my car! Alana was awesome and had a genuine smile, that showed she loved what she did. Definitely coming back and recommending this over other car washes.2 weeks agoAiden was really professional and nice. I didn’t have my card I assumed Apple Pay was everywhere but not to worry Cambridge took care of me and provided me with outstanding customer service!! He also went over new family plans and was very thorough with information and any questions I had!! Very knowledgeable about his job and customer friendly!! We need more of this around!! Thank you so much! Made my day it was definitely a pleasure ????3 months agoI’m a fan of Super Star Car Wash! I can tell that they take pride in their facilities and in the service that they offer. Their facilities are very well equipped and, in my opinion, offer the best value for your money. And it’s their attention to detail that really stands out. From their well staffed drive-thru, whose chirpy attendants are always eager to make your visit a productive one, to their self-serve detailing and vacuum stalls that are always stocked with freshly laundered and folded towels. Give your cherished vehicle the Super Star treatment, bring it to Super Star Car Wash!a week agoCrooks. Charged my son $25 somehow for one car wash. And no way to contact customer support unless you have an account. They stands there like vultures trying to convince you to sign up. Overall the car wash is good. Vacuums are good. Clean exterior. But I am writing this for the service. CLAP*CLAP
I got locked out of my car and they were nice to attempt to unlock it but unsuccessful. They let me wait in the office with AC and use the phone and were nice through my experience. Probably the nicest Clean Freak.
Nothing against the employees At the wash first off. I canceled my membership due to having to move. I submitted my request and said that I had 3 vehicles associated and need to cancel all. I got an email stating it was at the end of bill cycle. Well I got charged again and sent numerous emails asking to get it cancelled and I got nothing. I stopped at the wash today and low and behold membership still active other cars but not the main one I use. So they said I could use until May 18 but just tried and said membership is canceled. So basically they stole my money and I highly doubt I will get a response and their response has been terrible. Not really sure who to contact but I would NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!
Love it! Everyone is very helpful as well! Need clean towels, they got you! Free vacuums. If you have a child that loves the car wash, I suggest getting the membership and going every day! It cost the same no matter how many times you go!
I love this place! I have the unlimited pass and get a wash everyday and my car comes out Sparkling clean every time. Never had any problems there and it’s so convenient.
Well after several “washes”… I can’t go back anymore. I have a full size truck. The system often fails to adequately wash my vehicle. Sometimes the soap dispensers that spray the foam soap don’t operate…. Sometimes the top roller doesn’t operate…. Sometimes the pre-rinse doesn’t function, sometimes the final rinse doesn’t fully rinse. With all the inconsistent operations the only consistent thing is the unfortunate and poor job the wash performs (on a full size lifted truck)
Also on two separate occasions there was damage to my truck. One wash ripped the weather stripping out of the roof grooves and another time scared my wife because one of the brush arms aggressively made contact with the rear side panel of the bed leaving several deep scratches. No serious problem since it’s not a “perfect” truck, but was unfortunate.
The staff are great.
