6 months agoUsed there automatic wash, paid for the full $21 wash. The wash left lots of dirt streaks on the vehicle. Rated with +1 star because their vacuums are great, with 2 different attachments, a compressed air blower and a trash can you can really get a lot done. Wish this wash would of came out better… I’ll add a few pictures to give a reference of the dirt streaks I’m talking about.a week agoThis car wash is all right. They do have free vacuums Terry cloths and and glass cleaner. However, sometimes the vacuum pressures are not working, and they do not have the scrub brush to get off bugs from the front side of the car. This is huge because I do a lot of driving and I have bugs that do not like to come off. Unless I come every single day the spray they use before you go into the car wash is not going to cut it. Also the air freshener is always black ice at whichever Superstar Car Wash you go to. I don’t like the smell and it doesn’t smell like the black ice that you buy at the store.a week agoI wish I could give 0 stars. I have never had such a terrible experience with customer service. This location signed me up for a membership without my permission (I know multiple people they have done this to) and refuses to refund my money. I was never given a membership sticker and have never used the membership. I have reached out to customer service twice now and get no response. 2 months agoEven though there are several other car wash places closer to my home in Peoria, AZ I always go to this particular car wash. The $5 quick wash does an excellent job in my opinion!

3 months agoAttendant assisted with selecting and payment, several levels to choose. I chose 2nd lowest price of$8. another attendant guided vehicle on the track. Washer did great job cleaning vehicle. The sign at the end that usually lights up GREEN GO was out of order, which is why I gave 4/5 stars. Many stalls to accommodate a lot of vehicles to use the Free powerful vacuums, and blowers to blow off excess water, plus chamois clothes available to dry, remember to return them. It’s a very nice service, don’t take advantage of it. One can purchase a monthly membership also.4 months ago**Scam Alert. Be very careful because they will do a monthly charge on your card for unlimited without your approval. The first screen if you don’t read carefully will automatically enroll you. I was charged for the $14 car wash then on my bank statement they started an automatic $19.99 withdraw that would be coming out monthly.
They are unethical and deceitful.

They make it complicated on the pop up screens to catch it. They said they usually ask if you meant to sign up but know one did.
I wont use them again now.a month agoI do like this car wash however recently the last 2 times I went the machine to purchase a wash was very slow and laggy, it took a while to make my selections. Also the towels have been lacking, where there is none in many of the stalls and I either have to ask someone or go walking to find a stall that has some.a month agoIt is nice they offer micro towels, vacuums, and air blowers to use before or after the car wash. Very helpful workers there as well.

Incredible service! Joel helped us out and gave us a great deal on getting the full detail with ceramic coating. Cannot even believe how incredible it turned out. Jesus did a beyond incredible job. There were so many off roading scratches that you can no longer see. We are blown away. We will not only be back but we will highly recommend. Thank you guys so much.
UPDATE3: CORPORATE EMAILED Me ,asked if I got a accident report from location,which I did got my copy,if they got theirs WHY ask me if I did?,then after a a couple pix emails she says DENIED,They have video of my plate but not of damage/No damage,if they had proof of damage they are hiding it or camera ” didn’t” see it . SO AS JUST LIKE THE LOCAL STORES THEY DO NOT PAY. UPDATE2: Went to location Ivan mgr claims I broke it Not their wash and denied my claim.. LIARS….unless they make this right,there will be consequences! UPDATE: Wednesday 4pm see* Usually great wash,but today came in 445p full serv wash,freebie and all good till get home to dry off water spots they always miss,cars design.. and I find my right taillight broken and dent on qtr panel .. fubar.. they are closed by time I found it.*UPDATE: TOTAL RUNAROUND.. SENT EMAIL WITH DAMAGED PICS IT BOUNCED BACK WITH MAILBOX IS NOT MONITORED, CALLED CORPORATE SHE SAID I HAD TO GET A CUSTOMER REPORT. *Just spoke to Ivan telling me their equipment is flawless they wash 100s cars daily never an issue, claiming I damaged it.he said they have video but it won’t show it,then why have video? Great business. Mike and Jesus are great. My wife and I have been taking our cars to various car washes over the last 20+ years and they are BY FAR the best people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They always take great care of us and the job the rest of the employees do as far as details and just regular washings are great. No issues. And both of us are very particular about the cleaning of our vehicles. Look at my truck, just got it detailed there. Would highly recommend this place of business and make sure you ask for Mike or Jesus.
It was our 40th anniversary We decided to go get our car washed before we went out for dinner. The attendant for superstar car wash talk to us into having our vehicle detailed and a coating put on that would make our car look new. We told him we did not have time and he said no problem you could use it anytime and I’ll give you a free car wash today. So we went ahead and purchased a rather expensive detail buff out for our car/truck. The total was $720 it would include the outside buff detail work and coating, the interior detailed and the engine detailed compartment. As our car was getting its free car wash I spoke to some of the attendants doing the work and I said how excited I was about getting the full detail on the vehicle and how the attendant said it would look like new. They told me that it would not buff out because the paint was too faded and the clear coat was gone, so I’m getting mixed messages from the guys that work there and the attendant. After paying the $720 which the attendant sneakingly wrapped the gift card with the receipt which says no refund how convenient. I called the store to request my refund because I have not even used the gift card yet and she said we do not give refunds you’ll have to talk to corporate. So I called corporate and told them my situation , she said she will take it up with the management and get back with me. This process will take 2 to 3 days in the meantime I let my bank know! I do not like a business that does not offer refunds to their customers when they never even performed the services!
I’ve been using this car wash for years and the service has always been somewhat inconsistent. I went through the wash the other day and a new employee, Jacob, working the line was fantastic! He was super engaging and friendly without being pushy at all. He answered my questions and made me feel like I was making the right decision. He helped me choose the right plan for me and his service was amazing. If SSCW hires more people like this, they’ll have my business for good. Keep up the great work, Jacob!
